Heee iedereen! Dit keer geen aanvraag maar een geweldige collab met sjakiela whoeee! En dit was echt ontzettend te gek om te schrijven samen met zo'n geweldige engelse schrijfster! Ik komt vast nog eens een collab want we hadden veel lol!

We hebben dit samen geschreven, waarin we jullie meenemen in de karakters van het boek 'Jongensdroom' (ofcourse) en van het boek "Wrong Number"

Ik verklap bij deze wel: Stevens achternaam is Gray. Het eerste helft is geschreven door Sjakiela. De tweede helft door mij.

Matthew Gray

You'd think that today would be a normal day like it always had been, but today wasn't just a normal day, at all.

Let me take you back to when I was driving towards Rain his house so we could grab a random movie and cuddle up on the couch.

I was almost there, but somehow at the middle of the road my car suddenly stopped working and it only seemed to make these weird noises whenever I tried to turn the car back on.

And after multiple times of trying to fix whatever the hell the freaking problem was and almost knocking myself out in the progress, I decided to call my cousin

Steven Gray.

Steven and I both grew up in the same neighborhood, but after a couple of years Steven and his mom decided to move away from here. Now we live around half an hour apart from each other.

Somehow both of us were busy with stuff like work, school and our friends at the same time. We'd stay in touch and call from time to time, but that was it.

I think it's finally time to bring some change into that and maybe also because he works at a garage, but that's not the only reason!

Okay.. Maybe it was. But I do miss him.

Somehow Steven and I are pretty much alike. He has messy dark hair just like me, we were both pretty tall and well build. We both had small moles, I had a couple on my collarbone and in my neck and Steven had his own on his shoulder. The only clear difference between us were our bright eyes. His were bright green and mine were shining gray. Our eyes were complete opposites of each other.

It was quite funny though, because you could say that we were practically brothers instead of cousins. We also treated each other like we were brothers, he looked out for me and I would look after him. We were both pretty much protective when it came to our loved ones and family. It was probably a bit more extreme with Steven though. He also got more easily jealous than I ever did.

And he isn't as fucked up as me. He has a life without a bipolar depression or bipolar people in general.

I got my phone out of my pocket and called to Steven his phone.

"Matt?" I heard his surprised yet low voice.

"Hey Steven, been a while." I grinned and felt the same familiar, chill atmosphere that has always been there between us.

"Is there something wrong?" He instantly asked.

"Uh yeah ki-" Before I could finish my sentence Steven decided to interrupt me.

"What's wrong Matthew?" I know he tried to cover it, but I still heard his voice that laced with nothing but worry.

"Steven calm down, it's just my car that stopped working."

"Oh.." He sighed.

"Can you help me?" I asked him.

"Sure, where are you now?"

"I'm at the beginning of Wallstreet."

"GRUMPYHEAD! GRUM- Aiden shut up! I'm on the phone!" I heard someone scream at the end of the line and Steven yelled back at that person.

"Who's that in the background?" I grinned.

"You don't want to know. Look we'll be there in a few." He sighed.

Before I could ask who 'we' were he already hung up on me. I sighed and texted Rain.

To: My beautiful boyfriend

Hey babe, will take a bit longer to get there. Car problems. See you soon x. | 12:01 P.M.

I didn't even have to wait a second and already got a reply from him. I always loved how fast he texted me back.

From: My beautiful boyfriend

That's okay Matthew, can't wait to see you again <3 | 12:01 P.M.

After waiting outside for a couple of minutes I saw my dear cousin followed by a shorter boy. He looked skinny, pale and much shorter compared to my cousin. But he clearly had a huge grin on his face and looked adorable. You clearly saw the difference between those two.

Steven looked grumpy and annoyed, he's gotten taller and still has a well build. His green eyes looked a bit darker than I remembered and his hair is just as messy as mine had been.

The other boy was shorter than Steven and looked like he would fit like five times into Steven, that's how skinny he was. He wore a light blue beanie that complimented his bright blue eyes, it really suits him. He looks happy and bright, it was almost so weird that it looked like something was off about him.

They stood in front of me and Steven gave me a bro hug. It was short, but felt safe and like home again. I missed all of my family members and this reminds me of how it felt like.

"Wow! Steven told me about you but I didn't thought you two would look so much like each other." The small happy boy gaped at me with his mouth wide open.

"Close your mouth, you'll catch flies." Steven growled at him which made me frown at him.

"Coool! Now there are two sexy grumpheads on earth!" He gasped and looked fake shocked.

"Hey!" Steven and I yelled at the boy at the same time.

"I'm going to look at your car, Can I have your keys?" Steven asked and turned towards me so I gave him my keys and he turned back around to face Aiden again.

"And for you Aiden, behave." I heard the low warning tone in his voice and it almost gave me goosebumps, he's almost never that grumpy or mad.

"Pffft, behave? I always behave." I heard the boy, who I'm guessing is Aiden, snort.

"Good luck with him." Steven muttered to me and walked towards my car, leaving Aiden and I alone.

"So you're Steven's cousin huh?" I heard Aiden curiously ask while he looked up and down at me.

"Uh, yeah." I said once I saw him smirk creepily at me.

"Why are you looking so creepy at me?"

Aiden inspected me from up and down again, taking me in and investigating every detail. He started to smirk and grin even creepier.

"Don't worry, I like you better from the two. Steven is so grumpy and so stupid sometimes." He whispered in my ear which made me laugh out loud.

"I heard that!" Steven yelled from inside my car.

Aiden stuck his tongue out at him which made me grin. He's so childish and weird, but I like it.

"So.. you're like what? Friends with Steven?" I frowned, thinking of how Steven isn't friends with people who look like Aiden.

"Yeah friends with benefits." He winked at me.

"Wait what?!" I yelled confused.

"Okay okay I'm kidding! He's my boyfriend." He said looking as serious as possible.

Before I knew it I burst out in a fit of laughter. Steven and this guy?! Steven would go mad! He's insane.

"Why.. Why are you laughing?" Aiden asked me and tilted his head to the side.

"What? You weren't joking?" I asked while frowning.

"No?"

"Oh.. sorry. How though? You don't seem like the type of person that Steven hangs out with." I asked.

"From the moment he saw me he was so damn desperate and I found it so sad for him so I decided to be nice for once and give him his needs. I mean, come on I'm Aiden Anderson, everyone is begging for me!" He rambled and shook his head.

"Poor Steven couldn't live without me." He sighed dramatically and placed one of his hands on his heart which made me laugh out loud again.

"Hey Steef, can I keep him?" I joked

"Yes thank god! Good luck with the moron." He smirked at Aiden.

"I know you love me." Aiden smirked back at him and made Steven roll his eyes.

"Hey do you like One Direction?" He asked.

"That's so gay." I commented.

"Says you! You're last name is gay!" He yelled offended.

"Hey it's Gray!" I yelled annoyed at him.

He started to poke me a couple of times annoyingly in my chest.

"What the hell are you doing?"

"I'm waiting for the rainbows and gayness to get out of you, duh."

"Okay the car is working!" Steven yelled proud which made us look at him.

"Nevermind Steven, i don't want to keep him anymore." I said and probably disappointed my cousin.

"Oh, it was too good to be true." Steven sighed and shook his head.

"Pffft, you guys just can't deal my sexiness." Aiden snorted.

"Whatever." Steven and I said at the same time and strangely rolled our eyes at the same time.

"Wow you guys really are family." He said and looked at the both of us.

"Thanks for fixing my car." I said and patted Steven his shoulder.

"Yeah sure. Is everything okay? How are you doing?" He asked me and looked deep in my eyes, as if he was searching for something which made me frown.

"I'm fine." I lied and looked away.

He nods and eventually lets it go.

"Hey, you never told me you two were boyfriends though." I changed topic and pointed at Aiden and him.

"Oh, yeah I didn't really think about telling it I guess." He said and scratched his neck so I just nodded.

"Aiden and I should get going." He said right after that.

"No Steven! I like him, can't we go on that lunchdate with him? It could be like a cool double date! I've never been on a double date pleaaaaseeeee." Aiden whined which made me laugh.

"But Matthew here doesn't have a girlfriend Aiden." He said to Aiden.

"You're right I indeed don't have a girlfriend." which made both of them look at me.

"I have a boyfriend." I expected them to be shocked and Steven were, but then Aiden decided to speak up.

"Ha! See it clearly runs in the family! Gray.. Hey.. How about fifty shades of Gay?" He smirked and made us glare at him and yell.

"Shut up Aiden!"

"Okay okay, calm down both of you." he muttered before getting in the backseat of the car.

I got in the passenger seat and Steven sat next to me. Aiden turned on the radio and was immediately distracted by singing along with the Katy Perry song California Girls. I started driving so we could pick up my boyfriend.

"Hey, you also never told me about your boyfriend." Steven spoke up.

"It has been complicated, but it's all good now." I looked back at him for a second and then at the road again.

"That's good. I never expected you to like a boy Matthew." He smiled softly.

"Didn't expect it from you either Steven Gray." I grinned.

"Touché." He said. I saw him looking in the back at Aiden who was still distracted and humming along the lines. He looks with wide eyes at the window as if all he sees are rainbows and unicorns walking across the road. That thought made me snort.

"Hey, but how are you really doing?" He asked me and stared at me, probably trying to see how I would react to that.

Shit.

"What do you mean?" I asked innocent.

"Don't play dumb with me Matty, we're family. I know you and I know when you're lying" He frowned.

"I've been better, but ever since Rain has been in my life nothing seems to matter anymore. He brightens up my days and makes me feel happy. I haven't been feeling so good in a while." I honestly said.

"Are you still taking your medicines?" He asked, still looking at me.

"No.. not anymore." I confessed.

"Matthew! Why not?" He scolded me for not taking them.

I sighed and didn't reply to that. He probably got the sign that I didn't want to talk about it so he already started talking.

"Promise me to take them okay?" He asked me, practically commanding me with a low tone in his voice.

"Okay okay fine I promise, just.. Can we please stop talking about this?" I asked him and he nods.

"So Rain huh?" He smiled and half smirked.

"Oh shut up you!" I grinned.

Five minutes later we arrived at his house so I quickly got out of the car and went to his front door, knocking on it. The door opened and there he was, his curly brown hair sat perfectly on top of his head and his ocean blue eyes were illuminating the day.

A cute smile lingered across his lips and he came closer to kiss me which surprised me. I'm mostly the one who's indicating the kisses. I immediately responded and kissed him soft yet deeply. After hearing a honk from my car, probably from an impatient Steven, I broke the kiss.

"I haven't told you this over text but my cousin Steven and his boyfriend wanted to go on a lunch date, will you go with me? As in a double date." I explained and he already nodded excitedly and to our luck he had all the food, drinks and stuff at home which we could use.

We got back to the car and rain sat next to Aiden in the back seat. Along the way they have been talking and yelling about everything! These boys were loud, I'll tell you that!

They seem pretty much alike with their characters though, it's almost funny. The only difference is that Aiden is crazy, really, the kid is crazy! He told us about how he broke into his neighbor Dick his house one day! He eventually ended up with a grumpy Steven, angry Dick and his wife who has been slapped really hard.

When we arrived at this huge park, we got out of the car. Aiden and Rain were already running like little children to find a good space while Steven and I were dragging all the stuff.

"They're morons." I said and shook my head.

"Glad I'm not the only one who's thinking that." He snorted.

When Aiden and Rain finally found a good spot, we all settled everything down and went to sit on the pick nick blankets. Aiden sat in front of me, left from me was Steven and Rain sat at the right.

"I ship you guys so hard!" Aiden yelled excitedly at Rain and I as he clapped in his hands.

"What is shipping?" Steven and I asked at the same time again.

"Jeez, stupidity runs in the family too." Aiden muttered.

"Hey!" Steven growled at him and I rolled my eyes at that comment, starting to drink some water.

"Well now I get why you were so grumpy earlier.." I sighed and shook my head.

"I guess gayness runs in the Gray family too, or should I say, the Gay family." He winked at us.

"Shut up Aiden!" We yelled angrily at the same time.

I heard Rain laugh which made me smile at him. I love it when he does that. His laugh makes me forget about everything around us and hearing it makes everything seems so much better.

"AWH SHIP!" Aiden screamed out loud and looked at me.

"Steven, instead of being so rude and grumpy all the time why don't you take an example from your cousin!" Aiden grinned cheekily.

"Say that again and I'll make sure you'll never be able to see an example again." He dangerously growled at him while glaring.

"You can show me later what you got in bed tiger." Aiden winked.

I saw Rain blushing which made me grin and smirk a bit. Steven rolled his eyes at Aiden and flipped him off by pushing him.

"Rude." Aiden muttered before starting to eat.

And well let me tell you one thing, he eats a lot for such a skinny and small boy like him.

"Steven, how did you meet Aiden because you don't hang out with people like him, now do you?" I asked and looked curious at him.

"I work at the garage with Rick remember? One day Rick's younger brother walked in with this stranger who suddenly made a freaking comment about my ass!" He said, shaking his head as he thought back at that while Aiden grinned at that.

"It's not my fault that your ass is so huge and basically talks to me! I know you liked that comment." Aiden smirked and made Rain and I laugh as Steven blushed a bit.

"Shut up!" Steven muttered and rolled his eyes.

One day both of our eyes will fall out of our sockets from rolling our eyes so much thanks to Aiden, but I do like him and Steven together since the combination is so rare yet special. They are the complete opposites, but you know what they say.

Opposites attract each other.

I couldn't help but smile at all three of them and I realized how happy I was with these strange morons.

Aiden Anderson

"And how do you guys know each other?" I asked them curious.

Rain and Matt looked at each other for a couple of seconds. Rain smiled. He had a great and honest smile. I really felt the love between them, which was so cute. I really ship those guys so much.

"I texted Matthew by accident. It was meant for someone else." Rain started. "But after that one text, we kept texting.. Well I texted him again, and that's how it all began."

"Did you know it was him at that moment?" Steven asked.

"Not at the beginning, but after a while I figured it out." Rain shrugged but kept his smile. "And we started dating."

"Cool!" I nodded. "This is the shortest, yet most beautiful love story ever." I laid a hand on his heart. "I can die in peace now. Our love story is boring. I'm gonna die and Steven will probably make children with a car."

"Shut up," Steven snapped at me. "I want to hear more," my boyfriend looked at Matthew with a big grin. I could tell there was something going on with these two guys, because they are scary as funk together. You know, they are a big look alike! Matthew had also messy brown hair, but his was more curly. His eyes were also different, they were gray.

Hah.. Gray.

But that was it. Their faces were almost the same. I could tell Matthew was also great looking. He was well build, but not too muscular, just like Steven. He had moles in his neck. Steven's moles were hiding in his shirt.
They were almost the same.

There could be one solution for this.

"So we went on a date and-"

"You guys are gay, hot, have a great ass and are twins." I interrupted Steven and Matthew's confirmation to clear this whole situation. That rhymed.. I'm awesome.

The two boys looked at me for a moment. Steven's eyes were almost on flame and Matthew didn't look so happy either. His eyes are still grey, but you know. They perfectly completed Stevens eyes full off fire. Matthew's ones were the smoke of Stevens fire.. Smokey eyes..

It was a beautiful view,
two handsome boys looking at me. But I suggest the moody attitude could be left in the uterus.

I didn't understand the crappy moody faces. I gave them a great compliment and this is what happened; they think they are too good for me already... Pffft speaking of attitude.

"Aiden," Stevens voice went dangerously low. If I had hair, it would be standing up for him.

Steven bended over and I felt my heart jump.

O gosh..

I laid down and nodded. "I will be quiet." I pleaded.

"So, as I tried to tell you. Rain texted me, he thought I was someone else. I told him he had the wrong number and that was it. I thought. After that he texted me again and we kept texting. We went on a date and now we are here." Matthew shrugged.

"Good. I guess Rain is someone you really like, since you don't like talking to everyone." Steven said softly, but I could hear it.

I love whispering.. But I would love it more if he would whisper towards me.

My eyes wided out of the sudden. "Did you guys sexting?"

That was the moment Steven flipped me over and covered my mouth with both of his hands. I heard Matthew laugh and I saw that Rain was blushing heavily, but after a couple of seconds, he started to join his boyfriend with laughter.

What.. That wasn't even a weird question?!

Rain laughed really hard and I couldn't help myself but liking the boy. Not like I want to have sexytime with him. He is not my type, because he looked a bit like me. Not a lot. Because this boy had hair. Beautiful light brown hair. His eyes were the same, blue. But his were a bit lighter. I liked his face, he had really beautiful eyelashes where I was jealous of. I could see his freckles a bit. He was small and skinny, just like me. But his hands were a bit smaller than mine and he looked healthy. I could tell he was very happy with his relationship with Matthew.

And I could assume Matthew was happy with Rain as well.

"Gross Aiden!" Steven took his hands away when I was done licking them. I got myself on my feet. "I like you guys, you look so happy with each other!" I screamed. I did the happy dance for them, which caused me to kick the bread away.

Oh well.

Doesn't matter, I didn't like bread anyways.

"Aiden," Steven groaned.

I hopped over to Rain and let myself sit next to him. I did like this guy a lot. He looked friendly. "Hi!" I greeted him.

Rain nodded, smiling at me.

"I do like you more than the crappy twins," I whispered towards him. I heard him giggle a little. "They sure look a lot like twins. But I don't think they are."

"Yea," I nodded. "If you don't know which one is yours, it's that one." I stuck my finger out to Steven.

Now, I'm sure Rain didn't saw the differents between Steven and Matthew, so I had a great chance to switch this disaster.

"I don't think t-"

"Shh!" I pressed my finger to Rain his lips. "You two are a beautiful couple." I assumed him. I did like Steven, but I guess I like Matthew more because he actually didn't try to kill me. And that's a win, since he looks like Steven but he is less a murderer.

Yea. I made a good decision.

"Nice to meet you and Steven." I smiled at Rain.

Rain looked a bit dazzled when I said that, but soon he started to laugh. "Oh, yea. Nice to meet you too Aiden. I can see you have a great taste." He winked towards Matthew. I saw Matthew smile at Rain, which caused me to smile.

"Yea, I like peanut butter a lot on bread." I explained. I'm happy Rain understand my type of taste!

It was the first time that Steven burst out in laughter. I looked up at my boyfr- Nope, Rain's boyfriend.

Well well.. Steven Gray is already looking ten times more happy in this relationship.

"Oke, lets change this!" I clapped my hands. "I take Rain. Since everyone looks happy in his relationship."
This was the best decision I ever made. Okay, besides the decision to put my best friend for sale on the market. I made a great profit out of it.

"You are really weird." Matthew said, before he putted an arm around Rain. "But I understand you. Rain is a good one to have." He pressed a kiss on Rains temple, which caused me to die from sweetness.

Rain giggled. I could see the happiness of this couple.

"That's sweet," I awed. "I love you guys!" I clapped my hands happily for them. Maybe I need to do the lovedance for them!

I felt a pair of hands grabbing my waste. After a couple of seconds I was on Steven's lap. He was holding me tight.

"You need to take your pills now. You are getting way too hyper."

"I don't have pills for that," I rolled my eyes at him.

"Yea, you should have those as well."

Pffft. I'm not that hyper!

I grabbed my bag and took my medicines.

"Why do you need those?" Matthew asked out of nowhere. Rain looked at Matthew and then at me. "You.. D-don't have to.. Explain," he said.

"Otherwise I die," I nodded. "One is for my blood circulation. One for the pain," I started to explain each medicine.

"That's a lot," Rain nodded with me. "But.. What's going on then?"

"I have cancer. I will die," I shrugged.

It went silence. I saw Matthew looking at Steven, giving him a glance. Or something.

I couldn't tell what they were telling each other with those eyes, but I could see that they were talking without words. As if they were bounded twins.

"Aiden is strong," Steven started. "He won't get old, but he sure will and can fight. I hope he will last years, but I doubt it. Because Aiden pulls himself in deathfull situations. Like hanging out of the window or almost getting hit by a car. I don't know. The cancer won't kill him. Aiden would kill himself."

I started to clap. "Beautiful speech. I did listen till the 'I doubt it' part."

Steven rolled his eyes at me.

"Shit man. That sucked." Matthew shook his head. "I'm sorry, I don't know what I would do if Rain would die. I guess a part of me would die too."

After Matthew's words it stayed silent. Maybe because the death wasn't a popular topic to talk about. Or maybe because Matthew shared his feelings. I know Steven don't talk about his feelings a lot. Not that he doesn't want to, but Steven doesn't own a lot of feelings. Or something. With Matthew I can't see a lot of feelings, but I can tell he doesn't talk about it a lot either. I couldn't tell if that was a good or bad thing.

"Yea well, Steven will stay alive. I want a funeral on my own. I don't share funerals. Zayn from One Direction is gonna sing on my funeral. You guys should come too, it will be the best funeral ever!" I cheered.

"You are really a weird guy," Matthew shook his head again. I smirked at him. "I am more than that," I winked at Steven who was looking with his angry face. "You are done now." He claimed.

"You know. I have a best friend who looks a bit dead. That's more than enough." I nodded.

"I need to go to Ryans tonight," Rain shared.

"Is Ryan your butler?" I tried to guess. I don't know why I through Ryan was the butler, but Rain looked like a good boy. So I hoped that he had a butler. He deserves one.

Rain started to laugh and shook his head. "No, he is my best friend. I promised to watch a movie at his." He smiled at me.

"You have a best butler friend? Awesome!" I cheered. That is something I also need! Maybe my best friend can be my butler. I guess thats a better job for him. Yea...

"I really like you Rain! You come up with great ideas." I nodded and gave him a hug. Rain looked a bit surprised, but gave in. "Man, I really like you guys!" I let Rain go after a hug and let my body rest against Stevens. I felt that I was getting tired, but I didn't care. I wanted to share a lot more minutes, maybe hours, with those persons.

"They would like you too if you would just shut up." Steven said.

"Rude and rasistic."

"That isn't a word Aiden." His hands caressed my arm, which made me smiled at him. "Maybe it will be. Someday."

"Maybe. Someday there will definitely be rest." Steven frowned before he gave in. He bended over and kissed my lips. "I don't want that." He said.

"Then don't think about it." I wrapped my arms around his upper body and kissed his lips for a couple of seconds. "We are going to stay together. It doesn't matter how far away I am. We are being together. No matter what."
Steven smiled at me and kissed my head before starting to chat with Matt. I could tell Steven liked Matthew a lot. I never ever heard about Steven's family, but I did hear about Matthew. Just a couple of times, because Steven doesn't like to share stories. But he did about Matt. I know that he liked Matthew and that was something strange. Cauze Steven hates everyone.
But now, when I see Matt with my own eyes. I did understand. Matt seems to understand Steven and Steven seems.. Well he seems to be the big brother in this relationship. He talks a lot towards Matt but he also listen to him.

I closed my eyes and tried to concentrate on their conversation. But it didn't last long, before I started to doze of to sleep..

..

"Aiden, baby."

I opened my eyes and looked at the beautiful green eyes of Steven.

"Hi," I greeted him sleepily. "I'm tired."

"I know Aiden," I felt how Steven lifted me up. "But we are going home." I nodded and leaned against my boyfriend. My head was almost exploding. But I liked the day a lot.

We went to the car. This time, Steven and I shared the backseat. Matthew drove and Rain sat next to him.

"I'm tired." I whispered again. Steven nodded and kissed my head. "But, I like your family."
Steven smiled. "I know you do," he said.

"When we are home, I want to hear stories from you. About you and Matthew."

I looked at Matthew and Rain. They were talking about god knows what. But they were smiling and I could feel how much they loved each other. It was almost as if I and Steven were sitting there. A big boy with a tiny one next to him. Laughing and talking. Just us.

I closed my eyes and felt so happy about the day. It was fun, great and nice to meet Steven's family.

Or twinbrother.
