Tossing either of the bed, she finally gets up and gazed the time hanging on the hall. She sighs knowing she won't get sleep any further than this.

She sighs and getting down the bed went to washroom to fresh up.

Coming out of the washroom dressed in bathrobe moves towards cupboard and opening the cupboard took her attire out for the day.

Today was officially her first day at work, she was nervous answer anxious for the day. She doubting her capabilities about this role but nevertheless she also had some hope.

She quickly got dressed in green suit with top white under the blazer.

She moves to dressing table and combs her hair, she also applied minimal make up.

She took her bag and seeing glancing at the clock she walks out of the room.

She knew Neil would be still sleeping so she thought to make some breakfast for themselves.

Washing her hand and ties her hair up, starts making light breakfast for them.

She was so engrossed making the breakfast didn't realise how quick the time passed.

She got startled and flinched as she heard his voice. She turns her head around and saw him standing against the kitchen door dressed and looking handsome in his office wear.

( Neil's attire)

Neil clears his throat and starts walking towards her.

Neil : what are you making? Did you wake up early to make all this?

He questioned seeing few items made and he knew she didn't just entered in the kitchen.

Avni : breakfast! I got up early. Hope you don't mind it?

Neil : absolutely I don't mind it. And I am thankful to you making the breakfast. Is any help I can do?

Avni shook her head and continues cooking as he stood there watching her.

They both sat on dinning table and starts having breakfast in silence, not many words were exchanged between them expect Neil praising her cooking.

Neil wipes his mouth with a tissue and looks ag Avni who was struggling to finish the food in her plate.

Neil : why are you not hungry?

Avni : I don't feel hungry.

Neil : it's okay! You can throw it away.

Avni : it will go to waste. I don't wanna waste the food.

How she waste the food or throw it when she knows the value of having food.

Neil sighs and looks at her who looks lost.

Neil : what do you want to do?

Avni : can I pack it? I will have it later.

Neil : this is not needed Avni. If you wish then I can't say no.

Avni nodding her head took the plates and packed it in lunchbox while Neil watched her as he washed his dirty plates.

Neil grabbing his bag and few files he looks at her as she walked out of the kitchen.

Neil : ready to leave! I will drop you.

Avni : why will you drop me? What will people think about us? I mean won't the gossip about us?

Neil : it doesn't matter to me. Come with me.

Neil walks out of the mansion followed by Avni who stomps her foot and muttering few words walked out of the mansion.

Avni ( mind) why is he so rude? Can't be more polite.

But who was she complaining to and who when she has faces worser than this kind of behaviour by a person.

Opening the passenger side door she sat in and fastens the seatbelt. Neil settling himself drove to office.

Neil turns the music on and glances at Avni who looks outside of the window. There was a small playing on her lips as they passed through bigs building and beautiful scenery.

He couldn't hold myself but smiles back.

Neil lowers the music and stopping the car in the car parking at khanna industrial calls Avni's name out.

Neil : Avni! We have arrived!

Avni chucked her thoughts away and thanking Neil comes out of the car and starts walking towards the entrance leaving Neil there alone.

Neil sighs and getting out of the car headed towards the entrance.

Avni enters and passed a smile to shivangi who returns the smile back.

Shivangi: good morning Avni! Welcome back. Best of luck on your first day.

Avni : good morning shivangi. Thank you so much.

Shivangi smiles and her expression changed as she saw Neil entering. Avni also noticed and turns her head around to see Neil.

Shivangi : good morning sir!

Neil : inform me when all the candidates arrives who supposed to start work. And make them sit in the waiting area. I will meet them myself personally.

Shivangi nodded her head, Neil glancing at Avni strolls to his cabin.

Avni : wasn't he rude?

Shivangi : say something we don't know. We never know what he goes through. He is always moody. Too much attitude.

Avni didn't say word but signing in walks into waiting area and sat down waiting for the boss arrival as he mentioned before he went to his cabin.

Her eyes scanned through the waiting area and smiles as she saw the achievements of the company. She got self-conscious when people joined her.

Neil with his Pa made the entry and looks at everyone who was recruited for new start.

Neil : I Neil khanna, welcome all of you to the company. As brief on the job description you will be coming as team and one of you will be working with me too.

Few girls got excited and their eyes glints.

Neil : I will give more information on the role of us but before that let's go into meeting room and sigh the contract.

All of them nodded their head and followed Neil.

Neil gestures everyone go take seat and he looks at his Pa who nods his head and handed the contract paper to them.

Neil took one of the copy and stood at the front.

Neil : read through the contact. Any questions do ask. Once you have read it then I make few points clear.

They nodded their nods and read through the contract paper. Neil corner of his eyes he noticed Avni engrossed reading the paper but confusion was written all over her face.

Neil slightly chuckles and found it really adorable. He composed himself and shoving his hands in his pockets watched them going through the contract paper.

Once they done, they looked at Neil for more explanation.

Neil  : hope it made clear on the papers what you expected to do. There is few things I expect from you too. Number 1 no laziness, this is workplace not pass time. Number 2 I expect from yourself to be more efficient and passionate to work. Number 3 no goes against me. Any issue will be reported to me. I don't any of you gossiping around and not working. Hope this clear.

Neil explaining them each rules of his company told them to sign the contract.

Neil : before I dismiss you or leave you with my Pa to guide to your office. I would like to make a announcement.

Neil looks at them at his Pa.

Neil : how of you have noticed vaccines role for personal secretary. Depending on your ability and
Work capabilities I may chose one of you to be temporarily my personal assistant. Though I will be recruiting some new people but if you think you are capable for the role then feel free to apply that job too.

Neil then handed them over to his Pa and he himself walks out of the room.

Neil's Pa showed them around the office and their offices. Avni's office was just opposite Neil's. Avni thanking him and meeting her team briefly settles on her desk.

She looks into his cabin and saw him talking over the phone.
