Narrator: 

Last time we saw our heroes, Max was determined to rescue Ash on his own, but Serena stops him from doing so, reassuring him that he isn't the only one who wants to rescue the trainer. 

Max concurs with her, that everything would be fine, thus, Serena reunites with the Hoenn Champion, Steven Stone along with her friends from the Kalos Region, Sawyer and Clement by their side. 

Ash woke up, as that he found himself being in the same situation from the Team Flare Crisis. 

Lysandre told how humiliated he was by Ash defeated him back then, and Ash sworn to him that he has faith in his friends to stop him from whatever plans he had in store. 

Unknown to Ash that Lysandre had took a piece of his DNA and experimented with his own DNA to create a clone of him, a brother. 

Akuma Ketchum.  He told the clone to destroy May and her companions . 

Would he follow his orders?

Akuma

I wasn't sure what Lysandre meant back there. "Demolish a girl name May and her companions." 

Uh, what that even mean?!? I don't know what is going on, and all I can remember is that I woke up in a strange place. 

"Uh, what I supposed to do? I don't even know who the heck she is, or where she is-" I suddenly slipped down a hillside, as to headbutt a young blond girl. 

"Ow, what the-" She exclaimed. She notices my wrist, "Wait a second, you have a Mega Stone and a Key Stone?!?

That's rare." 

Her partner came up from her pouch, a green core, as my head felt pain when I saw it. "You will not hurt anyone , Lysandre!

Pikachu, use Thunderbolt, Novern, use Boom Burst!" 

The voice was so familiar, and it was something unsettling. 

"Hey, you ok?" The girl asked. 

I groan, "Sorry. I have a headache, that's all." 

The girl said, "It's fine. Say, how about we have a battle? It would make you feel better, and I do want to get my battling style better if I'm going to save my friend." 

I titled my head, confused by her words, "Your friend? Who is your friend?"

The Core Pokemon came out of the girl's purse, as he examines me for a bit. He seems concerned as he looked at his trainer. 

The trainer knew instantly that he wanted to talk to her. "Can you give us a moment?"

"Uh, sure?" I was puzzled by her question. What could be more important that he knows about me?

Squishy 

I was concerned. Something is special about the boy we just bumped into. Bonnie and I went to a private place to talk. 

"Squishy, what was that about? " She asked me.

 "Listen, you must not tell Serena and the others about what I have to say." 

"Not telling Serena? Squishy, have you seen her? She wants to save Ash, they're a couple, remember?" 

Dedenne said, "Yeah, Braxien and Greninja aren't too thrilled about Ash being held captive by Lysandre. So much for being relaxed in a new region, I supposed." 

"This might freak you out, but as I examined him more closely, his DNA is a mixture of Ash and Lysandre." 

Bonnie's eyes grew as she looked at the boy we encountered. "Are you telling me that he is Ash's brother?!?" 

"A clone to be exact. But it appears that he doesn't know that. If I'm right, that boy would be a powerful trainer by having Ash's unpredictable battle style tactics. " 

Bonnie sighs, "Gosh, this is going to be an unexpected turn of events all right. But how in the world Lysandre had the ability to make a generic clone of Ash? That seems insane to think about." 

"For now, let's not mention to him that he's a clone. That would shock him to the very core. " 

"I don't care if he's a clone, Squishy! Everyone has a choice to make, and for one, he should know who he is, and you're not going to stop me." Bonnie said. 

The little electric Pokemon laughs at her response as this is what she would say. "Ash's influenced our trainer, all right. 

Although, she does have a solid point, Squishy. Whether he is a clone or not, he need to know what's right or wrong. Having a Pokemon battle wouldn't be a bad thing." 

I sighed as Bonnie went to the boy again. 

"Sorry for the wait. C'mon, we can battle over here." 

The boy said, "Why you want to battle me? We don't know each other!" 

"Well, how about we change that, then? The name's Bonnie, I'm a Pokemon trainer from Lumiose City Gym." 

"The Lumiose City Gym? Is that mean you're a Gym Leader then?" The boy asked her, as Bonnie laughs. 

"No, no. I'm not the Gym Leader, that is my big brother, Clement.  He has that title, and boy, he's no pushover. " 

"Oh." He said, blushed of the realization. 

"So, do you have a name?" Bonnie asked. 

"It.. It's Akuma. " He said, blushing. 

"Akuma, huh?" Bonnie said, "Let's go have that battle! 

They set up for the battle as Akuma said, "Go, Charizard! " 

Charizard appears, as it roars. Bonnie was amazed by Akuma's partner. "A Charizard, huh? If that's the case, Squishy, do you want to battle them?"

"Sure, we'll get to see what Ash's brother can do with that Mega Stone." I grinned, as I go into my 25% mode. 

Serena

As I walked through the forest, I tug the blue ribbon. I really don't know if I can pull of a rescue attempt to rescue Ash. 

It is pretty dangerous, as May sees how worried I was. "Hey, Serena, after all this mess is over, how about we compete against each other on the next Contest?

It's over a week, and I.. well, I know Ash wanted to see you win your first blue ribbon, it's your dream. I heard from Max , you inspired him to not give up. So, don't you ever give up." 

I smiled. It's great to have a rival like the Princess of Hoenn as well as a friend to cheer you up when you're doubting yourself. 

We were silent for a bit, unsure what to say to one other. 

As we walked, we heard a loud boom shrouding the area. Max asked, "What was that?"

Steven said, "Don't know. How about we find out?" We went to the source of the sound, as to our major surprise, Bonnie was doing a Pokemon battle! 

"Bonnie's battling? But who is her opponent?" Steven asked, curiously. I looked over, to see a boy who looked ... 

"Is that Ash? No, it can't be him. His eyes looked like Lysandre." I thought. 

Bonnie was panting with sweat, as if the battle was a long one. "Akuma, you're incredible! How about you show me how serious you and Charizard are, with that special power of yours." 

Akuma seems to be looking at his wrist, as I realized what it was. "How he gotten himself a Mega Stone and Keystone?" I exclaimed as the group gasped. 

"You're kidding." Steven said, as that Akuma said, "Demolish the power hidden inside of you, and gave me your true desire! 

The path starts here and now! 

Mega Evolve!" 

Bonnie smirks at the transformation, as we watched the phenomenon happen, as the Pokemon revealed it's Mega form!

"It Mega Evolved!" May exclaimed, as the black Charizard looked at its opponent . Bonnie chuckled, "This got intense, I am so stoked since watching the Kalos League Finals! Squishy, use Dragon Pulse!" 

"Dodge it and grab Squishy with your claws!" Akuma commanded. It did as the trainer commanded, as Bonnie yells, "No, Squishy!" 

"It's too bad you can't do anything while you're in the air. I figured how much Squishy wanted to continue battling in the ground, as I thought. " 

Bonnie was stunned, "You noticed that while you dodged all our attacks? Very static of you. You really are something else, Akuma." 

May said, "He's acting lot like Ash does when he battles. It's like he adapted what is happening in the battle while thinking a way to win. " 

Steven nods, "No matter what I do, I never guess how Ash does his unpredictable battle stragites right off the bat. 

He's one of a kind trainer I've ever met. " 

Then there was a move I never heard before, as Akuma yells, "Do a Seismic Toss!" 

It was a big crash, as it reveals Squishy was defeated and turn back into a cell. Akuma pants, as he collapses.

"Akuma!" Bonnie said, running towards the boy. I asked, "What is going on?"

Bonnie turns around to see us, as she said, "Serena, you guys. You were watching our battle? " 

 Steven puts his hands to his hips, "Sheesh, Bonnie. You challenged to a Mega Evolved Charizard? That is so risky!" 

She sweats, "Uh, I had to. I know how strong he is, and he needs to know something too. Charizard, please watch over your trainer with me. May, can you relase Glaceon and make a ice pack for me? He's burning a fever from our battle." 

May nodded, "O-ok." 

As Charizard watched us, he seems to be uptight about everything. I decided to use a Pokepuff to make him trust us. 

"Here, this is a Pokepuff. I made them all the time." I offered to the flame Pokemon. 

The Pokemon heisants, but gradually took it. As I looked at Bonnie, Bonnie begins to smirk at me. 

"This brings me back memories. Isn't there a time that Ash gotten himself sick and you had to cosplay him to trick a trainer who has a Pikachu?"

May looked at me, "Was this true, Ser? You actually pretend to be Ash?!?"

"Bonnie! Why you have to say that?" I said, being embarrassed about the memory. 

May

I never seen Serena act so bashful. Although, I do see how she cares about Ash on their journey together. 

Although, Ash really is a dense person sometimes. He obiously didn't realize that she had a crush on him yet. 

Bonnie stayed all night to keep Charizard and Akuma company, as Steven asked, "So, did you guys find anything?"

"No luck I'm afraid." Serena replied. Suddenly, her Pokegear opens up, to see Clement, Sawyer, and Alain along with Marin and Brock. 

"Please you found some good news." Sawyer asked, as I sigh, "Nope. But something came up too. " 

We explained what happened, as Clement exclaimed, "A mega Charizard X, huh? And he was able to defeat Squishy?"

Alain said, "Sounds powerful indeed. But it depends on the holder of the Keystone. Besides, it sounds pretty superpious if you asked me. Brock, can you think we should make a detour to Professor Sycamore's research lab? 

He might have more information about Mega Evolution ." 

Brock said, "Good thinking, Alain. You know him better than anyone. He's going to make a great assistance of locating Lysandre." 

"We'll try our best from here. You guys continue on your search for the time being." Marin suggested. 

They ended the call, as Max said, "Continue searching?!? May, Ash could be anywhere by now! He is more danger than ever since Lysandre has him. I can't stand waiting!" 

Akuma

Uh, my head. It felt like a hurricane. I suddenly realize I wasn't alone. Beside me was Bonnie, sleeping on my lap. 

Was she taking care of me while I was on a fever from our battle?  I thought to myself, "I really have to stop making people worry." 

I gently shake her, "Bonnie. Bonnie, hey, wake up." She opens up her eyes to see I was awake. "Akuma! You're awake! How you feeling?"

"A lot better. Did you take care of me while I had a fever?" I asked her, as her Pokemon that I battled with came out of her purse. 

"Indeed she did. She stayed with you the whole night to be exact." He said, as my eyes widen. 

"The whole night?!? Bonnie, you don't have to do that! We just met , remember? Why would you go all out for a stranger like me?" I asked her.

"Because I wanted to speak with you privately. Listen, you may want to hear this from us. It may have a big shock to you." She said, seriously. 

"Oh." I said, "How bad can it be?"

"Listen, Akuma. What you are, is a generic clone of our friend, Ash Ketchum. In a way, you're his brother. 

We suspect he is in critical danger, and you being here... we thought that you might know where he is." Squishy said. 

I have a brother? That is absurd, why that they know if I am related to him? 

"Wait, why you saying this? It's impossible!" I said. Bonnie seems to be silent, as that she walks away. 

I looked at Squishy, as he said, "Don' t take it personally. It's just Ash is a role model to her, like he was another family member that she never had besides her older brother, Clement. 

He taught her all about how fun it was to be a trainer and she wants to be exactly how she envisions herself as. 

She hoped to challenge him one day and maybe win, but one thing remains inside of her. The desire to be with the people she cares about." 

I saw her tearing up silently, as then I remembered what Lysandre had said to me. "Demolish a girl named May and her companions." 

Can I really do it, to keep a promise like that? 

But I see something else. Passion, regret, and the thrill of a Pokemon battle. It's exciting and amazing . 

As I want to approach Bonnie, another memory I had shared with Ash. "Garchomp, let me take this collar off you! Pikachu, use Iron Tail on the collar!" 

Pikachu uses it as it relases the it to the ground, leaving the Pokemon sweating. "It's going to be fine. Help is on the way." 

Pikachu went to his trainer, as a piece of the Lumiose City tower broke, leaving Pikachu to fall. 

"Pikachu!" He yells as he jumps off the building to save him. 

I panted, as Bonnie asked, "Akuma, what's wrong?"

"A memory. I get visions of the past events my brother went through. It hurts." I replied. 

"Which memory did you see? " She asked, curiously. 

"Um, something about him jumping off the Lumiose City Gym, I think?" I replied. She thought for a moment then laughed.

"What did I say? Did I say something funny?" I asked. She waves, "That is quite a memory. That happened when we first met. Ash was new to the Kalos Region and that Garchomp was going on a rampage by one of Team Rocket's inventions. 

And Ash being reckless, he decided to climb the tower all by himself and he did jumped off that tower like his life depends on it! 

It scared me half to death but I'm just relived he got down safely. Akuma, you can make your choice. 

You don't have to let people decide what you need to do. Be your own person. " 

I was truly amazed at her. I get to see what type of a trainer she is, and that I guess Ash really do inspire her, just like Squishy said. 

"Bonnie, I don't have any memories of where my brother is located exactly, but um, I think Lysandre sent me to get rid of you guys. What you guys do to make him so desperate to destroy the Pokemon World?"

So, Bonnie told me the events of the Team Flare Incident, and how my brother had saved Kalos from destruction and that Greninja stayed behind to get rid of the red vines along with Squishy and Z1's help. 

I whistled, "Wow. I never imagined how Lysandre wanted the Bond Phonemon that way, that's harsh." 

Bonnie concur, "Tell me about it. Now I'm worried that this time he's really desperate and we don't know what his main goal is. Serena just begun her Pokemon Coordinator journey and this happens." 

"Max! What you doing?" We heard May said, as we exchanged looks as we rushed over to see what's the commotion about. 

"If you guys don't want to do anything, then I will! Ralts come on out and use Teleport to locate Lysandre!" He commanded. 

"Max, stop!!" His sister commanded, but it was too late. Bonnie said, "Brock, what is going on?"

"It's Max, he decided to go look for Lysandre on his own, he wanted to do it alone." The Pokemon Doctor exclaimed. 

My head hurts again, as I see Ash being hanged in a dark room, and all alone . "Serena..." 

"Akuma, what is it?" Bonnie asked me as the group looked at me. "You're Akuma? Are you ok?" Serena asked. 

I had decided. I'm going to help my new friends against Lysandre, the one who created me, and I need to battle Ash. My own brother who is in trouble. 

I grabbed my hat beside me and put it on. "I think I had a recent memory. We have to get moving." 

I ran as I yell, "Charizard, let's go!" The fire Pokemon roars as I climbed into his back and I grabbed Bonnie's hand to let her ride with me. 

"Let's go, to Ash!" I yelled. 

Narrator:

 It appears that Akuma has decided to join our heroes to save his brother he never met, as Max decided to take things into his own hands to save his friend. 

Will our heroes step into Lysandre's trap? Will Akuma be able to face the dangers of going against his own father?

Would Ash be surprise of meeting Akuma for the first time?
