Chapter 29:

Neil was looking at avni from the glass and shocked to see avni's condition she was shivering the flashes of dream came in front of his eyes the fear of losing her clearly saw in his eyes tears fall from his eyes.

Neil: avni.

His breathe become uneven to see her  then the doctor comes with the nurse.

Neil: doc doctor avni.

Dr: relax Mr khanna let me check first then i will tell you something.

He went inside and the nurse pull off the curtain Neil was restless he ruffles his hairs and cry by catching his hairs in his fist.

Neil: please God please save here please save my avni please.

Neil saw nurse is coming out she runs from there and this all is scaring him more she comes back after sometime doctor comes out Neil went to him.

Neil: doc doctor how's avni what happened to her she is fine right.

Dr: Mr khanna Mr khanna relax calm down she is fine now.

Neil takes a deep breathe.

Neil: but what happened to her.

Dr: it happens after the surgery it's the effect of anaesthesia relax she is fine.

Neil: why she didn't open her eyes till now.

Dr: I don't lie to you it is scaring me because sometime shivering is a sign of getting consciousness but here after 10 hours of the surgery she is still sleeping in some cases people took 1 to 3 days to get conscious but those surgeries were different from this anyway let's hope for the best for now she is fine hope she will open her eyes soon.

Neil nodes yes doctor pets his shoulder and went Neil went to see her from the glass and tear falls from his eyes.

Neil: till when you will make me wait hmm you are enjoying it right please avni do some mercy I am dying here with each and every passing minute.

Neil thinks.

Flashback:

Avneil were in Neil's home and were sitting in Neil's room and enjoying the coffee.

Avni: Neil.

Neil sip his coffee.

Neil: hmm.

Avni: what will you do when I will go back to London.

Neil: I will distribute the sweets.

Avni: what?

Neil: yes finally I will get rid of you and live peacefully.

Avni: haww you are bored of me I am annoying you now.

Neil was smiling.

Avni: one day when I will leave you and went away from you then you will regret that day.

Neil: I will come after you there.

Avni: you will not reached there.

Neil: why where you went that I can't  reached there.

Avni: to God.

Neil's smiles vanished.

Neil: avni what's this nonsense do you have any idea what are you saying?

Avni: I am saying the truth.

Neil look at her.

Avni: ok ok I am sorry I was just kidding.

Neil turns his face to the other side.

Avni: Neil I said sorry.

Neil: not accepted.

Neil went from there.

Flashback:

When they were going to the hospital in the car and Neil was not talking with here.

Avni: Neil please talk to me at least tell me what I did.

no answer.

Avni: fine don't talk to me if I die tomorrow then shed tears in my memories the whole life.

Neil shouts.

Neil: avniii.

Flashback ends.

Neil close his eyes and tears fall from his eyes Neil feels dizzy and keeps his hand to the wall for the support he didn't eat anything since 24 hours nor drink a drop of water he went to the bench and sits there and holds his head he feels a hand on his shoulder and saw avni is sitting besides him he is madly in love with her.

Neil: avni.

Then he remember his dream and fear was visible on his face.

Avni: Neil what is this?

Neil: what?

Avni: how can you be so careless look at you your face turns pale your hairs are messed and you didn't eat anything why are you doing this Neil please take care of yourself.

Neil: if you are that much concerned for me then why are you doing this to me why you are not opening your eyes if you want me to eat something then open your eyes and feed me with your hands.

Avni: Neil why you are not understanding I will not come back now.

Neil: avniii.

Neil cups her face.

Neil: please don't say this please you have no idea about the pain from which I am suffering right now please come back to me avni please don't do this to me please.

Avni: Neil please take care of yourself handle your self.

Neil: no I will not I will let myself to break and shatter into pieces if you don't want to see me like this then come back to me and save me.

Avni Neil why you are behaving like this please try to understand you have to live without me.

Neil look at her.

Neil: stubborn hmm fine If you are stubborn then I am stubborn too you want to go right then I will also come with you.

Avni: Neil.

Neil turns his face to the other side avni keeps her head at his shoulder and intervine her arm in his arm Neil look at her with teary eyes and keeps his head on her head and close his eyes Neil open his eyes and again shut them then slowly he open his eyes and frown to see the surrounding he was on the bed in the hospital he saw a nurse comes to him.

Neil: nurse I am here how i reached here and why I am on the bed.

Nurse: sir you fainted in the corridor.

Neil: what?

Nurse: yes.

Neil thinks.

Flashback:

Neil feels dizzy he kept his hand to the wall for support then he went to sit on the bench and faints.
