It's officially Easter Monday. After a 2 year hiatus, The White House Easter Egg Roll is back on the White House lawn! Joe, Jill, Jacob, Doug, Kamala, and Devi will all be attending.

They also invited some more special guests. Joe and Jill's daughter Ashley, her husband Howard, and their twin girls Eugenia and Bonny. Kamala's younger sister Maya, her husband Tony, their daughter (and Kamala's niece) Meena, her husband Nik, and their daughters Amara and Leela.

Also, the oldest Biden grandchild, Naomi, and her fiancé Peter Neal will be in attendance. Along with grandkids, Finnegan, Maisy, Natalie, Little Hunter, and daughter-in-laws Hallie and Kathleen.

The last ones are Joe and Jill's son Hunter, his wife Melissa, and their two sons Beau and Baby Joey (who was born on April 4th).

Right now at the White House, Joe, Jacob, Jill, Ashley, Howard, Eugenia, Bonny, Hunter, Beau, Melissa and baby Joey are all getting ready for the Easter Roll!

Hallie, Little Hunter, Natalie, Kathleen, Finnegan, Maisy, Naomi and Peter are on the way from Delaware and should be there soon!

Kamala, Devi, Doug, Maya, Tony, Meena, Nik, Amara and Leela are all getting ready at the Naval Observatory and will be over in a half hour.

Hunter is feeding baby Joey his morning bottle while Melissa is cutting up Beau's breakfast in small pieces for him.

Jill is feeding Jacob some baby food while Ashley and Howard are feeding Eugenia and Bonny some baby food!

"Mmm! Are the carrots yummy, Jakey? Are they yummy?" Jill asks Jacob in a babyfied voice, causing Jacob to smile.

"Baaaaa! Ma ma!" Jacob says as he claps his hands, wanting another bite of food.

"Aw, he says Mama now?" Ashley asks Jill with a grin.

"Yes, he said it before Dada, your dad was devastated about the news." Jill says playfully causing Hunter, Melissa, Ashley and Howard to all laugh.

"Oh shush! My Dada streak ended but that's okay. Jacob is such a special boy so it's perfectly fine." Joe says, kissing Jacob's head.

Jacob decides to hit the top of Joe's head with his hand and pull his hair.

"Ouch! Jacob, that hurt buddy!" Joe says painfully to Jacob.

"Now, Jakey. We don't hit Daddy or pull on his hair. That's not nice." Jill says in a babyfied voice and Jacob babbles in protest.

"I thought you could take it, Dad. You had four babies before Jacob and now nine grandchildren, so you're used to it now." Ashley says playfully to her dad while Eugenia and Bonny babble in agreement.

Joe playfully tickles Ashley in response to her playful banter, causing Ashley to laugh loudly.

"Nana! Pop! Mmm!" Beau says, enjoying his pancakes and has syrup all over his face.

"Are Nana's pancakes good? Nana makes the best pancakes, huh?" Joe says, kissing Beau's forehead.

"I'm so glad you love them, Beauy. I made them just for you!" Jill says, causing Beau to smile.

Joe then admires baby Joey who is in Hunter's arms finishing up his bottle. Baby Joey looks just like Hunter and has a swish of dark brown hair.

"How my newest grandson, Hunt?" Joe asks Hunter proudly.

"A little sweetheart. I never thought I could be this happy again. Melissa, thank you." Hunter says as he blows Melissa a kiss.

"You're welcome, baby. Thank you for keeping me level headed and calm while I had that sweet boy you're holding." Melissa says as she kisses Beau on the head.

"Joey!" Beau says in lots of excitement.

"That's right, Beauy. That's your baby brother! Joey loves you!" Melissa says with a cheeky grin.

"I forgot to ask, Mel. Where did you have Joey?" Ashley asks her sister-in-law.

"Hunt and I had Baby Joey at a birthing center. Best decision we ever made. And Hunter was the one that caught him which made his birth even more memorable." Melissa says with a smile.

"We stayed there for three days after Joey was born and Beau was so happy to meet his brother when we came home. Finn and Maisy were in town when Mel went into labor. So they were able to watch Beau while we were away." Hunter explains to his sister.

"Aww, that's so sweet." Ashley says as she awes and smiles.

"Kathleen, Maisy, Finnegan, Naomi, Peter, Hallie, Natalie and Little Hunt should be here in about twenty minutes." Jill says out loud.

"Ma Ma! Da da!" Jacob says with baby food all over his face.

"Yes, buddy? Are you excited for the Easter Roll? Will you help Mama read a book during the event?" Joe asks Jacob and Jacob giggles.

Eugenia and Bonny both giggle as well, causing all of the adults to smile.

"Are Doug's children coming today?" Joe asks Jill as he sits near the three high chairs.

"No, they are with their mom today but they sent a goodie box for Jacob, Eugenia, Bonny, Beau, Joey and Devi." Jill says with a grin.

"What's inside?" Ashley asks her mom curiously.

"A bunch of stuffed animals, toys, and candy." We'll be eating most of the candy since they most of the babies don't have enough teeth yet. But we might let the babies suck on a couple lollipops. It'll be good for their gums." Jill says with a smile on her face

"Oooooooo! Candy!" Beau says with lots of excitement.

"That's right Beauy. You get to have some candy later! How exciting!" Melissa says to her oldest son.

"By this time next year, Joey will be able to have some and I can't freaking wait." Hunter says with a smile on his face.

"Mmmm!" Bonny says as she finishes her breakfast.

"Was your breakfast yummy, Bon Bon?" Ashley asks Bonny and Bonny giggles.

"One more big bite, Eugenia!" Howard says, feeding Eugenia her last bite of baby food.

"Yum!" Beau says finishing up his breakfast.

Jill wipes off Jacob's mouth and smiles at him.

"We need to get ready. What time does the Easter Roll start?" Joe asks Jill.

"All the Easter festivities are from 7:30 am - 6:30 pm. The roll races will start at I believe 11 am. The military families will start arriving at 9 am." Jill says to everyone.

"We need to start getting these cuties dressed and ready then." Joe says, smiling at Jacob, Bonny, Eugenia, Beau and baby Joey.

Jacob, Bonny and Eugenia all babble loudly while Beau claps his hands in excitement.

"We need to call Kamala and Doug to make sure all of them are on time too." Jill says as she picks up Jacob and holds him close.

"I'll call them right now." Joe says as he gets his iPhone out of his pocket and smiles.

At the Naval Observatory, things are in full swing. Mostly everyone is ready to go, but Devi doesn't wanna keep his bunny ears on.

"Devi! Keep your ears on, buddy. They're cute on you!" Doug says to his son.

"Yeah, Devi! I like your bunny ears!" Maya playfully says to her nephew.

Devi babbles back at his auntie, indicating that he's not gonna listen.

"I think we'll keep them off for now until we get to the White House. We don't wanna lose them." Kamala says as she hears her iPhone ringing.

She can tell that it's Joe because of the ringtone, so she answers it.

"Hello? Who is it?" Kamala playfully asks who's on the other line.

"It's Pop! Are you all getting ready over there?" Joe says to Kamala happily.

"Yes, we are all dressed and ready to go! We all can't wait and have a fun day at the Easter Roll!" Kamala says as she puts the iPhone on speaker.

"Devi! Amara! Leela! Pop is on the phone!" Kamala says with a cheeky grin at the kids.

"HI, POP!" Amara and Leela both say in unison as they both get excited. 

"Aaaaaaa!" Devi says as he claps his hands and smiles.

"Hey, girls! Hey, Devi! Are you three ready to have a fun day today?" Joe asks Amara, Leela and Devi.

"YES!" Amara and Leela both say in unison as they dance around the room.

"Aaa baaa baaa!" Devi says as he gets excited.

"We are all getting ready over here! We will see you guys in a little bit!" Joe says to Kamala.

"We will see you in a little bit!" Kamala says with a big grin.

"Bye Pop!" Amara and Leela both say in unison to Joe. 

"Baaaaaa!" Devi yells happily.

"Bye!" Joe says as he gives Amara, Leela and Devi some kisses through the phone.

"Those crazy kids!" Jill says with a smile on her face.

"I know Jilly, but we love all three of them so much." Joe says to his wife with a grin.

"Alright kiddos. Let's go get your Easter outfits on!" Jill excitedly says to Beau, Joey, Jacob, Eugenia and Bonny.

"YAY!" Beau yells as he runs over to his bedroom that he has just for him.

Hunter, baby Joey and Melissa all follow behind Beau and they get ready too!

"Let's get all pretty, girlies! Get your pretty dresses on!" Ashley says as she picks up Bonny and holds her while Howard holds Eugenia.

"Ma ma! Da da!" Jacob says as he claps his hands and giggles.

"Are you excited for today, baby? Are you excited?" Jill says as he picks up Jacob and holds him close.

Jacob babbles and plays with Jill's necklaces.

"I love you, baby. I love you sooooo much!" Jill says, kissing Jacob's cheek.

"Come on Major and Commander! Come on Willow! Let me feed you three some breakfast." Joe says as he kisses Jill and then Jacob.

"We'll see you in a few minutes, Joe. Love you!" Jill says as Jacob tries to blow him a kiss.

"Love you too!" Joe says to his wife and son.

One by one, Hunter, Beau, Joey, Melissa, Ashley, Bonny, Eugenia, Howard, Jill, Jacob and Joe all get dressed and ready for the Easter Roll!

"Baaaaa!" Jacob says, grabbing at his rabbit ears that was on his head. 

"Keep your rabbit ears on, baby! They look so cute on you!" Jill says as she takes pictures of Joe and Jacob together.

Ashley holds Eugenia and fixes her little leggings. Howard fixes a Bonny's rabbit headband that she has on.

"Is it going to be cold? I don't know if the girls should wear their little cardigans or not.

"I would bring them just in case!" Jill says as she takes pictures of Ashley, Eugenia, Howard and Bonny.

"I ready! I ready!" Beau yells at he runs over to Jill, Joe, Ashley and Howard.

"Hello, handsome! Are you excited for today?" Joe asks Beau and Beau nods.

*Beau, Joey, Bonny, Eugenia and Jacob's Easter roll outfits*

Jacob claps his hands and smiles at both Joe and Jill.

"It looks like you're ready too, Jakey! The kids at the Easter Roll are gonna love you! Yeah! Yeah!" Joe says with a grin at Jacob.

"Da da!" Jacob says as he babbles happily.

"Hi, handsome. Daddy loves ya." Joe says with a grin.

A few seconds later, Hunter, Melissa and baby Joey all walk over with Melissa baby wearing Joey in a carrier.

Beau happily dances around and smiles up at Hunter. Hunter smiles down at Beau and playfully rubs his head.

"Are Kamala, Doug and their whole family coming now?" Joe says to Jill.

"Let me call them now so they will be here when the event starts!" Jill says as she begins to call Kamala.

Kamala's phone rings again, but Doug answers it this time.

"Hello?" Doug asks playfully to Joe.

"Doug?" Joe asks Doug playfully.

"Joe! We're on our way to the White House. Maya and Tony are in one SUV while Meena, Nik, Amara, and Leela are in another. Devi doesn't want to let go of mama's hand right now so I answered the phone for her." Doug says to Joe.

"What a gentleman you are." Joe says to Doug with a grin.

Devi babbles in agreement in the background.

"Hey, buddy! You didn't let Mama answer the phone and talk to Pop! What's up with that?" Joe asks the eight month old over the phone.

"Doug, Devi, Kamala, Maya, Tony, Nik, Meena, Amara and Leela are on their way now!" Joe says with a big grin.

"Mr. President! Kathleen, Hallie, Natalie, Little Hunter, Finnegan, Maisy, Naomi and Peter are here." Joe's assistant says with a grin.

"Thank you very much, bring them in the residence please." Joe says to his assistant and he nods.

"Nana, baby Joey sweeping!" Beau says to Jill.

"Is he sleeping? Aww, he is sleeping on Mommy, huh?" Jill says and Beau happily nods.

"Devi was so mesmerized by mama's ring, he didn't wanna let her hand go." Doug says with a smile on his face.

"These babies have expensive taste." Jill says in the background.

"They sure do!" Kamala says as she chuckles and smiles at Jill and Joe.

"Well, at least he loves the ring that I got his Mama." Doug says with a big grin.

"We are on our way!" Kamala says to Joe with a big grin.

"Okay! See you guys soon!" Joe says with a smile.

Kathleen, Hallie, Little Hunter, Natalie, Maisy, Finnegan, Naomi and Peter all walk in and greet Joe, Jacob, Jill, Ashley, Eugenia, Bonny, Howard, Hunter, Beau, Joey and Melissa with hugs.

After the playing of Hail to the Chief, Joe Jill and Jacob are on the White House Balcony with the Easter Bunny.

Jill first speaks to the crowd with a happy Jacob in her arms while Jacob babbles. Jill and Jacob both welcome everyone to the Easter Roll!

All of the kids, their parents, Hunter, Beau, Joey, Melissa, Kathleen, Maisy, Finnegan, Hallie, Natalie, Little Hunter, Ashley, Bonny, Eugenia, Howard, Meena, Leela, Amara, Nik, Maya, Tony, Kamala, Devi and Doug are all on the White House lawn.

After Jill speaks to the crowd, Joe says a few words before the trio and the Easter bunny all wave at the crowd.

"You did such a great job, Jakey! You did a great job speaking to the crowd with Mama!" Joe says as he, Jacob and Jill all walk downstairs so they can walk outside to the White House lawn.

"Do you love the Easter Bunny?" Jill says as Jacob babbles happily.

"I love ya, Jilly." Joe says as he wraps his arm around Jacob and Jill.

"I love you too!" Jill says, kissing Joe softly.

Jill, Jacob and Joe all walk outside and they greet their family members, including Kamala, Doug, Devi, Meena, Leela, Amara, Nik, Maya and Tony.

Joe, Jacob and Jill then begin to greet some of the families and their children.

"Hi, Mr. President!" Genevieve and Matthew Psaki say in unison.

These two kids are of White House Press Secretary, Jen Psaki.

"Hey there. Give me a hug you two!" Joe says as he hugs both of them tightly.

"Hi, Joe. Hi, Jill. And a special hello to you, Jacob!" Jen says with a smile on her face and Jacob smiles at her.

"Hi, Jen! Welcome to the Easter Egg roll!" Jill says as the two ladies hug it out.

"I also have somebody else with me today." Jen says as another little girl peeks from behind Jen.

"Hi!" The little girl says.

The little girl is Soleil, Deputy Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre's daughter!

"Hi, Soleil! Welcome back to the White House!" Jill says as she gets down to her level and hugs Soleil while holding Jacob.

"Thank you, Dr. B!" Soleil says with a smile.

"Jakey, do you wanna say hello to them. Say hi!" Jill says to him as she waves his little hand and he babbles up a storm.

"Hi, Jacob!" Genevieve, Matthew and Soleil all say in unison to Jacob.

"Karine is leading the Press Conference for me today, so she asked me to bring Soleil to the Easter Egg Roll." Jen says to Joe and Jill.

"Well, you guys have a really fun today!" Joe says to Jen, Genevieve, Matthew and Soleil.

"Thank you!" Genevieve, Matthew and Soleil all say in unison to Joe.

Kamala, Devi and Doug all walk over to Joe, Jacob, Jill, Jen, Genevieve, Matthew and Soleil.

"Hey everyone!" Doug says with a big grin.

"Aaaaa!" Devi babbles happily in Doug's arms causing Joe, Jacob, Jill, Jen, Genevieve, Matthew and Soleil to all giggle.

"Hey!" Jen says with a smile at Kamala, Devi and Doug.

Kamala rubs her baby bump and smiles at the kids together.

"Is baby Ivy moving around in there?" Joe asks Kamala and Kamala nods.

"Yes! Wanna feel?" Kamala asks Joe and Joe happily nods, rubbing Kamala's baby bump.

"Wow! She's really moving. You stay put, Ivy. That's an order from your commander in chief!" Joe says, causing everyone to laugh.

"A baby?" Genevieve, Matthew and Soleil all asks Kamala.

"That's right, kiddos. I'm going to have a baby girl this summer. Do you wanna feel her kick?" Kamala asks the three kids

"Yes, please." Genevieve, Matthew, and Soleil say in unison with big smiles.

"Good job kiddos for using your manners." Jill says proudly.

Genevieve, Matthew and Soleil all feel baby Ivy moving around and they all get excited.

"She is an active baby! So so sweet." Jill says as she feels Ivy kicking and moving around.

"I feel like she is more active than Devi was!" Kamala says with a chuckle.

"Ba ba!" Jacob says out loud.

"Yeah! That's baby Ivy in Auntie Kamala!" Jill says as Jacob babbles.

"Aaaaaaa!" Devi says with excitement.

"Do you see the Easter Bunny, Devi? There's the Easter Bunny!" Doug says in a babyfied voice, causing Devi to clap his hands.

"Weeeeee!" Beau yells as he runs around with Hunter chasing right behind him.

"Getting fit there, Hunt?" Kathleen says playfully at her ex husband and Hunter chuckles.

"Beau will get me skinny in no time!" Hunter says as he picks up Beau and tickles him.

Natalie, Little Hunter, Maisy, Finnegan, Naomi and Peter all walk around exploring each of the activities all of them are too old to participate in, but they are still having fun.

Hallie walks over to Jill and Jacob and Jill hands Jacob to Hallie to hold for a little while.

"Hi, Jakey!" Hallie says, giving Jacob lots of kisses.

Jacob babbles at Hallie and tries to grab Hallie's sunglasses, but she pulls his hand away.

"Sweety, no! Don't touch these. Did your Daddy give you your own pair yet?" Hallie asks Jacob and he babbles. Hallie trying to "understand" what he's saying.

"AUNTIE! There's two bunnies!" Amara says with excitement.

"YEAH, AUNTIE! Two bunnies!" Leela yells as she dances around.

"I see! It's the Easter Bunny and their bunny friend!" Kamala says as she kisses Amara and Leela.

Ashley, Howard, Eugenia and Bonny all sit in the grass together while the girls sit on a blanket and play.

Hallie kisses Jacob and rubs his back. Jacob holds onto Hallie's necklace that she wears in honor of Beau. 

"Do you like my necklace for your big brother Beau? Beau loves you so much buddy." Hallie says to Jacob and Jacob smiles.

"Gosh, Jacob's smiles just like Beau. I miss him so much and he would've loved this little boy." Hallie says as she tears up a little bit.

"I know. I miss him too. He'd probably be in DC every day of the week to see Jacob. Give me a hug, Hallie!" Kathleen says as the two ladies hug it out.

"Everything ok, you two?" Jill asks her two daughters-in-laws.

"Look." Hallie says as she points at Jacob holding her Beau necklace.

"He holds mine all of the time too. I truly think Beau sent him to us." Jill says to Hallie.

"Ba ba" Jacob says softly as Hallie, Kathleen and Jill all smile.

"He has a lot of hair now or did he always have this much?" Hallie asks Jill and Jill chuckles.

"He always had hair, but I feel like it's grown so much lately!" Jill says as she rubs Jacob's head.

Melissa walks over to join the trio as she holds a sleeping Joey in the baby carrier.

"Let me see the baby! I haven't got a chance to see him yet!" Kathleen says as Melissa shows off Joey.

"Aww, he looks just like Maisy and Hunt." Kathleen says, softly rubbing Joey's head.

"That's what Hunt said when he was born, he looks like his big sisters." Melissa says with a grin.

Joe holds Devi for a little while so Kamala and Doug can greet the children and their parents. 

"Do you want me to hold him, Joe? He's heavy!" Jill says to Joe with a grin.

"I got him! He is teething though, he thinks my aviators is a teether." Joe says with a chuckle.

"Thank goodness he doesn't have many teeth to mess them up. I should have a teether in Jakey's bag Devi can use." Jill says as Joe smiles.

"Are you boys enjoying all of the sights and sounds from today? You two haven't seen a pre pandemic world so everything is so weird!" Joe says, reflecting that Jacob, Devi, Eugenia, Bonny, Beau or Joey have experienced a world without covid.

"Beau hasn't either! He gets confused with nobody wearing a mask." Melissa says with a chuckles.

"Oh, jeez. That's right. It can be pretty confusing for them." Jill says as she smiles at Joe.

"BA BAAAAA!" Eugenia yells loudly.

"Hi, princess! Are you, Bonny, Mommy and Daddy having a fun little picnic over there?" Jill says to Eugenia, making Eugenia smile.

Kathleen smiles at Jacob and waves at him. Jacob smiles back at Kathleen and claps his hand.

"Nana! Pop! I got egg!" Beau says to Jill and Joe.

"You got an egg? Wow! How exciting! Go get some more!" Joe says with a smile.

"Baaa!" Devi says pointing randomly.

"What do you see, Devi?" Joe asks Devi as Devi smiles.

"Hey hey!" Meena says as she and Nik walk over to talk.

"Hey! It's so good to see you two and the girls!" Jill says hugging Meena and then Nik.

"They are happy to see their grandma, grandpa, auntie and uncle Doug today!" Meena says with a big smile.

Amara and Leela are walking around the lawn with Kamala and Doug, spending some time with them.

"Look, Devi! There's Meena!" Joe says as Devi claps his hands and smiles at Jill.

"Hi, Devi! And hi, Jakey!" Meena says to Devi and Jacob with smiles.

"Can you boys say hi to Cousin Meena? Say hi!" Joe says to Devi and Jacob with a grin.

Devi and Jacob both babbles while trying to wave their hands at her.

"You boys look so cute today in your bunny ears!" Meena says as she kisses their cheeks.

"They managed to keep them on so far, but I'm not sure how long that'll last." Jill says playfully with a grin. 

"Jill, I asked that same question when my girls were itty bitty like these two." Meena says to Jill happily.

And right on cue, Devi babbles and takes his ears off, causing everybody to laugh.

"Honey, you just had to jinx it, didn't you?" Nik says in mock annoyance to his wife.

"It's not my fault! These little boys have a mind of their own." Meena playfully says to her husband.

"Okay, you two. Your commander in chief commands you two to settle down." Joe says with a little smile on his face.

"Sorry." Both Meena and Nik both say to Joe in shame and then giggle.

Ashley walks over with Bonny and Eugenia in her arms and Jill picks up Bonny.

"Where's your bunny ears, Bon Bon?" Jill asks Bonny playfully.

"She took them off of course! Eugenia isn't liking hers either." Ashley says with a chuckle.

Jill, Bonny, Ashley, Eugenia, Joe, Devi, Hallie, Jacob, Amara and Leela all participate in the egg roll!

"Is everybody ready?!" Kamala asks the racers with a big smile.

"Ready!" Everyone says back with tons of excitement.

"Ok then! On your marks......get set........(blows whistle)!" Kamala says as she blows the whistle and their Easter egg roll race begins!

Jill, Bonny, Ashley, Eugenia, Joe, Devi, Hallie, Jacob, Amara and Leela all begin the Easter Roll race while Doug takes many pictures!

Hunter and Beau also join the race with Beau running around not understanding how to do the race.

"Beau, you gotta run down over here!" Hunter says as Beau laughs loudly.

"That way, buddy." Melissa says from the sidelines while pointing in the direction Beau needs to go.

"Thanks babe! Love you!" Hunter says while raising his voice.

"Love you too. Now, go!" Melissa says back to her husband.

"Daddy, let's go!" Beau says as he and Hunter get back in the race

"It's neck and neck everybody. Let's cheer em' on!" Doug says as some of the spectators start to cheer for the racers.

"You got it Devi! You and Pop got it!" Kamala says with a big smile as Devi giggles.

"Go Bonny and Jill! Go Ashley and Eugenia!" Howard says happily.

"Ok. It's gonna be a photo finish! We got two kids almost at the finish line! Who's it gonna be?!" Kamala says with excitement.

Ashley and Eugenia get to the finish line first, than Joe and Devi, Bonny and Jill, Jacob and Hallie and Beau and Hunter!

"Yay Eugenia and Ash!" Kamala says as she cheers and so does Doug.

"Yay, Gigi! We won!" Ashley says in excitement as she raises Eugenia in the air.

Eugenia starts lo laugh and smile at her mama and Ashley makes her fly.

"Gigi, you're flying! Wheeeee!" Ashley says in excitement

"Look at your sister and mama, Bon Bon." Are they silly or what?" Howard asks his daughter and Bonny babbles and smiles in agreement.

"Alright! What a race. Let's give em' a big hand everyone. Come on!" Doug's says as he, Kamala, and spectators give all the Biden-Harris kids a round of applause.

The rest of the Easter festivities go smoothly and all the families present have a great time!

The first official in-person Easter Egg Roll at the Biden White House was a success and can't wait to do it again next year! :)
