Today's fight was much easier.

We got up early to practice (Yui included) before the sun came up, and when it was light, we checked in to the stadium and were handed an itinerary. We were to battle near the end of the day's competition. A bracket lit up the jumbo-tron, and names made their way closer to the finals. Milly is intent on not making any more mistakes. This competition means a lot to her. 

So, we came across the gym leader from the flooded place. He was happy to actually get to talk to Milly, and congratulated her for her victory in the freestyle. The two get along interestingly well... 

Today was mostly uneventful. We've moved up past the quarterfinals. The semifinals are tomorrow, and Milly wasn't going to let us lose our edge, keeping us practicing until dark. 

Yui is tired, but feeling better. 

Tomorrow will be less boring, surely.
