Explanation for my muggles, Tina Goldstein is a character that is in both Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, and The Crimes of Grindlewald. Uhmmm.. not much more explaining to do there.

This is Tina, the actress is Katherine Waterson!

Here's what I did, it took me 40 minutes. I mainly focused on trying to make the face and hair right, but did change the face shape in order to make my version less realistic and stick to the cartoony style I've been doing. I tried to follow bookworm's advice from Fleur and make the eyes a lot smaller since they seemed a bit big on the last person. Anyways, I hope that you like it!!
