Hello guys.

I'm truly sorry that I have not updated anything in this book for a long time. Same boring excuse, I had been busy with school and family and whatnot.

And I know that there hasn't been much activity in the HootOwl fandom but some admins are trying to keep the fandom together because we haven't much heard anything yet from Mr. City, but I guess we all have to be patient for news.

I'm not trying to complain but I've seen a lot of HootOwls come and go, to much bigger fandoms. I don't blame them but it made me sad that many left the fandom.

I've only been a HootOwl since 2010 and I saw that this fandom is still alive and breathing, but now it's like silent I guess. There are still many loyal HootOwls but I'm sad because this fandom is like getting weak, I don't have the right words to describe it but yeah. My favorite singer needs all the support and encouragement he can get just because he's making beautiful scores and not much OC but know that he's following his dream and I'm proud of him for that. The only thing that keeps everyone of us together is that he never abandoned OC and I still hope the project we dearly love will make a comeback.

I always look up to him. He's inspired me in many ways I can't express. And I hope he does the same to you.

He doesn't post much but I still laugh at his silly tweets just last week and some short but funny stories on Instagram. He's doing well I'm sure.

We still aren't sure yet about the new score next month but a friend of mine wishes that he makes a score about Flames Pond (that would be totally cool). But I'm waiting for it and I'll do my best to keep you all updated.

Recently he posted a cover about a friend or fan of his who passed away and it's really uplifting and beautiful. That's something new today and I hope he's fine.

My love for this fandom hasn't changed and I hope that we will be a fandom again. A HootOwl family. Because HootOwls of a feather sing Owl City songs together.
