We had career day today at school. It should honestly be renamed into " The day we get you universities to check out because you know... future and stuff". To be completely honest I love this day, I get a glimpse of what my life might become someday. If only I would choose a major already. I have put three years of my life studying chemistry, biology, and physics. Yet I seem to be gravitating toward business management and culinary arts. The truth is I feel like since I'm good at science (grades very but their always close to 90) I should study science. Even though when I took economics I took an average of 98. The fact is that in the arab world, someone who is studying business is someone who's marks are close to the 70' and they don't have much to offer when it comes to contributing to the society. That is absolutely bonkers because economy and all, but try telling that to an Arab mother or father. I'm just confused at the moment, and I just hope I make up my mind soon because I'm graduating in T-200 or so days. I was attending an event by Arabia CSR Network, more on that later, when I received an email. I had made a friend on the career day at our school, let's call her sarah. Sarah was extremely kind and when I told her I was writing a book she asked me if she could read it. I obviously denied because have you seen that content? It's bad, and just agh. Anyway so I sent her one chapter, my baby, The Doctor. I received her reply, she didn't get to read it all but she did say she really liked it and that she related to it. This is the first time I get sort of criticized by a stranger I can put a face to and I'm so glad she liked what she read. On another unrelated note, my story has been gathering more reads which is absolutely fantastic. Thank you all for the support, I appreciate every +1 reader I get. Btw did you get the joke? Major issue, like major as in the one is college? Eh? Eh? No... okay then I'm just going to go and sit in the corner :')
