Juleka can not understand it how did the Dupain-Cheng's get so bad off they had to sell the bakery to Mayor Bougerious? She shakes her head when she remembers how he told her he might have to sell it.  She understood she was to work there as long as she needs too, but now it sounds like she can lose her job.  It is not easy to find jobs around her.

     She runs outside so furious she does not watch where she walks. She does not notice when Ethan Winters, a new arrival to Paris, France steps out on the sidewalk with some ice-cream in hand and says, "Watch out Miss!  There is a car coming!"   Ethan does see her move and the car is coming right at her. He runs into the path of it and pushes her out of the way.  He saves her life.

    Juleka is so shaken up about what happens she panics. She runs home and sits on her sofa. She is afraid to ask what became of the hero who saved her life. She puts her head in her lap in shame.

     Later, she turns on the television and sees the latest news report.  She almost drops the remote control when she sees what happens. 

 "This just in a newcomer to Paris, France, Ethan Winters is a hero already!  It seems he got a broken wrist when he saved a damsel in distress, as seen in this security footage of him shoving her out of the way of the car.  The girl was unharmed but fled the scene in a panic. It seems she was freaked out by the incident.  As for Ethan, he was taken to the hospital and is said to be in good condition under the circumstances," Nadja Chamack reports.
