This is a new service made as of July 19, 2019, and it's a great way to grow in your writing if don't want my thoughts of the book to be shared publicly. I will count this as one of the three reviews I'm currently doing, but I will title the slot "review slot taken" so that people know someone else is having a review done (as I only do 3 reviews at a time).

IF AT THE END OF THE REVIEW PROCESS you would like me to make it public to gain other insights of other people, or would like to gain a few potential readers, you can message me to let me know that you'd like the review to be made public. I won't do it unless you say something at the end of the private review.

A private review is very similar to a public review, except for the fact that I'll message you a google doc to your PM rather than post it as a chapter. It will be set up just like all my other reviews, where I start out stating the things I liked/thought was great in the story, go into what I think needs to be improved/didn't like, and end with what I liked/thought was strong in the story. The only difference is that I make this as anonymous and keep it as secretive as possible for your benefit.

To fill out a form, please fill out the following form via private message. You can comment on here for a private review; however, then people may see the comment. It's all preference as to how you do it.

Private Review Form

1.) IF MESSAGING via PM, please start the message with the following sentence: "I would like to request a private review." This way I know what's going on and don't mistake it for a public review.

2.) Title of book

3.) Current length (I will try to read the current length; however, please understand that if I cut it short, it's due to time. If you would want me to read entire thing, please say, "MUST READ ALL").

4.) Why would you like your book reviewed (just so I know what needs to be concentrated on, if you're wanting to enter it in a contest, if you want candid advice, etc etc).

5.) Contract: By stating "I agree" on this part, you are agreeing that I am allowed to read your book, point out all the good, the bad, and the ugly from the book. You won't be rude about anything that is said, and will keep an open mind. What you do with my critique is up to you, but you must be open to what I have to say, and not be rude.

In return, I, Junie, promise to point out the good, and whatever part needs improvement or I think is poor, I will try to help you grow in it. I promise I'll use constructive criticism and won't be too harsh in what I have to say as all I want is to help you, the writer, grow.

That's all. Everything I do in a private review is done strictly between me and the writer. No one else will know about this unless the writer tells another person, or gives me permission to share the review.
