I decided to call this page "Bill Is Back" because... Well, you'll see.

All three of these rather large codes are written in the combined cipher.

Is it bad that I'm starting to agree with what Bill is saying? Mostly because I found this page online. It's from Dipper and Mabel and The Curse Of The Time Pirate's Treasure.

This is big. He saw his own dimension burn... According to the Oracle, Bill himself burned up his dimension. But then why would he miss it? He obviously didn't like it there... I'm not sure what to think anymore. What do you guys think? Don't be afraid to tell me in the comments!
