1. Why not comment/PM the application form instead of using email?

Answer: We have high standards for choosing designers because we want to maintain CoverMart's reputation and quality guarantee. If we ever need to reject someone's application, we need to be able to do so without embarrassing anyone. There should be no hard feelings, and we want to make your experience as pleasant as possible.

As for PMing, with the number of applications we receive, we'd have too many PMs to keep track of. Chances are we'll end up overlooking some of them, and we never want to miss your application.
