January 4, 2016

(During the New Japan Rumble Preshow)

Kevin Kelly: We have the Pre Show New Japan Rumble, where the only way to win is to pin, submit, disqualify, or throw your opponent over the top rope to eliminate.

Matt Striker: Indeed and look at the rose gallery we have here. Great Kabuki, King Haku, Hiro Saito, and Yoshiaki Fujiwara! A lot of -oh!

Matt: It's Antonio Inoki!

Kevin: What is he doing here?! He's smirking as the next entrant comes!

Kevin: Woah! Who's this?!

Matt: That's Martial Arts Sensation, Daikon Katayama! He has been in the martial arts world since the age of 8 years old. He has since first place in last year's All Japan Karate Championships and has won a Gold Medal in the Asian Karate Championships. Looks like he's coming to join the world of Professional Wrestling!

Kevin: And with Antonio Inoki as his manager! This will be interesting!

*much later*

Matt: Daikon has Taguchi in his sights!

Kevin: What is he-

Both: Oh my God!

Matt: One two three! Daikon Katayama won the New Japan Rumble!

Kevin: And Antonio Inoki is pleased!

*time skip*

Kevin: Daikon is facing the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion, Kushida for his title.

Steve Corino: If what he did back at Wrestle Kingdom shows, this will be a slaughter.

*later*

Steve Corino: Kushida has his locked him!

Kevin: Here we go-

Steve: No! It's the Gogoplata!

Kevin: Kushida's stuck! Daikon has it locked in! And Kushida has to tap out!

Steve: You're looking at the new IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion! What a way to begin his dominance!

*time skip: After losing the Title back to Kushida at Dominion 6.11 in Osaka-Jo Hall, holding it for more than a year*

Jim Ross: Daikon Black and Kenny Omega have gone through Hell in the IWGP United States Heavyweight Championship Tournament!

Josh Barnett: And these two are going at it to become the first to do so!

JR: The Young Bucks are trying to intervene but-BAH GAWD! Double DDT onto the floor!

Josh: There goes the Bucks!

JR: Omega going to hit the One Winged Angel-No! Counter!

Josh: Daikon has him with the Torture Rack... Oh No!

JR: Shades of Kenta Kobashi-

JR: Burning Hammer!

Josh; 1, 2, 3!

JR: We have our first IWGP United States Heavyweight Champion! And This is the same individual who held the Junior Heavyweight Championship for a year!

Josh: Big things will happen for the protege of Antonio Inoki!

*interview*

Interviewer: How does it feel to become the first IWGP United States Champion?

Daikon: ...

Antonio: He does not answer questions like that. Give a more appropriate question to him

Interviewer 2: So Daikon, what are your plans moving forward? Will you go after the IWGP Heavyweight Championship from Kazuchika Okada after this run?

Daikon: ... Yes.

Interviewer 3: Many would consider you the Dark Horse of NJPW. Someone who does the work to grow as a performer-

Daikon: What is this... "Dark Horse" you speak off? I am no Dark Horse. I am a being who strikes fear and sets the record straight. When I won the Junior Championship, the title was exchanged numerous times, until I brought it consistency for a a full year. And now I will do the same with my new United States Championship. However, these and my matches will be stepping stones to my main goal. And that's the IWGP Heavyweight Championship. No one has kept me down. No one! Not even the Bullet Club! From Kenny Omega to Cody Rhodes, I will not be set down and let my Journey to Purify the Industry from the Ashes of the New World Order. That does not make me a "Dark Horse", child... that makes me God. A being far beyond a Reaper, A Demon, A Rebel, and a Sensation... A true, God of Justice.

Antonio: A God of Justice... I like that name.

*time skip: after losing the IWGP US Heavyweight Championship from Punishment Martinez at War of the Worlds.*

Don Callis: After nearly 2 years, Daikon is facing the IWGP Heavyweight Champion, Kazuchika Okada, planning to end Okada's streak. The first time these two meet face to face.

Kevin Kelly: Daikon has been ruling over since his arrival, and now, he desires to step onto the throne that Kazuchika Okada built.

Don: Stepping into? He'll destroy that throne just to put his own. That's how much of a danger he is. He wants to tear down Okada's reign to establish his dominance in NJPW!

*one hour later*

Kevin: Okada has Daikon locked in! This could be it! Kazuchika's reign continues!

Don: Rainmaker- No! Run to the ropes!-

Don: Spear!

Ref: 1, 2, 3!

Kevin: Oh my God! Okada has been dethroned!

Don: Goodbye, Okada! Welcome to the new Era in NJPW! The Era of Justice!

*time skip*

Daikon entered the 2020 Summer Olympics as he won Three Gold Medals in Boxing, Karate, and surprisingly, Archery. The last part was for himself as he was good at throwing Darts and Shooting Arrows.

*time skip; after holding the title for 1584 days, beating Okada's record*

Daikon lost the IWGP Heavyweight Title, then called the World Title, to Hiroshi Tanahashi after his 4-year long reign. Sadly, it had been the passing of Antonio Inoki and now NJPW had no plans for Daikon, and so, he was released.

Daikon, however, used this to meditate and regain some self-control and grey wise. He makes a few appearances in AJPW, Pro Wrestling Noah, TV, Movies, and Anime, as many recognize, acknowledge, and praise him for his martial arts career. Before leaving Japan for the United States.

*interview*

Interviewer: Have you heard from anyone from AEW?

Daikon: Not since Cody Rhodes left for WWE, as he was the most vocal of me joining All Elite Wrestling.

Interviewer: Then why didn't you accept it?

Daikon: I wasn't comfortable at the time. Especially when I started hearing the gossip, rumors, and things that happened backstage over there, recently with CM Punk, and I didn't feel confident in joining a show that lacked Professionalism and Management.

Interviewer: I see.

*later*

Daikon would make a few appearances in AEW, but only through the crowd, as he was paid about a Million Dollars by Tony Khan for his appearances. However, Daikon signed with WWE, thanks to the help of Triple H and Cody Rhodes. He was just letting Tony make a fool out of himself while getting some extra cash.

Soon, however, the all-in incident between CM Punk and Jack Perry occurred and Daikon had enough. He yelled at Tony, the Bucks, and others involved about the lack of professionalism in AEW, and called the show a "Home filled with weak-minded Boys and Girls in a Fraternity with Zero Kind of Management and Control."

And so...

Vic Joseph: Trick Williams has regained the NXT North American Championship from Dirty Dom.

Booker T: That's right. Dirty Dom ain't got nothing on Trick. And-

Vic: WHAT?!

[There should be a GIF or video here. Update the app now to see it.]

Booker T: AH My GOD!

Vic: It's DAIKON!

Booker: THE ONE AND ONLY GOD OF JUSTICE!

Vic: Williams is shocked! So are Dominik and Dragon Lee!

Booker: They should as this man not only was the most dominant in NJPW, he entered the Summer Olympics 3 years ago and won 3 Gold Medals!

*interview*

Chris Van Vliet: So what brought the idea of coming to WWE instead of AEW? AEW would make sense since you know most people there.

Daikon: The problem is that. I know them. I don't like most of them. They're way too childish, way too driven with connections, and right now, way too selfish and unprofessional.

Chris: But didn't you have a connection with Antonio Inoki?

Daikon: No. He got to know me after I won a Karate Championship Tournament and asked the people to put me on the card. Him as my manager was in line with what Paul Heyman was with Brock Lesnar. He was there to protect the other person from me. And it's Antonio Inoki, so it's a big deal he's trying to protect you from me.

Chris: Right. There's a rumor in your crowd appearances, you were paid-

Daikon: Yes. Tony wanted me in the company in any way, and my heart wasn't in on it, as I was mostly getting myself back together after Inoki's passing and me leaving New Japan. I considered it, but he was annoying. Him, the Bucks, Omega, and many others were asking me to join, and I got to the point that I threatened to kill them.

Chris: Woah.

Daikon: Yeah. That helped. After I got myself back in control, I considered it again but was more hesitant after the stories I heard backstage. Tony then decided to pay me to appear, which is unethical, but I said nothing as he was making a fool out of himself and I got free money. There was no contract, no written agreement.

Chris: Wow. He was so eager to bring you along, while you were signing to WWE.

Daikon: Yes. And the All In happened and I had enough. I told Tony to no longer give me money as I was done and told him I already signed a contract with NXT. I then told everyone who asked about that and told them the "Fraternity" comment and that was it.

Chris: So what do you have in Mind in WWE, now that you're in NXT?

Daikon: Right now, it's still in its early stages, but after seeing how people reacted at No Mercy, I have no doubt things will change.
