Happy birthday to one of the nicest and sweetest person I've ever know. May this year be even more wonderful and blessed.

Neil

   I played the video. Her eyes got wider each passing second. This is a CC TV footage from a shop in front of which Aman hit me with his car in drunken state. I got this cc tv footage next day of my accident, but I hid it from everyone, so I can use it when it need.

" So, what your decision now ? " I asked he after the video ended.

" It's blackmailing, Neil, you can't do this to me " She said helplessly. I hate to see her helpless but this is the only way to get her and I will get in any condition.

" Everything is fair in love and war, baby. Choice is yours  that you want to send your brother to jail for his deeds or marry me and give him a chance to change "

   She sat on bed holding her head in her hands.

" Why are you doing this, Neil ? What you will get after marry me forcefully ?  I wouldn't accept you or this marriage ever. You are the only one who will suffer after marry me " 

   She asked being pissed of her situation.

" If I will suffer after marry you then it will be my pleasure. I'm ready to suffer if you are with me. And about you, I know you will accept me and my love one day "

     It doesn't matter that my love is one sided. It's enough for us. My love will make her love me back one day.  

  I sat beside her and held her hand
" Atleast, give me a chance Avni " I said looking into her eyes  " I love you. I really do "

    She sighed and  pulled her hand from mine. She stood up.

" ok, get ready to suffer, Neil. You wants to marry me, right ? Then I'm ready to marry you for save my brother. And don't ever think I will accept this marriage or you. I'm doing this for my brother and I will make sure that it will be your biggest mistake for blackmailing me to marry you "

    She stated in rage. I knew she will react like this and I'm already prepared to face her anger.

Avni

       I opened my heart shape pendant and looked at Ayesha maa's pictures. I wish she could be here with me. I miss you, maa. I'm going to marry Neil to save Aman but I don't know what will I do after marrying him.  Why he came into my life ?

      I clenched my jaws and fists thinking about him. He don't love me, he is just obsessed with me. If he truly love me then he never forced me to marry him. I'm only his obsession. Psycho. He made my life a mess. Now, how will I take my revenge from Dayawanti Meheta and save my brother ?

        I flinched a little with the sudden opening of door. I saw Neela maa is standing there. I couldn't hold my emotions more and bursted out in tears. She ran to me and embrace me.

" Maa..."  I cried.

" Avni, stop crying bachcha and tell me what is happening here " she wiped my tears. I explained her everything and fell on my knees.

" Stay strong Avni. He can't force you. I wouldn't let that happen " she said cupping my face.

" He is not listening to anything, maa and If I not marry him he will send Aman to the jail "  I closed my eyes and cried. She hugged me and rubbed my back.

" Shhh....we will do something "

     The door again opened and this time Neil was standing outside of room. He wouldn't even let me to cry peacefully.

" Avni, baby, why are you crying " he said coming inside. He pulled me from Neela maa and took me to his arms. I'm too tired to fight with him so I didn't protest. He puts my head on his chest and caresses it.

" She is crying because of you, Neil. Why can't you understand that she don't want to marry you and you are forcing her " Neela maa said angrily.

" I know I'm forcing her to marry me, but trust me, I love her so much and I will always keep her happy "  Neil said. Yeah, anyone can see that how happy I'm.

" Love can't be selfish Neil but you are. You only want Avni, her happiness does not matter to you " Neela maa said. She is right. He is only thinking about him and his happiness.

" How can you think like that ? She is my everything and her happiness is my first priority " Neil said and hugged me more tightly. If he love me then why can't  he let me live my life peacefully ? I cried silently but failed to stop my tears from flowing.

" Baby please don't crying, you know na I love you so much and I can't see tears in your eyes "  He wiped my tears and kissed my forehead.

" you are the reason of her tears " Neela maa said pointing a finger towards him.

" See sasu mom, I respect you a lot but I wouldn't let you to come in between me and Avni, so it will be better if you accept me as your son in law "  Neil said. I sighed.

" He wouldn't understand, maa. Let him do whatever he want to do " I said in a weak voice. Neela maa was about to say something but I  gestured her to stop. She looked at me helplessly.

" Ok, but remember Neil, if my daughter cried because of you, then you will be face the worst of me " she warned him. I'm not weak maa just tired of fighting but I wouldn't let him win.

" Don't worry sasu mom I will keep her happy always " he kissed my temple. I looked away. I will make sure you will regret for your decision, Neil.

" Ladies and gentlemen, I have a important announcements for you all. Actually me and Avni love eachother long before, but due to some misunderstanding we separated and now we finally realised our mistake. We told our families and Riya  about this and they don't have any problem. Riya herself said we should marry eachother, so today me and Avni will take the vows and become one forever "

    I announced infront of everyone. All are shocked after the announcement but I don't care. After few seconds all claps  and congratulates me.

  It's been forever mom went to bring my bride but yet not come. I'm feeling very restless. Why mom is taking so much time ? I'm feeling like go to her and bring her with me as soon as possible.

     Finally my wait is over. I saw her coming with a group of ladies but I couldn't able to see her face as her face is covered with veil. Here I'm dying to see her as my bride and she is hiding her face from me. This is not fair.

   Sasu mom sat her beside me. I couldn't wait more and held her veil to remove it but the pandit stopped me.

" what are you doing ? You can't see her face " he said.

" Why can't I see her face ? I have every rights on her and I will see her face. Now  " I said. I again tried to remove it but he stopped me again.

" No, you can't. If you see her face before your marriage then it wouldn't be good for you both. It's a bad sign " He said making me angry.

" oh please... stop your nonsense. If I see her face then it will a good sign as she is my lucky charm " I stated pointing a finger towards him " And keep your advice with you, I don't need it "

" Tillu pandit ji is right, you can't see her face " mom said.

" Mom, but how will we know who is inside the veil. What if she is not Av.. Ananya and someone else " I can't take any risk.

   I ignored everyone and removed her veil till her forehead. My heartbeat stopped for a second. Even moon will get jealous of her. My envy of moon.

" can we start the rituals now or you want to do anything else " priest said braking my moment. I will see him after marriage. I nods my head and he starts the rituals.

     I held Avni's hand and intertwined our fingers. She glared at me and I just smiled.

" Smile baby " I whispered. She smiled forcefully. I'm sorry baby to force you but I don't have any other options left.

" Call the father of bride for kanyadan  " pandit said. I looked at Avni, who's eyes were moist and tears can come out any moment.

" Neela aunty will do the kanyadan " I announced making everyone shocked. Avni too looked at me with shocking expression. I squeezed her hand with a little and gave her a smile. I know that what it's means for Avni. Neela aunty is not her real mother but not less than that.

     Mom and Meheta family protested first but managed them saying Avni's family is not present right now and she knows Neela aunty before, so she will do the kanyadan.

     Neela aunty came and sat behind us. She took Avni's hand and placed it on mine. I holds her soft hand protectively. I promise you sasu mom that I will protect and take care of her like you did till now. Now she is my responsibility.

   Pandit told us to stand up to take seven vows. I helped Avni to stand properly and held her hand. I started walking around the fire holding her hand. I don't need to give her 7 promises. I'm giving her the only promise that I love her and will only her till my last breath. She is only woman who rules in my heart and will be. Besides her the only girl will  come in my life is our daughter.

After the pheras we sat on our seat back " Fill her hairline " pandit said and gave a box of vermilion.

    I took out a  pinch of vermilion in my right hand and pulled her mangtika aside. She looked at me without any emotions. I know Avni, you don't have any feelings for me now but soon you will. I filled her hairline with vermilion looking into her eyes. I smiled looking at her red hairline and noticed some vermilion fell on her nose. I slowly cleaned it with my fingers.

   Then he gave me nuptial chain. I tied it around her neck marking her as mine forever. She is mine now not only for this life but till eternity.

" Now you are husband and wife " the pandit declared. My happyness has no bounds right now. She is my wife now. She is Avni Neil Khanna.
