December 4th, 2021

Jill and Jacob have been awake for almost an hour now and they have been cuddling on the couch, watching Sesame Street together.

Jacob still has a little cough due to his RSV scare but he is feeling 1000% better than he did a week ago.

Jill feeds Jacob his bottle while they continue to watch the episode of Sesame Street.

"There's Big Bird! There he is! He got vaccinated for covid too!" Jill says, kissing Jacob's forehead.

Jacob then smiles up at Jill and finishes his bottle.

"Good boy! You were hungry, weren't you?" Jill says burping Jacob on her shoulder.

Just as Jill burps Jacob, Joe walks down the steps and he is coughing.

"Uh oh. Sounds like Dada is sick now! Did you get him sick? Or did Beau get him sick?" Jill says to Jacob as Jacob finally lets out a big burp.

Joe coughs again before he enters the living room.

"Good morning, my loves." Joe says and walks over to Jill and Jacob.

Joe gives Jill a kiss on the lips and Jacob a kiss on the forehead as he doesn't want to get him more sick.

"How are you feeling, honey? You sound a bit gruff." Jill says and looks at Joe with worried eyes.

"I'm fine. I think I just have what Beau had. All of my covid tests have been negative." Joe reassures Jill as he sits down on the couch beside her.

"How are you and our little man doing?" Joe asks as he leans in and gives Jill a kiss on the cheek.

"We're both doing great. Jacob just had his bottle and we've been watching Sesame Street all morning." Jill says and leans against Joe's shoulder.

"That's sounds nice." Joe says and strokes Jill's hair and admires Jacob laying in Jill's arms.

Jill feels herself heat up a bit by the way Joe sounds, she likes the deep and gruffly voice.

Jacob begins to coo as well as babble loudly. Babbling is something he learned to do recently.

"Are you talking to Dada? What do you have to say? Did you have fun at the Christmas tree lighting and the Hanukkah celebration?" Jill says as Jacob coughs a little.

"Cough it up, little man. Cough it up. I think Beau got us all sick." Joe says to Jacob with a grin.

"He didn't mean to. Hunter has been calling a lot making sure Jacob is okay too." Jill says as she wipes Jacob's mouth.

"Oh, I'm sure they didn't mean to. Beau just couldn't stay away from any of us, could he? He loves to gives us kisses." Joe says and strokes Jacob's head.

Jill shudders lightly and Joe looks down a bit worried at her.

"Are you okay, baby?" Joe asks Jill softly.

"Yeah, it's just your voice. It's so deep." Jill says and looks up at Joe.

"Oh, I'm sure it'll go back to normal when this cold has settled." Joe says and strokes Jill's arm.

"It's not that, baby. I like it." Jill says and winks at Joe.

"Oh, so you'd rather keep me like this?" Joe says and makes his voice even deeper on purpose.

Jacob giggles at Joe causing Joe and Jill to smile.

"Am I so funny, Jakey?" Joe asks Jacob and Jacob smiles.

"It sounds so hot, baby." Jill says as her face flushes, causing Joe to chuckle.

"I didn't meant to make you so hot and flustered baby. I shouldn't kiss you, I don't want you getting sick too." Joe says and Jill frowns.

"No! You will continue to kiss me, sick or not!" Jill says as she kisses Joe a few times causing Joe to chuckle.

"Mmm, I love you." Joe says, causing Jill to blush.

"I love you too!" Jill says as she lays her head on Joe.

Jacob babbles again, getting both of his parents attention.

"What's your first word going to be?" Joe asks Jacob as Jacob plays with Joe's shirt.

"It's going to be Mama!" Jill says in a babyfied voice causing Jacob to smile.

"No, it's going to be Dada! Just like Ashley's first word was Dada." Joe says as Jacob babbles some more.

"No! She said Mama and then Dada!" Jill says correcting Joe.

"No, it was Dada first. She is my little girl, I know." Joe insists to Jill.

"Then Jakey is my little boy. He'll say Mama first." Jill says and looks down at Jacob.

"Okay, baby. Fair enough." Joe says and kisses Jill.

"Under the condition that your my and only my lady." Joe adds and Jill's cheeks blush.

"Of course, baby. Especially when you sound like that. I can't wait for tonight when I'll lay my head on your chest and hear you whisper into my ear." Jill whispers in a low and sexy voice.

"Jilly" Joe says and squeezes Jill's shoulders.

Jacob stretches his arms up and his hand tangles in Jill's hair. Jacob pulls slightly which averts Jill's attention from Joe's piercing blue eyes to Jacob in her arms.

"Do you like my hair, Jacob? Is it nice to pull on?" Jill asks Jacob playfully.

"Daddy thinks so." Joe whispers into Jill's ear and he can feel how the hair on her arms rise.

"Joe! Don't talk like that around him!" Jill says and Joe smirks.

"Why? He won't remember anyway. Right, bud? You will forget about Dada talking dirty to Mama." Joe says as Jacob giggles.

"Joe!" Jill says, playfully smacking Joe's leg.

"Do we have anything planned to do today?" Joe asks as Jacob sits in between him and Jill.

"I don't think so! Kamala talked about wanting to have a little playdate later if Jacob felt better. I just don't want Devi to get sick." Jill says to Joe.

"I don't think Jacob is contagious. You aren't sick being with the both of us." Joe says with a giggle.

"I know, maybe it's fine. But Devi is still a baby and he doesn't the immune system that I have." Jill sighs at Joe.

"We will ask Kamala and see what she thinks, she can decide for Devi." Joe says and pats Jacob on the head.

"Apart from that I don't think we have any plans. But I do think that you'd need some time in bed." Jill says and strokes Joe's cheek.

"Oh so you want me already, babe?" Joe chuckles.

"That's not what I meant, I was thinking about your cold, Joe." Jill says as slaps Joe's arms playfully.

"I think you weren't only thinking about my cold... I think you were thinking about your little problem too." Joe says and looks down at Jill.

"What problem?" Jill asks Joe with confusion.

"Your little bear problem down here." Joe says with a smirk as he places a hand on Jill's upper thigh.

"Not in front of Jacob, Joe!" Jill says sternly at Joe.

"Jilly, he is clearly busy watching Big Bird and Oscar." Joe says as he begins to nibble on Jill's ear causing her to blush.

"Joeeee. Mmm." Jill says as she moans a little.

"Oooo!" Jacob says as he moves his arms happily and smiles.

"Everybody doesn't like Big Bird but we do because he gets vaccinated." Joe says, playing with Jacob's hair.

"Your hair is getting so long already, Jakey. So so pretty." Jill says with a grin.

"He's taking after his Mama." Joe says and smiles at Jill and Jill runs her hand over Jacob's hair.

"He kind of does, actually. I do see a lot of you too though." Jill says and gives you a wink.

"A miracle baby with a mix of both his Mama and Dada." Joe says and picks Joe up in his arms.

"You're Dada's boy too, right? Your not just Mama's," Joe says and cradles Jacob closer.

Jacob looks up confused at Joe and scrunches up his face.

"Are you alright, Jakey?" Joe asks softly and strokes Jacob's back up and down to try and calm Jacob down.

"I don't think he recognize your voice since you are sick." Jill says with a giggle as she helps comfort Jacob.

"It's okay! It's just Dada! I just have a different voice since I'm sick." Joe explains to Jacob and Jacob looks less upset but still confused.

"Maybe Mama's boy needs some Mama kisses to settle down" Jill teases Joe.

Jill gives Jacob a kiss on the head and searches for his eyes. Jacob looks at Jill and coos.

"See, I'm here baby. It's just Dada, nothing to worry about" Jill says and Jacob calms down some more.

"It's just me, baby." Joe says and Jacob's eyes tear again.

Joe looks at Jacob and then at Jill, not knowing what to do.

"He surely doesn't understand that it's you, Joe. He must think what a strange man I've handed him over to." Jill says to Joe and strokes Jacob's leg.

"It's not funny, Jilly. It's like he's scared of me." Joe says with a disturbed face.

"He isn't scared, he is just getting use to your new hot voice that's all." Jill says as she rocks Jacob in her arms calming him down.

Jacob coos and grabs at Joe's nose, causing Joe to giggle.

"Is my nose fun?" Joe says as he coughs.

"Ba careful touching Daddy's nose! He has nasty boogers in them!" Jill says, tickling Jacob and Jacob laughs.

"Are you laughing at my boogers, little man? Dada's boogers are funny, huh?" Joe says as he too ticked Jacob's stomach and Jacob squeals in response.

"Isn't he the best Dada ever? Yes, he is!" Jill says, using her index finger to tickle Jacob's bellybutton.

Jacob laughs hysterically and so much that Jill needs to hold him with both of her hands so that he doesn't fall down onto the couch.

"Hi, baby! Are you getting used to me now? Yes, this is Dada for a few days now." Joe says and bends down to give Jacob a kiss on the cheek.

For the rest of the day, Joe, Jill and Jacob hang out as a family :)
