Juleka sobs and thinks, I am glad he is not dead.  She goes to see Ethan at the hospital to thank him for rescuing her. She goes to the front desk and finds out he is in room number 117.

     Juleka buys him a get well soon card and a balloon. She goes to room 117, and knocks on the door. 

  "You may enter," Ethan says.

   Juleka enters the room. 

"You must be Ethan's girlfriend, he did say she would stop by," The nurse says and immediately exits the room.

 Juleka blushes as the nurse leaves before she can explain anything. She hesitates a bit.

"Do not worry, I will not bite, " Ethan says.

 Juleka pulls a chair closer to him, hands him the card and balloon and says, "I-I will not stay long."

"Oh, and why is that Miss? We have not been properly introduced, I am Ethan," He says. He thinks, she is pretty and blushes at the thought.

"Oh, nice to meet you E-Ethan. I am Juleka, I am sorry but I never should have come. I have to g-go!" Juleka says and rushes out the door. 

   Ethan's  POV:
  The girl is even cuter up close. I wish she had not left so soon. We could have become great friends.   Why do I feel she is one for me?   Could it be the girl I rescued needs love?   

   He sighs to himself and blushes as he thinks about her.  He can not help it. The girl is so special and lovely.

  Ethan's POV:

 I must find her when I get out of here.

 Why did I tell the nurse I had a girlfriend? She cheated on me three years ago and I dumped her.

  Why was I so happy to see her again?  He thinks is it love at first sight?

Ethan takes a nap and decides to read the card when he wakes up.  

  Dear Ethan,

I am so sorry about what happened to you.  It is all my fault.  I    should have been careful and paid attention to my surroundings.  

  I hope you can forgive me for causing so much trouble. I hope your wrist heals properly.

  I promise not to do anything else that causes me to be indebted to you again.

Ethan sighs when he finishes the card. He thinks she is not a burden.  If anything she is my soulmate.

He thinks, who am I kidding?   He sighs again.
