"Uh........." Deeson trailed, looking dumbly at the scene in front of him. "I was expecting something like, when we first step out of the bus, one of the trainee here will be drag by his comrades, bloody and looking dead already." He stated.

"Yeah... I was expecting that too. But way more..." Tyron ceased.

"Well, its the best choice I came here. Grey just lied to me about the camp being on the heart of the woods and trainees came home bloody and gore." I smirked making the others laugh too.

Well, the camp consist of good and healthy trainee, not who looked like zombies and ready to rest inside a coffin. The camp wasn't in the heart of the woods also, instead, its directly located in a highway, but its still surrounded by trees.

"Attention!" Mr. Jude called. We all lined up and counted ourselves.

"So as we all know. We have been invited to this training camp to explore and at the same time share our knowledge to the others how we handle military businesses. So starting today, cooperate and grow together with the other trainees here. Understood?!"

"Sir yes sir!" We all answered in unison. And in a matter of seconds we were dismissed and went off to our cabins. Me and Tyron paired, and we were assigned to be quartered in the Bravo cabin.

We slid inside and the cabin was in utter chaos since, some are fighting, yelling and cursing at each other. Some are playing instruments and some are just chillin around.

"Attention!" Tyron boomed which made the people inside the cabin flinch and quickly lined up in front of us. "Were the students from the Promedian Kingdom Military School. I'm Tyron Ray Jules, second in command.

"And I'm Lionel Park, Promedian Kingdom Military School Commander. " I introduced. "So, starting now, you will be under our supervision and together, we will enhance our skills and strength and at the same time, learn how to cooperate with each other." I stated.

"Dismissed!" Tyron shouted as everyone complied.

Me and Tyron neared our bed. It was a double deck bed and I decided to take the lower part and him the upper part. I sat on my bed when suddenly, I felt my back pocket vibrate making me startle. I quickly fished it out and answered the call without looking at the caller I.D.

"Hel-"

"You just disobeyed me Lionel. So when I get there, dont think about apologizing because you don't know how furious I am." He stated then cut the line. I drop my phone from my hand and froze. He did not just threaten me.

I was taken aback when an alarm suddenly rang, and the trainees started scrambling to get out of the cabin.

Since there are ten of us from our school who joined the camp we were divided into two and were given each a group cabin consist of eight trainees.

"So tonight, first we'll held a festivity to welcome the students from Promedian Kingdom Military School and tomorrow will be the start of our real death training."

The guy with a huge bulging stomach and a bald head explained as all other students listened. So tomorrow will be one hell of a training, and to top it all, Grey is also coming here. So before he could drag me back to North, we should start as early as in first thing in the morning.

"Hi Mr. Park. I'm Zeke Markov from the Alpha quarters. And it is my pleasure to meet you." This Zeke guy has been oggling about me for an hour now, and this is the time that he'd grown some guts to talk to me.

"Oh, Likewise Zeke." I answered curtly which made him beamed up.

All of us were sitting around a huge bonfire drinking wines and singing along with some songs being played out. When this Zeke guy sat beside me and has been trying hard to earn my attention.

"So... how old are you?" He asked. I stop mid-drinking my glass of wine. I looked at him and smirk.

"17. Why?" I asked smirking.

"D'you... umm... have a girlfriend?" He asked again while giving me a nervous smile and look of saying please none.

"Back off dude. You don't have a chance with him." I heared Tyron hissed as he sat himself between me and Zeke. He set one last glare to Zeke and in a second the guy was out of the scene.

"Thanks man."

"No problem bro." He said as he ruffle my hair and soon we both broke into a filth of laughter as everyone enjoyed the small festivity around the bonfire. After an hour of enjoyment, the party died down as everyone return to their cabin's to sleep and reserve their energy for tomorrow.

"Light..."

"Light... come... don't be afraid ..."

I struggled on my sleep when I heard this voice kept on calling me. What does she mean light? Is she referring to me?

"You are the light... don't be afraid to walk the path of darkness."

"Lionel- Lionel -

Lionel!"

"Shit?!" I hissed as I bolted upright on my bed, panting and sweating.

"The training's about to start! C'mon put your shoes on!" Tyron whisper yell as he grab hold of my shoulder. I gasps for my shoes and immediately slip it on and went outside the cabin.

It was already dawn and all the trainees are ready to go through the back of the school and into the woods to begin the training. The bell sounded indicating, its time to run.

"Here!" Tyron tossed me a whistle which I easily catch and hang it around my neck. "Its for emergency." He added and I just nod along as we rum through thewiods to jog and strengthen ourselves and as well as our sense of direction.

"Remember the tracks people!" I yelled as we run deeper into the woods and you could see the ground begun to fog.

"Hey Tyron? Don't you think its a li- Tyron?" I looked around the place but found nothing. Everyone was gone. And I was left behind.

"Tyron!? Everyone?! Where are you?!" I shouted as I tried searching for any form of human standing around. But due to the thick fog looming everywhere, I couldn't even see anything.

"Light..."

Theres that voice again.

"Come here. Don't be afraid in the darkness."

"Who are you?! Show yourself to me?!" I shouted, darting my vision everywhere. I snapped my head to mu right when I saw something glow over there and without hesitation, I neared it.

"Hello?" I reached unto it but suddenly, I felt my feet accidentally slip on the ground.

"Aaaahhh!!" I shouted as my body kept on rolling on the mud, hitting some plants and rocks down the pavement. My body came into halt and I quickly gasps for air while laying on the ground.

"Light..."

"Light..."

"Light..."

I got irritated when this creepy broken CD kept on calling me over and over again. I stood up from ground dusting myself and was taken aback by the sight of the most wonderful tree that I had ever seen.

"Wow." I mumbled as my eyes gaze down on the tree right before me. The tree has golden leaves with colorful butterflies surrounding it and the most fascinating thing was, the tree was right in the center of a glistening blue lake where there seems like little people with wings flying on it.

"Am I dreaming?" I mumbled as I rub my eyes to see if what I am seeing is really true.

"Light dear... come here..."

Someone called and I looked directly at the tree and mentally gasps when I saw a lady wearing a white robe with a flower crown on her head sitting on the tree smiling at me.

"Dear... don't be afraid ..." She called out. My body begun moving on its own like it has its own mind but I didn't even protest. When my feet reach the edge of the ground I looked down, thinking how high the water is if I would dive in there.

"Do not hesitate my child."

I lift my foot and touch the water and was amazed when my foot step on the water like it was the hard ground. So without hesitation, I started walking to her and stood right in the foit of the tree. She gaze down at me, and boy she was damn beautiful.

"Oh light, you've grown to be a beautiful boy."

She whispered as she caressed my cheeks and smiled at me tenderly. Her eyes were blue and and her hair was silky and black, complementing her pale complexion.

"Who're you?" I asked, eyes never leaving hers. She smiled at me and came down from the tree.

"I'm Lora, guardian of west and the water bearer."

She introduced. "So... why did you call me?" I asked.

"You're the light that will save the earth from withering to darkness dear. You have the flame that will melt the darkness away."

"F-flame? But I'm just a normal human being."

"You have the flame burning inside you and I can already see it." She raised her index finger and pointed my chest. "There. Overpowering with the strongest will and a pure soul."

Her index finger begims to glow and a blue orb firmed and entered my chest. "W-what was that?"

"I will lend you my soul and power and together, we'll destroy the darkness. But beware of who you trust because they might be the people that will inflict pain unto you."

After that I felt my system doze off, making me sunk down into the water. My eyes following the vanishing figure of Lora smiling at me and then I broke into a tight sleep.
