*Ava's POV

I stood there looking at the empty cage. "So you built a super hybrid Dinosaur that has never seen another dinosaur or human?" Owen asked. "Yes, but she did have a sibling." Claire responded. I crossed my arms "Where's the sibling?" I asked. Claire sighed "She ate it." I looked at Owen and he looked back at me. "Drop the steer." Claire said. Soon a crane came over with the ribs of a dead cow. "You feed her with that?" Owen asked. Claire scoffed "Is something wrong?" Owen sighed "At least she knows that means food." Claire went over and beat on the glass. Slowly I walked over to it. "Where is it....turn on thermal radiation." Claire told the guard. I looked out at the glass and focused my eyes. I blinked ad felt my eye shift to a t-rex color. I saw no movement. "What the hell..." I heard Owen say. I looked and saw him staring in shock. I blinked my eyes back to my same pale blue. "How the hell did you-" before he could finish we heard the alarm go off. No thermal detection. "W-what..? That's impossible she was just here!" The guard exclaimed. "We were just here she couldn't have just disappeared!!" Claire shouted. I walked over to Owen. He looked at me "So your like a dino chick?" He asked. I giggled "Suppose you could say that." I replied. "But not by choice." Owen nodded "I'm sorry...must suck." I sighed "Yeah, but it's okay." When I looked I saw claw marks on the wall. "Um, Claire? We're those claw marks always there?" I asked. She looked at the marks and her eyes widened. "Owen watch her!" Claire said walking out. I eyed Owen "No offense but I don't need a babysitter." Owen scoffed "But your a short chubby little girl practically." I glared at him and did my t-Rex growl and flashed my golden eyes. Owens eyes widened and held his hands up. "Easy girl..." I blinked my eyes back and smiled blushing. Owen smirked "Damn girl your badass." He replied. The guard came over "Hate to break up your bonding time but we have a giant hybrid dinosaur loose!" He snapped. Owen and I nodded "Right, lets go."

Owen,the guard, a builder, and I were inside the encloser. We looked at the scratch marks. "Could it really climb over that?" The guard ask. "Depends." Owen said. The guard furrowed his eyebrows "On what?" I shrugged "On what kind of dinosaur they cooked up in that lab." The guards radio then started coming in ad out. "It's......get....it's.....there." It glitches out. "I'm sorry can you repeat that?" The guard asked. While I stood there I heard it. I then sensed the movement. I gripped Owen's arm. "What?" He asked. Before I could answer the woman on the other end of the radio shouted. "It's in the cage! It's in the cage with you!" All of us turned and took off. We kept running and I saw the hybrid. We all ran but the guard went the other way. The hybrid jumped in front if us so we turned around. The builder got ate and I screamed. My foot caught a root and I fell. "Owen!!" I screamed. He stopped and turned around running to me. "Come on!" He said picking me up. The dinosaur was right on our heels. The door was slowly closing. "Wait!" Owen called out. We kept running and Owen gripped my hand. We squeezed through the gate. We ran and slid under a jeep as the monster broke through the opening in the door. We looked and saw the guard hiding in from if the truck. The Indominous Rex slowly creeping around. He gave us a worried look. I laid there next to Owen and watched. The car was picked up between the monsters jaws and tossed away. The guard sitting there. He gave us a look before he was eatin alive. I covered my mouth and tried not to scream. It then started coming over to us. Quickly I laid on top of Owen and closed my eyes. When I opened them it was the smallest and weakest dinosaur. A gapi which is its nickname. Using the smell of it on my covered Owen and I. I lowered down to Owens face near mine as I watched. The Indominous Rex lowering down and breathing in. My fist clenched Owens shirt. The hybrid let out a loud roar and stomped off. Once she was gone I closed my eyes and put my forehead on Owens chest. He breathed a sigh of relief. Owen chuckled "We'll, I can mark that off my bucket list. Indominous Rex....good one."
