I get in a group text with Sonja and Tucker

I feel so evil for doing this

Has Ash by any chance mentioned liking Tom before?

Uh, no. I'm guessing Tom likes her

Yeah

Ok. Let's shut up and start this.

We are planning to be "late" to Mianite in our own ways. Let's hope this works. Man, I am an evil person sometimes.

Ash's POV
I hop on the server. Luckily no one is on yet.

"Hey everyone. It's Ash and welcome back to Mianite! Today we will just be starting on the portal, so let's do this."

I start on some portal things and then remember something.

"I should also mention that I believe everyone should be on the server today except Wag because he is flying back to the UK. Ok, so now..."

"Ash! I'm going to be a bit late for Mianite. My computer is being slow," Emma says across the room.

"Ok," I reply. Then I see 7 words that terrify me:

Welcome SynHD to the Realm of Mianite

Oh shit.

Well this is going to be awkward.

Tom's POV

I hop onto Mianite, talking to the audience (I actually have his Witchery 3 stream on right now)

"Ok, so who is on right now?" I press tab and see one other name of an actual player:

Flaming_Ashes

You have got to be kidding me. I get onto TeamSpeak and act like everything is going to be normal. I have no feelings for her. I never did anything with her. Ok, let's go.

"Hello there Ash," I say. I luckily sound pretty normal.

"Hi," she says quietly. She sounds like she is trying her best to keep things normal as well. This is all so that the audience has no clue about anything. Just for the viewers.

"So, what have you been doing?"

"I've just been working on some majestic portal things," she replies back, sounding more like herself.

"Ok I will let you get back to your portals then."

Suddenly I find myself alone again. Also I find myself without a drink. I say I'm going to get a drink and walk downstairs. I smile about how normal that sounded. After I grab my water, because I am not really going to drink beer after what happened, I sit back down and continue my work.

After a while, Emma gets on. Then Sonja and Tucker. Did they plan for us two to be on at the same time? Knowing Tucker, probably so. Now, everything is normal.

Maybe those feelings for Ash was a one time thing. Maybe it will last for a while. For now I just need to push them aside and stay friends with her.

Ash's POV
I end my stream and decide to continue talking to everyone on TeamSpeak.

"The builders you guys have on here are crazy good," says Emma. We can all agree with that. Their builds are amazing!

Then I see Frank running over. Wait, Frank! Oh shit. I forgot about his vet appointment.

"Emma, Frank has his appointment today!" I shout. Her face goes panicked. We both mute ourselves.

"At what time?"

"It's at 3:45." I look at the clock "It's 3:00 right now. We need to go!"

"Uh I forgot I had a meeting today with a person. For a thing. You can take him."

I rush out the door with all of Frank's stuff and with Frank and drive him to the vet.

Hopefully this goes ok. For the both of us.
