Hey, I'm back! I know it's been a while, and I'm so sorry! But guess what- I FINALLY found the correct key to decode several ciphers in the Journal! So, without further ado, here I am again, with the first page decoded!

That little code next to the mountains at the bottom says this: "I've been inside your mind, Sixer. I know your secrets." Obviously that is Bill telling Ford he's never safe from him. (Cue the evil laugh)
