Rachel was home in her living room watching the news while Maria was asleep. Rachel watched it everyday because of Sebastian. Her Sebastian. Her flash. She felt pretty special that she is the one to love him and love the flash.

As she was watching it, she heard the door. She knew it wasn't Sebastian as he was still busy fighting crime on TV. She muted the TV but kept it on the news channel and then walked to the door. She opened it and saw a girl. She knew by the upset look on her face, that it was Iris. The girl Sebastian divorced and left for her and Maria.

Rachel looked at her and said

"Can I help you?" Iris folded her arms and said

"Where is he?" Rachel knew who exactly she was talking about, and she said

"I have no idea who you are talking about, and please be quiet, my daughter is asleep." At the last words iris was shocked and she said

"Daughter?" Rachel nodded her head and said

"Yeah a daughter whose dad died in the Marines a few years ago. I can show you a picture of Noah my late fiance and my daughter's dad if you want. But please tell me the he you're talking about." Iris was silent, as she thought Barry had a secret daughter, but she didn't believe the girl that Barry left her for. She looked at Rachel and said

"The he I'm talking about is Barry Allen, he has your photo even when I married him." Of course Rachel thought, and she looked at iris and said

"Ever thought it could be because I'm from Broadway. I played in funny girl, I was Fanny Brice and just recently I finished in Jane Austin Sings and I have no idea who Barry Allen is. So please leave and go back to where came from, before you wake up my daughter." Rachel closed the door but made sure Iris had walked away first and then walked back to her TV. She unmuted the news and then saw something she didn't want to.

She stood up, raced over to her phone and tried ringing Sebastian. Nothing can happen to him, nothing can happen to the flash, her boy. She kept ringing and ringing him, but each time he didn't pick up. She started to panic more and more that he could be dead too.

He promised her that he would keep running home to his girls. On the last ring she heard

"Broadway." Rachel breathed a sigh of relief, and felt tears of joy in her eyes and said

"Sebby I was so worried. I was really worried." At those words, Sebastian gave a small smile and said

"I'm okay Broadway. I'll be home to my girls soon. I love you." Rachel smiled and said

"I love you too Sebby." As the hung up, Rachel thought back to all those other times it was a close call. She didn't want to lose him. She loved Sebastian, and she loved that he was the flash and saving people. Rachel was quiet, and deep in thought, she didn't want to make Sebastian choose between being the flash or Maria and her.

Rachel felt selfish for that, and she hasn't been selfish since high school, well since she sent Sunshine to an inactive crack house. She looked up at the door and saw Sebastian  walk in. Rachel walked over to him and hugged him tight.

It had been another close call, and each time she was more and more scared. Sebastian hugged her tightly and said

"I'm here pretty girl." Rachel relaxed in his arms and she then pulled away from the hug and said

"Sebby we need to talk." Sebastian was worried he thought everything was going good. Rachel looked at him and said

"I know it's going to be and sound selfish, but I think you should choose between being the flash and Maria and I." At those words Sebastian was shocked and silent and Rachel continued

"Today had been another close call, and each time that happens, I get more and more scared that you won't return home, I think you need to choose Sebastian." As she said that she walked away. Sebastian watched her walk away, he stood up and walked over to Rachel and said

"You're making me choose. Why?" Rachel turned and said

"I can't lose you too. I already lost Noah my late fiance and Maria's dad. He was in the marines and got shot in the field. I can't go through that again." As she said that, Sebastian was shocked, as he thought Maria was Finn's daughter, as Rachel was always quiet about who Maria's actual dad was. He now knew.

And he understood why she would make him, and understood why she was always tight lipped about it. Sebastian was about to walk over when he heard the ping to save someone. He looked at his phone and then at Rachel.

Rachel saw the hestitation in Sebastian, because she was making him choose. She felt guilty just for making him. Rachel gave a small smile and said

"Run Barry Run." He kissed her and then raced out. Rachel felt guilty and stupid knowing that she was the reason that he had the hesitation. That he was going to choose her and Maria over being the flash.

Rachel couldn't let that happen again. As she thought that, she saw that Sebastian had raced back in. He walked over to her, taking his mask off and kissed her. Sebastian pulled apart the kiss, and caressed Rachel's cheeks and he said

"I choose...." Rachel was so scared at what he was going to choose and he said

"Both." Rachel looked at him confused and he continued

"I don't choose the flash because I want to, or because I'm putting myself before you and Maria. I choose the flash because of you and Maria to keep the world a better place for you and for Maria to grow up, the same way Puck did for you both. I love you both so much. When I'm out there fighting crime Rachel, you and Maria are out there with me. You and her never leave my mind at all." At those words Rachel said

"Sebby. I shouldn't have asked you to choose. It was selfish of me. Plus iris visited me looking for you I guess I was so scared that you would go back to her, don't worry I told her I didn't know who you were." Sebastian looked at her and said

"I'm not going back to her, and I never will. Why. Because my home is here in New York with you and Maria. And I will make sure every single that Maria Sarah is safe and protected just like her mamma is. And just like Puck would want you both to be." Rachel hugged him tight and Sebastian continued

"I choose the flash for you and Maria."
