As Lucy walked in JPA, she saw new and old faces. She saw some of her roommates like Ivy,Liv,Brooklyn, Roxy,and Skylar. I saw some new faces. A girl with red hair and freckles passes by me.

"Um, excuse me? Do you know where the girl's rooms are?" She asked. I pointed to a building.
"That building over there." I answered.

I walked over to the front office in hope to see Belle and Dawn. As I expected, they were there talking to Flight. Dawn was a little taller and Belle's hair was longer, but that's all that changed.

I hiked to them.

"Oh! Hello Lucy! It's great to see you back! It's been so long! I can't believe you're an Officer -in- training now! You'll be training with the generals and hosts now. I forgot, what grade are you in?" Belle asked.
"Seventh. I'm 14 now." I said.
"Oh right! Yes. Are you and Jessica going to be in the same classes this year?" She asked.

"We have 1,2,3,4 and 7 period together and 6 and 8 are different classes. We usually meet each other after classes at the library, but now that we have extra classes and study sessions, we can't. I guess that's what you have to go through to become a master." I sighed.

"Ah, very true. I remember when Torch was an Officer -in- training and I was an Officer, we used to hang out on the weekend. Back then, Belle was only an Apprentice -in- training." Flight said.

"Yes, I was an Apprentice. Oh,look at the time! I have to get papers ready! And I have to get the new masters rooms ready! And I have to get their forms! And I have to make sure the school is ready for the school year! And I have to make sure the library is ready for new students! Oh! The new students! Ah! The rooms!" Belle stressed.

Flight wrapped his arms around her waist and hugged her.

"Hey, don't worry. I'll hire two more workers to help you and Dawn will make sure to be of assistance. Isn't that right?" Flight looked at Dawn.
"Yea, I can take care of the new students." Dawn said
"Thank you so so much,Flight. That really helps a lot. Thank you. Do you need me to do anything else?" Belle asked.

"Um, I think your pretty busy...I don't want to stress you. I want you to take the last two days of the week off to get rest." Flight said and kissed her cheek.

"Oh..ok." She said.
"Wait...what do you mean?" I asked, confused.
"I always let my students and assistants have a week off to settle in and get used to the place. We do it every year." Flight explained.

"I see. Well,I better go now, I'll see you on Monday." I said.

I went to the middle yard area to see the fountain. It had always been my favorite part of JPA for some reason. I saw Flake staring into it.

"Hi Flake. It's nice to see you again." I tried to start a conversation with her.
"Hi..." She sighed not looking up.
"What's wrong?" I asked.
"It's Bolt..." She said.
"I thought you guys got together ;didn't you?" I answered.
"Yea....we did...but..he's mad at me..I don't know what to do..what do I say to him?" Flake asked.

"Hmm,well I know he likes people to be tough with him...and he does like it when you talk to him I guess." I said.
"Yea...but I can't be tough with him, I'm too shy.." She replied.
"Do you think you could apologize? What did you do?" I asked.
"I accidentally messed up his video game when he was on the last level and he didn't save the game...and now he has to start over again...and I feel so bad!" She cried.

"Oh....well,some boys like it when girls play their video games with them." I suggested.
"Yes, but I don't know how to play stuff like that.. and if I got too nervous around him I might freeze the controls." She added.

"We can both go in and you can say sorry or something." I said.
"Uhh....ok...sure...we can try..." She stuttered.

We both went in the master's office. Air and Thunder were at the TV watching anime, Icey and Snow were in their rooms listening to music, Sky and Torch were programming the computers, Flame and Speed were making popcorn and pancakes, and Bolt was on the computer at his desk. As usual he had his hood on and he was chewing on a toothpick. Flight was downstairs helping with the library.

"He's all alone...it's your chance go up to him." I said.

She nodded. I hid behind a chair and watched.

"Hey..Bolt? I..I wanted to say something..." She tapped on his shoulder. He turned around, his dull face looking at her.

"What?" He grumpily said.
"I'm sorry about ruining your game...I really am...I didn't mean to....I can fix it...please, I'm sorry.." She cried. Flake fell on her knees and cried.

Bolt got up and looked down on her. He put his hand on her shoulder and lifted her chin up.
"Tough it out,Flake. It's fine. I'm not mad at you..get up and come here... I'm not mad at you, I'm mad at someone else." Bolt said.

She looked up and sat straight.
"R-really? Your not mad at me?" She got up and threw herself around his waist.
"Yea...I'm fine..." He huffed.
Flake looked up and pulled the toothpick out of his mouth. She reached in her pocket and got another one out and stuck in between his lips.
"You needed a new one." She giggled.
He curled her hair around his finger and played around with the strands coming down from her face. He helped her off the ground and stared at Thunder. He glared.

"Hey...Bolt...what's wrong? What did he do?" Flake asked.
"Nothing...he..just..he just sometimes doesn't know what being me is like." Bolt said.
"Well, no one can perfectly understand what being you is like...you're like...in your own world and...you act more different than others..." Flake said.
"No...I feel like I have to do most of his job for him...he's always watching TV while I have to do stuff." Bolt said.

"I'm sorry...you have a hard life and he doesn't understand that..I have to go..I'm sorry.." Flake said and let go of Bolt's hand.

"It's fine...and don't worry about me,ok? I'll manage...even if I know who Speed really is...I'll get rid of all the vampires in the world...just you wait Speed....
