Tucking hair strands behind her ear,she stood in the balcony leaning against the railing. A cold breeze hits her body making her feel content and peace.

Her thoughts were broken by a phone ring. She took her phone out and smiles seeing caller id. She answered the call.

Avni : hello shivangi. How are you?

Shivangi: hello Avni. I'm fine. How are you?

Avni : good! Enjoying my holiday. How is he? Is angry bird okay?

Shivangi laughs her heart out and composing herself replies back.

Shivangi : his name is angry bird, for a reason miss. He is boiling in anger. He has fired 10 people from yesterday. What have you done?

Avni chuckles throwing her hair back.

Avni : I haven't done anything. He was the one to be blamed. He didn't want me to work there. He can kiss his ass if he wishes to. I am not tolerating his attitudes.

Shivangi : here is the update. He comes out his cabin looking hot. Gosh. Such worth to drool.

Avni : fuck off shivangi. Are you betraying your best friend?

Shivangi : fuck it to hell. Who wouldn't betray their best friend for this hottie front of of my eyes. No way I will get this opportunity to waste.

Avni : I will dig your grave right there if you think about that. I kill you if you look at him other way. He is mine.

Shivangi giggles softly.

Shivangi : jokes apart... he looks so stressed and exhausted. He hasn't haired himself Pa yet. All the work is overloading on him.

Avni : what time will he be available?

Shivangi: in the afternoon.  I have checked his schedule. He hasn't got a meeting.

Avni : hmm. Keep it surprise between us. Okay.

Shivangi : okay Babe. See you. He is coming towards me. I don't wanna die too soon.

Avni chuckles and bidding a bye ended the call.

She rubs her head and thought to make some of his favourite yummy food and take it to office.

She smiles and headed back to the phone. She rushed into kitchen and tying her hair up, she starts cooking.

He glanced through the file and threw it cross the table making his employer flinch.

Neil : what is this? How ridiculous is this? You call this work. This is rubbish. Go and rectify the mistakes. You won't leave the office till I get the correct file on my desk.

He yelled at the employer who picks the file and left his cabin.

Neil frustratedly sat on his chair and ran his fingers into his hair calming his anger down.

He picks his phone up and dials Avni's number but it went unanswered which made him boil in anger more.

He sighs and kept his phone aside and got back to work.

He leans back shutting the computer and closed his eyes for a minute.

He sighed deeply hearing a knock. His eyes were still closed.

Neil : come in..

He didn't open his eyes but felt her presence near him. All of his tiredness faded away feeling her so close to him.

He left her lips on his forehead then her fingers ruffling his hair. He smiles opens his eyes tilting his head staring her lovingly.

Neil : what are you doing here?

Avni : i thought to surprise you. I heard few things about you. I thought my presence will lighten your mood. Do you like it?

Neil held her hand and pulls her onto his lap making her gasp at his action.

He rested his hands around her neck and pulls her closer. He pecks her forehead.

Neil : I love it. You being here just made my day. I love it. I really missed you. I am an idiot.

Avni chuckles and slapped his head nodding her head agreeing to him. He also giggles and played with her hair.

Neil : did you miss me?

Avni : I didn't miss you Neil.

Neil: how rude? I really missed you though.

She smiled and wraps her arms around his neck making him smile.

Avni : are you busy? I brought your favourite foods.

Neil : wow! Treat for me. I am always free for you. I can't wait to have your handmade food.

Avni gets down from his lap and asks him to wash his hand and come by couch while she arranges it.

Neil nodded his head went washroom in his cabin and washing his hand comes out and sat next to Avni.

His mouth watered seeing the food that were his favourite and made by his love. He can't express how much he appreciated her love and kindness. His heart overwhelmed seeing how much she loves him. Even though they haven't confessed, they knew both of them have feelings for each other.

Neil shook his head and starts eating like a child who wasn't eaten for days. Avni chuckles and served him more.

She filled a glass and passed it to him while rubbing his back when he coughed loudly.

Avni : eat slowly. No one is going to eat all of this. I made it for you especially. Eat slowly.

He muttered a sorry and drank the water and looks at her knowing she hasn't eaten either.

He brought the morsel towards her mouth and gestures to eat. She smiles and took the bite.

Like this both of them feeding each other and talking about randomly finished the lunch. Neil wipes his mouth and looks at Avni who packs everything back in a bag.

Neil held her wrist stopping her. She stops and confusingly looks at him.

Neil : thank you for so much. I really appreciate you coming here.

Avni : why wouldn't I come Neil ? I may not say a word but you mean a lot to me.

Neil : I know darling.. soon it will be on your lips.

Neil smirks and pecks her forehead.

Neil : what will you be doing? Would you stay back?

Avni : I am not sure. I will head back home then do some sketching. Maybe in the night you come home early. I will cook dinner for us.

Neil : that would be awesome idea. I will be home early.

Avni smiles and packing up and kissing his cheek bids bye to him.

Neil smiles and his heart flattened seeing in the office. He shook his head and went back to work.

Driving back to khanna mansion, she went to room and made some arrangements.

She then went back to balcony with her equipment and sitting on couch starts sketching.

After having conversations with Neil she thought about her dream. She knew he wasn't wrong and wanted best for her.

The next day she resigned from the office and made plan what to do about her dream and passion. Neil have her an brilliant idea to open her own company
Which he will be investing too.

Avni didn't wanted to take his help but at the end Neil won the battle and brought a land where they will be opening a company for Avni.

Construction is expected to happen by next week. Avni was overwhelmed by Neil's support. Her whole life has changed since the day she met him. She was destined to meet him.

A smile curves on her lips as she remembered how supporting Neil has been since last few weeks.

She glanced the sketch and smiles widely seeing the sketch of Neil.

She grabs the things and kept on the couch. Her eyes on the clock and saw the time.

Washing her hands and getting changed in comfortable attires she went to kitchen to prepare dinner for themselves.

Wiping flour on her face and turning the gas off she went to open the door when she heard a doorbell ring.

She opens the door and saw Neil standing there with a smile playing on his lips.

She returns the smile and looks at him who closed the door and enters side hugging her and kissing her side cheek. He then wipes the flour off from her face.

Neil : what have you been cooking? You got flour over your faces.

Avni giggles.

Avni : I was making dinner.. why don't you fresh up. Dinner will be ready by the time you come back.

Neil nodded his head and went to his room to fresh up.

She chuckles herself wiping her face and rushed back to kitchen. She got engrossed in working not realising when Neil came back and was adoring her leaning against kitchen.

Neil clears his throat and gains her attention. She looks at him and gestures him to come in.

Avni : can you please help me out? Will you take this tray in my room.

Neil gut confused but nevertheless held the tray.

Neil : why to your room?

Avni : you will find out once you get there.

Neil nodded his head and went to her room and opening the door got shocked seeing the decorations.

He was surprised seeing the room. He switched the lights on and kept tray on couch and waits for Avni to join.

He sat on the bed and scrolled through his phone. He looks up hearing footsteps.

Neil : what is this all?

Avni : I wanted to do something for you. We will have candlelight dinner and movie together.

She relied turning the lights off and walking to bed.

Neil smiles and watched her setting everything up.

Avni arranged all of them on bed and grabbing her laptop sat on bed beside Neil.

Avni : which movie wanna watch?

Neil : I don't mind any. I haven't match movies for long time. You chose.

She nodded her head and plays the movie of her choice. They both got comfortable under duvet and sitting close to each other.

They had dinner while watching them movie.

They were half way through movie when Neil felt her dozing up. Neil smiles and getting down the bed quietly clears the mess and laid her on the bed.

He turns the laptop and kept it side and getting under the duvet laid down too.

He pulls her in his arm and kissing her forehead and muttering a goodnight closed his eyes.
