Jungkook sat down at the booth. It was 5:53, and Jimin and his date was at 6. So he got there early to avoid being the person who was late. He sat there and waited. The waiter came by and asked if Jungkook wanted to order anything. He ordered a water. He wanted to wait until Jimin got there to order his meal.

Minutes passed, and he still saw no sign of Jimin. It was now 6:05, and he hadn't gotten any texts or signs of life from him. He was starting to get a little impatient. The waiter came by again and asked him the same thing. All Jungkook did was ask for a refill of his water.

Time seemed to drag by. But before he knew it, it was 6:30. If Jimin managed to show up now, he would surely be harshly berated by Jungkook.

He could see that he was starting to get looks of pity from the other patrons in the restaurant. During the time he had been sitting there, the waiter had come by multiple times and asked him if he wanted to order. But every time he came by, Jungkook said the same thing, "I'm not ready yet."

At this point he was getting desperate. He made a promise. If Jimin did not show up by 6:45; as it was 6:30; he would leave. The next 5 minutes were the most painful minutes of his life. But by 6:45, still no Jimin. So Jungkook was about to stand up and leave.

But suddenly, a random guy came up and said, "Sorry love, I would have been here on time, but the traffic was horrible and my phone was dead so I couldn't text you." He sat down next to Jungkook in that corner booth, and whispered to him, "My name's Yugyeom."
