I am not a chef, yet I have oft times referred to myself as a chef quality cook...

Most people who have dined on my many creations, have exclaimed... Dayam!!! Man!!! You should open a restaurant!!! Or something!!!

Which always makes me feel sooo goood...

But this year...

On the 4th of July...

The most celebrated outdoor cook day of the year...

I cooked a pizza...

I must say, it wasn't my best outcome, in fact, I don't think that I have ever produced a less appealing product...

No chef on earth or even a first time amateur could possibly have, on purpose nor by accident, burned anything to this degree!!!

Yet...

I...

One who smokes just because I can...

Burned!!!

I must admit that I am being nice because I am talking about myself and I think quite highly of my skills...

Burned is an understatement!!!

Cooked is not a term that describes what I did to my poor sister's half pepperoni half veggie pizza...

The best that I can describe it is to say that it was a cross between cremation and petrification...
