Okay so firstly Afcs uyo is sort of a short form for Airforce comprehensive school uyo which is the full name of my school incase I hadn't mentioned that earlier...

My school being is a comprehensive school so the punishments aren't really as severe as some Airforce schools that are military.

I may not mention all the punishments people in this school have had to do because I don't know all, I have forgotten some and some I do not know their names.

Anyways, I'll say all I can remember. It's not like I liked punishments anyways 💔💔

We had something we called pressing up. To all who don't know what that means it's like a push-up only that your body remains up and is not meant to come down like a normal push-up.

Another is called pick a pin which I assume a lot of people will know, that's like putting one finger on the ground and lifting one leg while doing so which led to the bleeding of some from their noses because it's like staying upside down.

We had hanging, it was putting your two legs on the wall and your palm on the ground. This too led to bleeding. The advanced form is called parallel hanging were your body has to align with the wall entirely.

We had smoke, a very complicated punishments were one leg is up and you stay in a way that's kind of like you're smoking (so sorry for not explaining that so well😅😅)

We had other popular punishments like hunching, running back and forth (really crazy I know), crawling, kneeling down, raising your hands up, closing your eye etc which were all very annoying and embarrassing to me.

We had harsher punishments such as soaking and rolling were the victim (yes victim 💔) is soaked with water then ordered to roll on the ground usually in a sandy area and most of the time is flogged while rolling.

Then we had other manual punishments that involved washing the toilets, washing the gutters, weeding, cutting grass, sweeping, scrubbing tiles and so on.

Well apart from the soldiers that give punishments the seniors may have also formed their own punishments. I really don't know the origin of punishments but I do know that some of the punishments seniors give came from soldiers and vice versa.

Well for now I'm done. I'm so happy I have graduated anyways😂😂 who doesn't get tired of being punished 😂😂...
