Find the Kaslanas, and drink blood from them. Slash your Stand with Judgement of Shamash.

Gather 4 gems.

But if Dio has already collect them, there's a way to take them out.

For the gem to active its own power, you have to get it outside first. Which means when Dio uses the gem, that's the chance to get them out.

God can be awaken in new moon after having everything as i write above.

"Giorno!" - Polnareff said.

"Okay." - Giorno about to come to Jotaro, but Jotaro raise his hand, signal Giorno to stop.

"Jotaro?" - You call his name.

"Yare yare daze, it seems Star Plantium can take it."
