CHAPTER SEVEN, back to normal life

Now after having done that surgery, Colby had to be on the look for checking the tumor markers. He had go to in weekly for blood work and thankfully it only took twenty-four hours to get the result back. But Colby thought this was the worst thing ever. He called this part scanxiety because he was anxious about what the results might reveal. Each week felt like a rollercoaster of emotions, with a mix of hope and fear clashing in his mind. The days leading up to the results were always the hardest, filled with moments of self-doubt and worry.

Bryden and Sam continued to be his rock during these times. They accompanied him to his appointments, offered encouragement, and helped him keep his mind off the waiting period. They knew how important it was to be there for Colby, especially when he was feeling the weight of the uncertainty. Despite his best efforts to stay positive, Colby couldn't shake off the anxiety entirely. The waiting was grueling, and even the smallest delay in receiving the results would send his mind spiraling. But Bryden and Sam always managed to bring him back to the present, reminding him that they were in this together and that he had their unwavering support.

Bryden hadn't post anything about Colby or what he was going through without his consent. Colby had eventually decided to make a post about it, letting the world know what he had been going through. He figured that maybe he could even help someone out there going through the same thing. Colby's decision to share his story wasn't easy, but it felt like the right thing to do. He realized that being open about his experience could not only be a form of catharsis but might also help others who were going through something similar. He had seen how isolating the journey could feel, and if his story could provide even a little comfort or solidarity to someone else, it would be worth it.

Bryden had been waiting patiently for Colby to give her the green light to share anything about his journey. She was incredibly supportive, understanding how personal and sensitive Colby's situation was. Bryden believed that sharing his story could be powerful, not just for Colby but for others facing similar challenges. She had seen firsthand the toll that uncertainty and anxiety took on him, and she admired his courage in choosing to be open about his experience. Bryden crafted a heartfelt post. She highlighted Colby's bravery, the importance of vulnerability, and the strength found in friendship during tough times. She

xobryden It was so devastating to hear the news that one of my best friends has cancer; it felt like the ground had been pulled out from under me.  Watching him face this battle with such courage and resilience is both heartbreaking and inspiring. Every moment is a reminder of how precious life is and how important it is to cherish the time we have together. Bryden and Sam had noticed he would often be on his laptop or phone, checking the results constantly refreshing the page, hoping to see his tumor markers going down. If any tumor markers didn't go back to normal, three months minimum of chemotherapy is mandatory. And the last thing any of them wanted was for Colby to have to go through any of that. But Bryden knew how strong and determined he was, and she knew he would fight with every fiber of his being to beat this cancer. She was proud of him for having this mindset of 'it is what it is' and being positive throughout this process. Colby was very determined and had a lot of willpower and determination. He was a fighter and would do whatever it takes to win the battle.

The thing is though with all of this going on, life didn't just stop. There were other things happening too, like their YouTube channels and content. Bryden hadn't uploaded in a while because of everything going on and she was focusing on helping Colby and making sure he was alright. She had made a post on Instagram to give everyone an update once Colby had gave her the greenlight, letting her know it was okay to tell people what had been going on. He had recently posted an update on his own account and had already gotten so many love from family, friends and fans alike. Everyone had been very supportive and sent him encouraging messages, which made Bryden and Sam both smile.

The past couple of weeks had been tough on everyone, but the support and love they had received from their community had made all the difference. Bryden was so thankful for their friends and their fans, who had rallied around them during this time. The love and support had been overwhelming at times, but she knew it was exactly what Colby needed. He had a great group of friends who would be there for him no matter what. They would always be there for him and she was so grateful for that. And for the amazing community of fans who had showed their love and support as well.

Currently they were getting ready to go to another ghost hunting trip. This one was one the boys asked her if she wanted to join. She has been on many trips with the boys before, so this one was no different. She has been in many videos on the boys shared channel and was an OG guest and a fan favorite. The fans loved seeing her with the boys and often begged for her to be in the videos. Fans would make countless edits of Bryden and her boys and the trio always found them cool. She has done countless collabs with her boys, both individually and as a trio. They've been in many of her own videos, either vlogs or challenges or Q&A's, on her channel. Even her fans always loved seeing her and her boys together in videos.

So of course she would join, she couldn't resist the fun and excitement the adventures brought. She was so hyped to see what would happen and hoped they would catch some good evidence. She and the boys of course did do the research like they normally do about the haunted place they go explore. The place they would be exploring this time is in England and it was called the Ancient Ram Inn. The place was rumored to be very haunted.

And it was rumored there was an incubus and a succubus there too. That knowledge honestly made Bryden want to back out. Just like most times when the boys asked her to go with them to a haunted place. But she wouldn't back down, she would suck it up and be brave. Or at least try to be. They were now heading to the airport to fly to the place and explore it. She couldn't wait for the adventure and the memories that would be made and see if they can get some evidence on footage here.

This would be another great trip with her boys, she just knew it.
