BOLT'S POV :
"What....no! Not true! You're not my brother...what the heck is this?! Your jokes are stupid! Look just give me Flake and I will go." I said.

"Bolt...I hate to say this to you but I am your brother. I don't lie about things like this. You,Thunder, and I are related." Jake answered.
"So that means...you're also related to...Speed? And Thistle..and Bristle.." I replied shocked.
"Yes. I know the twins.. I also happen to know a lot about our family too...more then you should ever know." Jake smiled and turned around.

"So...how'd you end up here? It's a pretty messed up place here tbh." I commented.
"Yea. About that. First,you should know, my name isn't Jake. It's Lightning....I have powers...lots of them..." Jake suddenly had a sad expression on his face.
"Jake...I know I hate you...but..what happened? Why did you leave us?" I answered curiously.
"It was my time to become a master and I wasn't ready...not at all ready..as I was transforming into a master... I..I messed it up...and I came out with all the powers of my relatives..and more." He answered back.
"Wait..how do you mess up your transformation?" I asked.
"I guess I just kinda did..idk how. And Bolt? I will give you the knowledge you want. I will fight with you if you want. I will compete with you. But,no, I will never give you the girl. Ever." He answered sternly.
"Well then..I guess we'll have to fight for her...whoever dies first will lose and whoever manages to stay alive will take her. In other words,it's a fight to the death." I confidently said.
"Deal." Jake smirked.

"Please no..." We heard a soft voice say from a corner.
Flake was barely standing up and her knees were wobbling.
"What did you do to her? Answer. Now." I gritted my teeth.
"Don't look at me. She refused to eat. I'm not gonna force her." Jake smiled.
"You monster. Don't you see how messed up she looks?" I was getting angrier by the second.
"Yea. Too bad for her." Jake answered blankly.

I was about to rip his neck bones out through his nose and tie them in knots and stick them in his eyes. I was so angry. She looked so skinny like she hadn't eaten since I'd seen her.
I walked over to her and picked her up. She was lighter then I remembered.
"Bolt..." She barely spoke.
"Yes. What is it?" I asked.
"Please don't...fight...over..something that doeant reserve this much attention..." She whispered again.
"Yes Flake you're right, I'm never going to fight over something that is not important..that's why I am fighting over you." I said and set her down on my lap as I sat on the couch.

"Well since you two won't be seeing each other for...your whole life I'll leave you alone now." Jake left us on the couch.
"Flake,when did you last eat?" I asked her.
"Monday..." She answered.

Today was Friday.
"Flake...I won't talk to you. Ever. If you don't eat something now." I said and looked away from her.
"Bolt," she sat up a little more and looked me in the eye," I will eat something because of you..because I..I
"Don't answer...it's ok. Let me get you something. Stay here and don't move." I ordered her.
"Ok" She answered. I went into the kitchen and saw three girls on the counter. I glared at them. Any friend if Jake's is and enemy of mine.
"Hey. Don't give us that face. We hate him as much as you do but we ain't got time to go outside and slap a 'dirty look a la mode' to people walking by." Tess defended.
"Yea, you'll get her back one day. Patience" Another girl said.
"Ha. Yea I know. I will." I said and walked back with a bar, juice, and a piece of cheese. I gave them to her.

"Thank you.." She said.

FLAKE'S POV :
I was hungry so I ate all of it. I felt my strength coming all back now. I tried to get up but my legs made me fall to the floor.
"How many times have I told you not to move? Now I have to pick you up..again." Bolt sighed.
"S-sorry...B-Bolt..." I stuttered.
"It's fine. I'm not mad at you. I just want you to be careful. I don't want you to get hurt.." He answered sweetly.
"O-ok...why did you come?" I asked.
"Because I'm going to bring you back to JPA. And that's a promise." He said
"No..R-really..Bolt...I..I don't want to cause trouble...and...I don't want...you to...
"Die? Yea. Sure. Look Flake..you've caused quite a bit of trouble for JPA and sometimes you can be annoying but I would never have asked you a different way...and if I'm being too bossy and controlling, then I'm sorry. But I care for you. I like protecting you. I like when I'm near you. And I want to be your only man. The only man in your life...but I know..you'll meet other guys and...yea..but I never want to lose you. I want to protect you. I want to risk my life for you...because I really do...love you Flake. I couldn't imagine anyone else being as perfect as you. And that's why I make sure it is my duty to protect you and take care of you and be by your side whenever you need me....you do know that right? If you're ever in need of something..or someone...I'll always be there...by your side." He made me tear up.

"Bolt...you mean everything to me and I want you to be there wherever I am...I love you too...it's just that ..I...I wish I could be better for you...you're so perfect and flawless...and I'm... Nothing..." I sighed.

He lifted my chin up so I was looking at him in the eye.
"Flake. Never doubt yourself and never let anyone look down on you because if they do..they can come see me and I'll beat them till their body's glow red....that's a promise too." He popped his knuckles.
"Now that's the Bolt I know..." I giggled.
"Flake...if it's ok with you...I want to take on Jake....my brother...long story...but I want you to know this is my decision and I'll be fine." He bent down to my height.
"Bolt...I'll let you go but you have to promise one thing....come back in one piece and if you do...go..up...don't forget who you really are and who you are meant to be." I answered.
"I promise.. But I also promise I won't forget another thing." Bolt smirked.
"What's that?" I asked.
"You." He scooped me up from the couch and swung me around and then held me close..he rested his chin on my head and bent his lip so his could reach mine and kissed me.
