Doctor: “ we are facing some complications with the kidney transplant. We are trying our best but we can’t say much for now”
It felt like the ground slipped under his feet as soon as the words reached his ears. He was keeping himself strong till this point at the assurance of doctor. At the assurance of his love, at the assurance of his strong Yn who would never leave him mid way like this.

Jungkook:” You said there won’t be any complications.”

Doctor: “ Looks like the donor started smoking after the last checkup. He was all healthy till last week but now it’s showing complications. We are transferring a kidney to her and if its not healthy then it’s a complete risk.”

Jungkook: “ but ….how…. How come you didn't check it before starting the operation.”

Doctor: “ You said you have arranged 2 to 3 donors. Try contacting others and bring them as soon as possible.We can’t wait much her kidney was already taken out.”
It was surely the doctor’s fault, they were supposed to do a complete check up before starting the operation but Jungkook was too gone at this point to throw a fit. He swore the news shook each cell of his body to it’s depth.Just the thought of losing her was driving him to nuts.

Jungkook : " No, Don't stop it in mid way. Our blood groups are same . Check me if I can donate it to her."

Doctor : " But Mr Jungkook, if bot--"

Jungkook :" Please just do it."
He sighed and nodded asking him to follow him. He took him inside the room and started his checkup to see if his kidney can fit YN's.

YN was already a patient even if she will get a kidney, it will expire within few years and she might have to get an operation again. But now it was such a big risk that Jungkook gives away his kidney too.

He closed his eyes letting them do whatever they wished. He didn't even want to think that something is going to happen to you. He kept repeating it in his brain that you are going to be alright to keep pushing the negative thoughts away.

Gulping down a harsh lump of saliva, his fists curled up. He didn't even want to think what he is going to do with one kidney in far future. For now all he was focused on getting his YN better. Bringing her back to life.

His eyes opened when he didn't hear any sound or movement anymore. He turned to look at the doctor who was giving him the expression which once again dug holes in his heart praying for him not to say a No.

Doctor : " I am sorry to say this Mr Jungkook, but your kidney is not suitable for her.You have to look for a new donor. I asked the hospital stuff to look for one too"

The doctor patted his shoulder leaving him there all alone once again. Why was this happening to him, all he wanted was a life with her YN, their kids, their little universe in their small home that feels like a piece of heaven.

He sat up closing his eyes, digging his face in palms of his hands. He was so close to tear up at this point. It took all of him to keep those tears in his eyes. Once he moved his face out of his hands, his eyes were teary, his face was red and his veiny hand pushed back his hair out of agony. He was angry yet devastated. He didn't wait for this day just to go through all this.

Taking out his cell he walked out of the hospital calling the people who were ready to donate their kidneys since they were in need of money.

His hands were shaking when he was searching for the second donor's I'd. First one rejected, since its been days and people's mind change. This was his last chance and all the wrong thoughts of taking a no in answer again was flooding his brain.

He wished at this point he could just close his eyes and wake up at the sweet voice of his wife waking him telling him he is getting late for work. Telling him she made breakfast for him. Asking him to come back early and give her time. Showing her cute puppy worried eyes asking him not to go hard on himself.

And here she was fighting for her life on that bed and he was going to save her at any cost.

He closed his eyes practically falling on his knees when the donor said he is ready to give his kidney. It was like a part of him able to breath again. His insecurities were coming to a stop again. He was back at being positive and telling himself his YN will be all okay now.

He went back and told doctor about it. The donor will take 15 to 20 minutes to reach there and till then he went inside the room where YN was. She was completely covered except for her face.

His heart was at his throat at this point. The amount of pain he felt within himself at the sight of her sleeping so peacefully. He leaned forward planting a kiss on her forehead joining their foreheads afterwards staying there. His tears finally slipped out of his eyes wetting her fragile cheeks.

Jungkook : " I am not letting anything happen to you baby. I promise you that. Don't be scared okay I am here with you."
His voice was horse and cracked in between. His throat hurt so badly while letting out the words. Placing his lips on hers, he stayed there for a bit savouring the taste of his wife once more before their cruel fate detaches them again.

Pulling back he looked at the time, the donor must be here. He wiped his tears along with her face that got wet due to his crystal tears. Planting another kiss on her forehead he got up going out of the room.

Jungkook :" Did the donor came?"
He asked the nurse who was passing by there.she nodded telling him the doctor took him for check up and asked him to wait outside.

He leaned against the wall. His heart was going through a war of emotions. His insides were screaming and wanting to cry his heart out at this point but he couldn't. He felt so weak and numb yet he kept trying to keep himself positive.

The doctor came out and called out for Jungkook who was too lost within the war going on inside his brain. He reached to him and patted his shoulder.

Doctor :"Mr Jungkook"

Jungkook :" Y-yess?"

Doctor : " Congratulations we see no trouble anymore. We will head for the transplant now."

Jungkook :"T-there won't be any problem right? She will get better right?"

Doctor :" We see much positivity in this case. Don't worry she will be all fine. Hang in there."
He patted his shoulder going back inside the room. But Jungkook didn't know if he should be happy or not. The main part, the operation was yet to be done and he couldn't help himself at this point at all.

Time passed and passed, his heart beat kept getting low each moment passing by. His eyes couldn't stop flashing each and every beautiful moment spent with YN. It doesn't matter those moments were happy or sad. They were spent with her so they were precious.

The red light turned off and he instantly stood up waiting for doctor to come out and give him the good news. And to his luck this time Doctor came out with a satisfied professional smile giving him a nod.

Doctor : "The transplant was a success. Your wife is indeed so strong."

He held the camera shooting the two in front of him. Their hair were flying since they were on sea shore and strong waves of wind were blowing. He had the most beautiful and happy smile on. His lips parted a bit as he kept letting out chuckles and laughs here and there due to the childish moves his family was doing.

YN knelt down clapping cheering their little daughter who was learning to walk. She took a few steps. Her small arms fell open on her sides and hands curled in to fists. She parted her lips trying to take baby steps.

But after three to four steps she fell back on her butt making a "o" face then instantly making a crying face. Her parents instantly chuckled as yn went near and hugged her moving side to side showering her with kisses and Jungkook came near still holding the camera.

Jungkook :" Lia baby Look here!! ~"
Hearing her father's voice she instantly looked at him with her duo eyes. Her crying expressions gone and her small fingers turned in to a V sign. They both laughed. One dramatic piece they were growing.

He turned it into selfie and captured himself, his angel and his princess. The little beautiful family he had today and he couldn't help but call himself the luckiest man alive on this earth today.

YN : " Lia, daddy kissyyyy"
She leaned forward kissing Jungkook's cheek. Lia was a type of kid who would watch and learn instantly no matter what you do. He grabbed Jungkook's arm supporting herself and stood up on her little legs. Cupping his cheeks she kissed his cheek too. Her hands looked too small against his cheeks and the sight was enough for YN's heart to melt.

Suddenly YN laughed hitting kook's thigh and he let out an ouch and instantly Lia did that too. His lips parted and she kept laughing.

Jungkook :" Yah don't teach my baby wrong things."

She was still laughing like a man Ian and watching that Lia started laughing too. Her laughs were too cute and when she hit kook it felt like a snow freckle touched his thigh. He stood up picking her up throwing her above in air and catching her right away enjoying her cute loud laughters.

He extended out a hand for YN and she held it getting up. He slid his arm around her waist planting a kiss on her lips.

Jungkook :"I love you YN, thank you so much for making my life so complete and beautiful."
