The smug smile on the younger's lips grew when he tossed the cards away collecting all the money wining once again. He very well picked up the cheating tricks with in two days and now the elder was finding it hard to win over him. The expressions - frustrations once younger had to go through was all over the elder's face which made him way too satisfied of his victory.

Four days passed by and they were still in a lock down. Yet the two founded better ways to pass there days filled with excitement. As he collected his money happily tossing it all in his pocket. This time they were not returning the money anymore. They decided to play it fair as a poker is played. The winner takes the money and surprisingly enough Jungkook agreed without another issue. He was enjoying, more than enjoying. It all seemed so much fun. No wonder people enjoyed doing such stuff.

Prior to this he had plans of studying maybe more than his course has reached till now so it wouldn't be hard for him laters on. But now he seemed to have no plans of even touching the books. He was convinced the lock down wouldn't last long. He wanted to just have fun and live a life instead of worrying about such things. Whole life was left for that anyways.

A sigh escaped the elder as he sulked back in to his seat. He saw Jungkook picking up everything right in front of his eyes yet he failed each time to pick up his cheating method. Cursing several times mentally he picked himself once again. He played it for years and started losing to a four days amateur. A thing that he was never brought to face before. He was convinced the younger was quite, quite smart.

Jungkook :"Well If you keep losing like this you will run out of money and I am not spending one cent on you." Bragging proudly he made sure to irritate the other even more than he already was.

Guy :"Lucky bastard."Instead of asking him not to curse in his household, the younger laughed letting his eyes crinkle at his move.

Three more days passed by, a whole week to say they spent in lock down. The outside world was a whole mess. The news was the only thing they had access to at the current time. How people were running out of food yet they were not allowed to step outside their houses. A lot of them were away from their family members but again not allowed to meet them or even check on them if they were alright or not.

Jungkook was glad he and YN just went for grocery shopping for a whole month so they had enough at their houses but he still couldn't help but worry about her. He was convinced that she must be home all safe but he truly wanted to meet her. He missed her. He really did.

Jungkook and that guy got so comfortable with each other. They started sleeping in the same bed- of course on the other side maintaining social distance for health purposes. Jungkook would wake up randomly in the middle of the night to find the other standing by the window staring outside quietly as if he was quietly observing each and every movement. He stayed quiet, minding his own business but to say it didn't make him even curious would be wrong.

It was one of the other night when he woke up at 3am just to toss around a bit. His eyes squinted open finding the spot beside him empty and he knew what could have happened. This time he quietly got up walking up to the other stopping beside him looking out as well.

Jungkook :"I thought you said you are straight." The other looked at him confused seeing the sleepy form of the younger convinced he must be talking in his sleep or something.

Jungkook :"Don't tell me you fell for that officer. Why would you watch him every night otherwise?"

Guy :"Expected better from you." Rolling his eyes he shifted his eyes back at the scene. His one hand resting over the window frame where as the other held the cigar stick in between its two slender fingers inhaling in some smoke.

Guy :"Want some?" He said as he let out the smoke extending the cigar towards the younger who kept swiping his eyes between the cigar and him as if it was the biggest decision of his eyes.

The younger felt the tension rising within him. He never wanted to get near such thing but suddenly something inside of him just wanted to try it. Nevertheless he decided to lean forward and inhale some of it in telling himself it was an only one life time try. He felt the smoke going down his throat taking over each of his senses, making him pull back abruptly letting out harsh puffs of coughs.

The older stepped back from window instantly out of his instincts not wanting to get the officers attention on them specifically himself. Watching Jungkook slowly calm down on his own hitting his fists over his chest in a careful manner.

Guy :"Take some water." He finished it before walking over to restroom and flushing it out in the pot. Jungkook swore he was never getting near this ever again. All of his curiosity about why people smoke - died down. He thought it might be something really nice to inhale in, something that might bring you satisfaction.

Jungkook :"Why do you even smoke?" He asked once the other walked back in to the room.

Guy :"It's alright you don't have to try again. I just asked out of formality." He lied smoothly as he laid back down on the bed to sleep. He wanted to see if the younger was able to handle it or not. Above that he smoothly ignored the other's question changing the topic. The calmer he looked the biggest storm was rising within him. Tomorrow, tomorrow it all would finish. The anger rising within him to take revenge was eating him inside. A drug he needed to take before his body would start writhing out.

Another two days passed by and they were getting ready to leave for universities. The lock down was taken down yet the signals were still not available. According to the Army General a threat was going around the city and they couldn't yet supply the signals to the citizens. However, they refused to reveal the reason what kind of threat they were talking about. Everyone was going around leaving their own guesses. Some were terrified refusing to come out of their homes. Some left it on the Army and some completely ignored it returning back to their original lives.

He was happy, way too happy he would be able to see his girlfriend once again but due to this zebra they ended up getting late to University. The two rushed towards their first class but ended up late and were not allowed in the class anymore.

Jungkook :"Got anything to say?" He crossed his arms turning towards the older standing outside their class while the other just looked away scratching the back of his head.

Guy :"C'mon dude leave it not like we finished our project anyways. Let the professor think we were too scared to step out of home." He shrugged simply walking off casually slipping hands in his pockets.

He was right after all. Jungkook decided to follow him since he had nothing else to do anyways. The two walked around the place. He was following the other like a lost dog while the other seemed to know the place really well even though there semester just started.

Jungkook :"How come you know this much about in here?" The two were currently on the other side of the block standing in front of coffee vending machine getting themselves some relaxing coffee to start the day off not getting a chance to have breakfast.

Guy :"Well." He filled his cup stepping away letting the younger fill his. "It's actually my second year here, yeah before you ask. I failed the same semester two times since I couldn't give exams and even if I could I don't think so I would pass."

He said so simply while Jungkook looked at him with his eyes widened to their full size staring at the other in disbelief as if he done a crime.

Jungkook :" Why do you even come here then? If you are just going to fail. "

Guy :" Don't you wanna see your girlfriend? The class is about to end." He said as he started walking back and Jungkook dropped every topic there joining the other walking back towards the front where there classes were.

Jungkook :" What's your next class?"

Guy :" don't know, not attending one. I have somewhere to go. "Patting the other's shoulder they stopped in front of their class once again turning around to leave. He seemed kinda serious then he usually was. There was no mischief in his behavior. Jungkook would definitely ask about it only if YN was not occupying his mind.

Jungkook :"Wait." He turned to look at the other. "what should I call you? I don't want to embarrass you by calling you zebra in public."

Guy :"Ren" He paused. "Maybe" With that he turned around, a dark shade replacing his eyes when his hands turned into balls. It was time to go back to his real self. Jungkook was not supposed to be around him. He was too innocent to be around him.

Jungkook smiled a bit and turned back around and an even brighter smile appeared on his face when he saw YN speed pacing towards him.As She reached near him, she skipped her steps running right in to his arms and the two hugged so tightly as if their dear lives depended on that moment.

Closing his eyes not caring about any presence around them, he moves his face in the crook of her neck. The moments seemed to turn in to an eternity when none of them felt the need to pull back. Her grip on the back of his shirt kept tightening till he heard her sniffle that made him pull back instantly.

Jungkook :"YN, Hey are you crying? What happened tell me." He tried pulling her back yet she sticked to him tightly with her face hidden in his chest. He felt her shaking her head slightly and decided to hug her back thinking she must have missed him or maybe it was her first time staying alone for this long.

Jungkook :"I am here. Calm down now." He kept whispering the sweet nothing in her ear till she finally pulled back blinking her eyes stopping the tears before they roll down her cheeks.

He realized she didn't look in her best state at all. There were dark circles under her eyes, she looked much slimmer than before, too dull, too weak. The way his heart clenched at her state, he should've never listened to Ren for believing she will do fine in her own.

Jungkook :"Baby please tell me." His hands reached up to cup her cheeks looking deeply in her eyes "I.... I just..."  She looked away not keeping the eye contact at all.

YN :" I was scared.... Too scared. "Her voice came out in a form of mere Whispers when she looked behind him then back him." I saw you with someone who was he? "

Jungkook :" Oh he was Ren, remember that Zebra guy I had to work with? We stuck in my apartment the whole lock down. I just made a nice friend."

He smiled gently caressing her cheek and that's when he realized they were in the middle of the hallway. Trying his best not to get flustered at the fact how openly they were hugging each other he took her hand taking her to one side.

YN :" But... Jungkook he doesn't look nice..."

Jungkook :"What do you mean babe?"

YN :"I don't know.. He just doesn't give right vibes just stay away from him please."

Jungkook :"Alright alright it's alright I won't let you near him okay. We just met let's talk about ourselves." She tried to convince him more but he changed the topic. There was fear clearly visible in her eyes which he kept believing it was because of her stay alone. He was going to make sure to never leave her alone from now own. Or maybe he needed to do it just like Ren said so maybe she can learn to live a few days on her own.
