Sitting herself in the balcony thought to be productive even on Sunday. She sat between papers scattered around her. Her hair messy, her mouth frowned not able to figure what to sketch.

Twirling the pencil in her hand many times in the air finally she decided what to sketch.

She began to sketch with full focus not acknowledging when Neil comes in the balcony and stares her with a smile playing on his lips.

He stood there and watched her cute antics she made while sketching. His heart starts pounding.

He moves closer and took a glimpse what she was doing but unfortunately her whole face blocked the view. 

He then thought of something. He went downstairs and headed to kitchen.

He saw the maid cooking. The maid noticing him looks up.

Maid : what can I get you sir?

Neil : how long will it take you to finish it up?

Maid : its almost done! Do you want to make me something else?

Neil : no! Once you finish making these then you may have half a day. I will arrange about the lunch.

The maid nodded and quickly finished cooking the food and bidding bye to Neil left the mansion.

Neil getting comfortable in kitchen took two cup out and starts preparing coffee for themselves.

He felt satisfied seeing the coffee he made. He took the two coffee and headed back to Avni's room balcony.

He placed the cup down and clears his throat gaining Avni's attention who was still engaged sketching.

She startled and glanced up looking at Neil worriedly.

Neil smiles and sat beside her on the couch making her frown wondering why is he here?

Avni : what are you doing here? You were supposed to be in study room.

Neil : why can't I be here Avni? Forget this. I made coffee for us! Taste it and tell me how is it?

Avni glanced at the cup of coffee then looks at Neil. She  released a breath taking the cup and took a sip.

She was impressed how good his coffee tasted.

Neil : how is it?

Avni : it's good! I like it. Thank you!

Neil smiles and drank his coffee. They drank the coffee in silence.

Neil kept the cup and glanced at her sketch.

Neil : what are you sketching?

Avni : random stuff! I am not good at it but I still do whenever I am bored or to pass my time.

Neil chuckles picking up the paper and sighs seeing how bluntly she lied to him.

Neil : are you serious? This is out of boredom. I can't believe it you saying this. This sketch is absolutely gorgeous. Why don't you open art gallery?

Avni: what are you even saying? You don't have to lie. There is much better than my sketch. You are just praising me to make me happy but you don't have to.

Neil shook his head and kept the sketch down.

Neil : I am not lying to make you happy. But do consider what I said. Its big opportunity to you Avni. Don't ignore it that will make you regret later.

Avni : I don't know. Maybe I will consider later but right now I want to focus working in your company.

Neil: what are you plans for tonight? Will you sitting and sketching or go out?

Avni : I am not sure! I like being home. What are you doing? Working?

Neil : I am not going to work today. I have some plans in my mind. If you don't mind then we can gone out and explore  few places.

Avni: why would I mind? I would love to explore but wouldn't you feel awkward hanging around with me.

Neil : why? What is wrong in that? Why would it be awkward? Where does it say we can't go out together? Stop thinking silly things in your head. Let have breakfast then we will go out.

Avni simply nodded her head and collected her stuff. Neil also left the room.

Avni getting dressed in something comfortable went downstairs and saw Neil setting up the table, she went and helped him out.

They both sat down and starts having breakfast. In between Neil told her about few places where he would like to go.

Neil : where else you want to go?

Avni was very hesitated to tell him that she doesn't much places in Mumbai expect office and khanna mansion.

Avni : I don't know! We can go wherever you take us.

Neil : fair enough!

Finishing up the breakfast they walked out of the mansion and sat in the car. Neil starting the engine drove to the first location.

Neil taps his finger on the steering wheel and thinking about something when noticed Avni looking outside of window with surprise expression.

Neil chuckles his head and rolls the widow down making her look at him.

Neil : you should have told me, you love exploring the city. I would have taken you out few months back instead of delaying.

Avni looked away feeling embarrassed. Neil looked away and focused on driving.

Avni was amazed seeing the place.

Avni: wow! This is beautiful. So peace and quiet. I love it.

Neil : even I like this place. Come let's go inside and see.

Avni nodded her head and follows Neil. Neil starts showing her around and in between explains few things to her which she only nodded her, even though too many knowledge to take in at once.

Avni held Neil's hand at once and Immediately realising it took her hand back. She mutters a sorry and walked away leaving Neil in his thoughts.

Neil ruffles his hair and went behind her.

They were sitting in a restaurant and waiting for their food when Neil's phone rang. Neil excused himself and got up to answer the call.

She sat there alone and looked around when she felt someone's presence. First she ignored and chuckled it away but continuously felt someone staring her. She turns her head around and saw a girl of her age staring with so much envious look.

Avni shrugged her shoulder and turns back avoiding the glares that she kept passing behind her back.

She smiled and relaxed when Neil comes back and sat down.

Neil : you okay?

He questioned seeing her startled and confused.

Avni : yeah I am okay! I will come back from washroom.

Neil nodded his head and Avni excusing herself went to washroom.

Avni walks to washroom not being aware of someone following her. She got shocked when someone pushed against the door. Her eyes widen.

Avni : what are you doing?

Girl : what am I doing? What are you doing with my boyfriend?

Avni confusingly stares the girl who was behind her since she entered the restaurant.

Avni : your boyfriend? What do you mean?

Girl : don't act like a innocent girl when we both know you are not. What are you doing with him? He is just mine. Don't go near him or it will be worse for you. Did you get that.

The girl pausing Avni left the washroom. Avni winced as her head hits the wall of the washroom. Fortunately it wasn't much injury except it pained.

Avni sighs and doing her business walks back to Neil and sat down. She didn't care about the girl words or threat because she knew she wasn't doing anything wrong. 

Neil : finally you joined back. I thought you stay there longer. Come on! I am hungry.

Neil said glancing at the food. Abhi chuckles and ignoring his taunt serves herself and took the first bite.

They both relished the food and this time Avni paid for the lunch, even though Neil puts his card to pay but Avni won't be battle this time.

Neil took her to few more places before heading back to home.
