Y/n's genome is very different from the Indominus Rex have similar genetic contributors, but less. Making a more stable and modified genome. Some I took inspiration from Goji Center. I hope this doesn't make you guys less interested in my story. His Indoraptor form will still look similar, just with a few extra features.

Reason for Contributors -

Utahraptor : This gives Y/n's Indoraptor form a sturdy frame and lighter skeletal frame, while also having hallow bones, but with air gaps, which allows him to hold his breath for long periods of time. It also gives Y/n's Indoraptor form a stronger bite force and a unique set of teeth, which is combined with the Deinosuchus DNA, which not only gives him a bone crushing bite, but allows him to bite and slice through nearly anything. The Utahraptor also gives Y/n feathers on his head, tail and arms, allowing him to survive cold biomes for prolonged periods of time.

Northern short-tailed shrew : Y/n was crated with the DNA of the Northern short-tailed shrew. This gives the Y/n fast-twitch jaw muscles for rapid gnawing, teeth with high iron content for strength, and an adrenaline rush state for heightened speed and aggression during attacks. Due to the large amounts of iron within Y/n's Indoraptor form's teeth, it gives them a reddish color, allowing him to bite through anything, even certain types of metals.

Vampire Bat : Vampire Bats have the ability to control and deposited the amount of iron they consume from drinking blood, so due to the Vampire Bats DNA gives Y/n the ability to deposit excess iron into his bones, claws, foot claws and even the teeth, giving them extra strength and making them extremely dangerous. But it also gives Y/n the ability of Thermal Vision, allowing Y/n to see the more vulnerable weak points of his opponents, which also him to target arteries and vital weak points.

Deinosuchus : The Deinosuchus DNA combined with the Utahraptor DNA gives Y/n and extremely dense and light type of scaled armor, while still being similar to normal dinosaur skin along with the osteoderms running along his back which provide extra protection. The Deinosuchus DNA also gives Y/n a unique set of teeth which are combined with the teeth of the Utahraptor DNA which also strengthen his bite force for teeth, of  which are extremely similar to a normal Deinosuchus teeth, so Y/n's teeth would be slicing as well as gripping teeth.

Edmontosaurus : The DNA from the Edmontosaurus gives Y/n extra stamina, due to more muscle attachments in the tail, which was modified when he was being created, this give Y/n to accelerate faster and maintain this speed for long periods of time, while having skin pads in his  Indoraptor forms claws and feet, cushioning them from impact.

Therizinosaurus : Therizinosaurus DNA gives Y/n's Indoraptor form, extremly sharp claws similar to the Indominus, but these claws can slash and cut through even metal, due to the extra iron due to the DNA of the Vampire Bat, making them much more dangerous than the Indominus Rex's claws.

Bonobo Ape : Bonobo Ape DNA gives Y/n an extra strength in creativity for his brain, but the DNA also allows him Indoraptor form's claws to have the combined limb of the hand of a human and Bonobo ape hand, but Y/n's claws are still short, allowing him to run and move for fluidly through complex environments. But there is not enough DNA to give him the shoulders of a human or ape.
