Imagine you marrying Don Juan DeMarco.

Over a year ago, you were sitting by yourself at a fancy restaurant, waiting for your date, who was supposedly thirty minutes late. Sooner or later, a man dressed like Zorro approached your table and introduced himself as 'Don Juan'. At first, you thought he was someone pulling your leg and was on his way to a costume party to be in character, but he claimed that was indeed the one and only greatest lover in the world right in front of you. You were so easily attracted by him and his handsome facial features, how he dresses, and his sweet words that he said to you with his Spanish accent, you ended up spending time with him as your date since your other date stood you up.

Eventually, after the day you met with him, you stayed in contact with Don Juan DeMarco, which happened to be his full name, and went on several more dates with him for the next few weeks. You both got to know each other, even when you got to know more about DeMarco's past. You were jealous when you found out that he's been with several other woman, even though he was rejected by one of them, but you felt better once you learned that he fell completely in love with you when he met with you that day at the restaurant and settled his heart onto you. After he told you about that, the two of you became an exclusive couple.

Sooner or later, after two years of dating, DeMarco took you out to the beach on a special date. He asked you what are your thoughts on marriage for the two of you and you responded back to him saying that you would marry him anytime since you could picture being with him for the rest of your life. Then, after he received the response that he wanted to hear, DeMarco got down on one knee and proposed to you. With no hesitation, you said 'yes' and you both kissed as the ocean waves were crashing behind the two of you, which a perfect, romantic moment.

Today was the big day of your life. It was you and DeMarco's wedding day at a popular local vineyard for the venue. It was a small wedding with just you and DeMarco's family, mainly his mother and grandmother, and close friends attending. You wore a simple long sleeve, flowy skirt wedding dress with a white flower on the side of your (h/c) hair instead of a traditional veil, while your (h/l) (h/c) hair was put to the side as well. To go with your dress, you had a bouquet of ivory white and blush colored roses.

After you got ready, it was time to marry the love of your life. You walked with your father through a vineyard walkway until you both reached a grassy aisle that headed towards the ceremony, where everyone was standing for your arrival, and the officiate and the man you're marrying were waiting down at the flowered altar that had a wonderful view of the mountains for the background.

As you were walking down the aisle with your father, all you could looked at was DeMarco down at the altar. He wore a fancy version of his Zorro white shirt with a black vest and black pants and he no longer wore his black mask over his eyes. You could see him smiling and wiping the tears of joy off his face as he was staring at you, with warmth and affection in his dark brown eyes, like he's seeing you as an angel right before his very eyes. You smiled back at him while you were trying not to cry since you didn't want to ruin your makeup.

When you and your father finally reached the altar, your father took DeMarco's hand and put your hand together with his, as a symbol of giving you away, before your father sat down with your mother. You turned and faced DeMarco, who took your hand and placed a kiss on top of it, which made you blush. DeMarco's friend from Mexico, Javier, cleared his throat as he began to officiate the wedding. "Family, Amigos, we are gathered here on this very special day to witness these two lovers in Holy Matrimony." He began saying. "Life is made up of a series of commitments: work, friends, family, community, even to ourselves. But making this marriage commitment to the one you love can be the most fulfilling of one's entire life. Like for these two." Javier added.

As Javier continued talking, you and DeMarco did nothing but stare at each other, zoning out from all your surroundings. You were thinking about all the best times in your life with DeMarco and what other adventures will come in the future for you both, including the start of a family. "Que sus vidas se llenen de amor y muchas aventuras juntos, which means 'May your lives be filled with love and many adventures together'. Now it's time for my young friends to read off their everlasting vows. May the greatest lover in the world go first." Javier said, getting DeMarco's attention.

DeMarco, then, took out a piece of paper from his vest pocket, unfolded it, and began reading it, "(y/n), mi amor, the sweetest name I love to say that makes my heart beat faster like shooting stars. Since the day I first met you, I felt like my whole life had changed. I was drawn to your beauty, your memorizing (e/c) eyes that twinkle like stars, how gracefully your (h/l) (h/c) hair moves, the sound of your lovely voice that is like music to my ears, and your kind, caring, and amusing personality. I have been with several other women in the past." The guests gasped and muttered, softly, while your father glared at DeMarco. You even at glared at him after he said that last part and felt embarrassed, making DeMarco regret what he said. "Oh, dear me." He muttered.

"But none of them meant nothing to me once my heart had settled onto you." He read the next sentence, which was relieving to you and everyone else. He chuckled at everyone's reaction and continued reading his vows, "Meeting you at the restaurant was as if destiny was leading me to my one and only true love. And I had found mi princesa. I am grateful to go on so many dates and adventures with you, my lovely dove, and I am curious, but mostly excited to know what other adventures have in store for the both of us, including with our future children. I vow to give you all the love and tenderness in the world and to keep you company during the happy and sad times. I vow to give you as much pleasure as I always have given it to you and to give you all the warmth, even during those days when you're feeling sick. I vow to be your guardian and protect you from the villano. But more importantly, I vow and promise to give you a piece of my heart whenever I say 'Te quiero' or most of the times 'I love you' for all eternity until I have breathed my last breath."

You felt a tear of joy starting to run down, but luckily DeMarco saw that tear and quickly wiped it off with his free thumb. "Thank you." You whispered. "Of course, my lovely bride." He said back, quietly. "Now it's your turn to read your vows." Javier said, turning to you. Then, you took out a piece of paper that wrapped around the stems of your bouquet, unfolded it, and began reading your vows.

"Don Juan DeMarco, I never thought in my life that I would be marrying the greatest lover in the world. Not only did you make my night the best date the day I met with you at the restaurant table I was sitting alone at, but you have also changed my life as well. Your kind, sweet words that you say to me like poetry makes my heart melt like chocolate and even flutter like crazy. I feel like the luckiest woman to be with a wonderful man like you and I'm very happy to finally find the love of my life that I want to be with for the rest of my life, with many journeys that awaits for us in the future. I vow to bring you joy and happiness every single moment of the day of your life. I vow to bring you a smile on your face when you feel the need for comfort during the bad times and always be there for you. Finally, I vow to love you now and forever and until the end of time and keep you in a special place in my heart. I hear you say this a lot, so I'll this to you. Te amo mi amor." You finished saying. DeMarco had the biggest smile on his face after he listened to your vows.

Afterwards, Javier said, "And now the future couple will present each other with their rings as they repeat after me." You and DeMarco, then, took out the rings and waited for Javier's instructions. "My friend, place this ring on (y/n)'s finger and say 'With this ring, I thee wed'." Javier instructed. DeMarco, then, took your left hand and slid the ring onto your ring finger and said, "With this ring, I thee wed." "Perfect. (y/n), place this onto his finger and say, 'With this ring, I thee wed'." Javier instructed to you this time. You, then, took DeMarco's left hand and slid the ring onto his finger and said, "With this ring, I thee wed."

"So, by the power invested in me by the State of California, it is my greatest pleasure to now pronounce you husband and wife. You may now conclude this ceremony by kissing the bride." Javier concluded. Then, without hesitation, you and DeMarco leaned forward and kissed each other, with passion, while the guests clapped in congratulations. You both pulled away from the kiss and faced everyone as Javier announced, "Friends and family, it is my greatest honor to introduce you for the very first time, Mr. and Mrs. Don Juan DeMarco." You and DeMarco, hand-in-hand, left the altar, walked down the aisle, and kissed again at the end of the aisle before you threw the bouquet somewhere within the guests.

You walked with your husband to an open grass area that was used for the dance floor and was next to where the reception was taking place. You turned to look at him, with a smile on your face, before he took your hand and wrapped his other arm around your waist. You held his hand and placed your other hand on his shoulder before he started slow dancing with you while the band you both hired began singing a love song, in Spanish for the first few verses.

As they were singing, DeMarco carefully dipped you down and kissed you again, with you kissing him back, with your hand placed on his cheek. He pulled away from the kiss and spoke, softly, "Eres por siempre mi corazón, mi amor." You smiled and blushed even more and asked him, "What does that mean?" "It means, 'You are forever my heart, my love'." DeMarco answered. "I'm so happy to be married to you, Don Juan DeMarco." You said. "Same as I, my dear (y/n) DeMarco." He said back, and, then, he lifted you back onto your feet and you both continued to dance together as the band began singing the love song in English this time while the sun was setting in the background.
