6am

Jill is finishing up with her daily morning workout, which today was on her Peloton bike for thirty five minutes.

Jill is now sitting down on her Peloton, chugging down most of her water that is in her favorite green cup that Beau got her for the last Christmas he was alive. It is a cup that Jill cherishes.

*Jacob's pajamas and Jill's workout outfit*

"Mama? Mama?" Jacob says, looking for his Mama all around the residence.

Right before Christmas, Joe and Jill finally converted Jacob's crib into a toddler bed and now he loves to escape out of his bed and walk around the White House residence.

Thankfully, he only gets out of his bed if he has a bad dream or has to go to the bathroom. However, it has only been around a month so this can easily change.

"Mama?" Jacob says again, walking over into the gym to see if his Mama is in there, causing Jill to smile ear to ear.

"There's my sweet baby boy! Come here!" Jill says on a babyfied voice and waving her hands, wanting Jacob to come to her.

"Mama!" Jacob says with much happiness, quickly running over to Jill to hug her tightly.

"Hi, Jakey! Good morning, baby!" Jill says, kissing Jacob's cheeks a few times before giving him a morning kiss.

"Morn ing Mama!" Jacob says back at Jill, smiling up at her.

"Good morning! Did you sleep good?" Jill asks Jacob as she picks him up to sit him in her lap.

"Ya! I swept good!" Jacob says in excitement causing Jill to smile.

Jacob has always been a morning person, ever since he was a little baby. His three older siblings weren't like that growing up so it has been a nice change for Jill and Joe especially during this time in their lives of having to get up

"That's good! I am so glad you slept good! I slept good last night too! Were you looking for me in Daddy and I's bedroom?" Jill asks Jacob, playing with his messy blonde hair.

"Uh huh! Daddy sweeping, Mama! Willwow too!" Jacob says to Jill causing Jill to chuckle

"Daddy is still sleeping! We need to get him up really soon! Let's see what time it is! My Apple Watch says it is 6:15am! See?" Jill says to Jacob before realizing Jacob doesn't have his glasses on so he might not be able to see the tiny text.

"Uh oh! You don't have your glasses on!" Jill says putting her arms up and Jacob giggles.

"I got dem, Mama! I twried to put dem on!" Jacob says putting his arms up just like Jill did before Jill takes the glasses from him before they fall.

"Good boy for grabbing your glasses! And that's okay! I am glad you did try though! I can you put them on for you!" Jill says as she carefully puts Jacob's glasses on and makes sure they aren't too tight or too loose.

"There we go, Jakey! Now you are ready for the day! Okay, let's look at my Apple Watch again. It now says it is 6:17am, so that means we gotta get Daddy up for breakfast! And then we can all have breakfast together!" Jill explains to Jacob as they look at the Apple Watch together and then at each other.

"YAY!" Jacob squeals as he flaps his hands happily.

Jacob is just like his parents and absolutely loves breakfast foods! Jacob can be picky about just about anything else except for breakfast foods!

"What would you like for breakfast this morning, Jakey?" Jill says, taking Jacob out of her lap and he begins to walks around the gym while she makes sure everything is clean.

"Ummmmm! Pan cakes!" Jacob says as he stands close to Jill.

"Pancakes? That sounds really yummy to have! I think we have some pancakes already made that we can heat up! And we can have some fruit!" Jill says as she and Jacob leave the gym, turning off the lights and shutting the door.

"Berries!" Jacob says as he smiles.

"We can have some strawberries and blueberries too! And of course your favorite, bananas." Jill says as she and Jacob hold hands as they walk to the kitchen in the residence.

"NANAS!" Jacob yells causing Jill to pray that Jacob didn't scare any of the staff, making them think it was an emergency happening.

"You love your bananas! Just like a little monkey does!" Jill says causing Jacob to make monkey sounds, something he just learned from a video.

Jill giggles at Jacob's monkey noises and she smiles knowing Jacob learns something new every single day.

"Mama! Mander and Major!" Jacob says looking for the Biden dogs.

"Commander and Major are outside with Miss Julie on a little walk! Mama woke up too late to do it this morning." Jill says to Jacob.

Joe usually takes the dogs on a morning walk but with the dogs not enjoying the press or secret service, the dogs have been going on their morning walk a few hours earlier and it has been working out for everyone involved.

"Miss Julwie!" Jacob says as he holds Jill's hand.

"That's right, Miss Julie! Miss Julie is going to bring them in for breakfast!" Jill says as Jacob cheers.

Jill and Jacob walk back over to the residence and are greeted by Julie, Commander and Major.

"Hi, Mander! Hi, Major!" Jacob says as he hugs and pet Commander and Major.

Commander and Major begin to happily lick Jacob's cheeks causing Jacob to laugh.

"Aww, they are giving you some kisses, Jakey!" Jill says in a babyfied voice at Jacob.

"Hi, Miss Julwie!" Jacob says as he walks over to Julie and hugs her.

"Hello, Jacob! Good morning!" Julie says, hugging Jacob back with a big smile.

"Morn ing!" Jacob says, causing Jill to smile proudly.

"Were the dogs good for you?" Jill asks Julie, after thanking her for helping with the dogs today and lately,

"They were! They saw Poppet the rabbit and got really excited. Thankfully they didn't pull me across the lawn." Julie says as she and Jill both chuckle.

"Poppet! Poppet!" Jacob says, jumping up and down happily.

"Yeah, Poppet! Maybe we will see him later!" Jill says as Jacob smiles.

Julie, Jill and Jacob all talk for a few minutes before Julie leaves.

7am

Jill is currently making Jacob's pancakes and the usual coffee and toast she and Joe have for breakfast most mornings.

Jill has also fed Commander and Major their breakfast and now both dogs are in the living room sitting on the floor with Jacob.

Both dogs are very protective of Jacob and are always right by his side. Both dogs even sleep in Jacob's bedroom every single night, sleeping right beside his toddler bed.

Jacob was watching an episode of Sesame Street on TV but he has managed to wander away from the living room to find his Daddy and Willow who are both in the master bedroom still asleep.

Jacob is now right outside the master bedroom, smiling up at the two Secret Service members that are standing by the master bedroom door.

"Hiii!" Jacob says, waving at the two Secret Service members and they both wave back at him.

Jacob then carefully pushes the master bedroom door open and he sees Joe still fast asleep in bed with the covers just covering his lower half.

Joe is wearing an old t-shirt he's probably bad for twenty years and his sleep mask that he has been wearing to help with his obstructive sleep apnea.

Willow the cat is sleeping on the top of Joe's head, curled up in a ball.

"Daddy!" Jacob says as he happily runs over to the master bed.

Jacob manages to climb up on the master bed all by himself with some struggle but gets on the bed.

Jacob then crawls over to Joe and climbs on top of him, giving him a hug.

"Daddy! It's up up time!" Jacob says as Joe groans in his sleep as he begins to wake up for the day

Joe groans at the fact that it is now time to get up for another busy day and because a toddler and cat are lying on top of him.

Joe opens his eyes and smiles at Jacob, making sure Jacob isn't scared of his sleep mask. Jacob gets scared when it's first turned on and when Joe first puts it on.

"Hi, Jakey! Let me take my sleep mask off." Joe says as he manages to sit up with both Jacob and Willow still on top of him.

"Willwow!" Jacob says as he hugs Willow, giving the cat some kisses and gets distracted just enough so Joe can get his sleep mask off.

"Meow." Willow says as Jacob giggles loudly at.

Willow then jumps off of the bed and leaves the master bedroom, looking got Jill.

"Bye bye, Willwow!" Jacob says as he watches Willow leave the room.

"Look, Jakey! Look! No more sleep mask!" Joe says as Jacob turns around and smiles, happy to see his Daddy's face.

"No more!" Jacob says, hugging Joe tightly.

"No more sleep mask until tonight. I know you think it's scary. But it helps Daddy sleep alot better and Mama too because I don't snore." Joe says as he playfully snores, causing Jacob to giggle.

"Let's turn my sleep machine off. Hit this button right here." Joe says as Jacob hits the button and claps his hands.

"I did it!" Jacob yells in excitement.

"You did! Great job! Look, the machine is cleaning itself, isn't that so cool? It's getting clean so Daddy doesn't get sick from it being dirty." Joe says to Jacob.

"Woah!" Jacob says as he watches with lots of interest in the machine.

"Where's Mama?" Joe asks Jacob as he hugs and kisses him.

"Ookin!" Jacob says happily.

"Oh, she's cooking breakfast! Mmmm, that's going to be so good! Let's make the bed and go to the bathroom, okay?" Joe says to Jacob and Jacob nods his head.

"Ya! I go potty!" Jacob says running to the master bathroom.

"Okay, I'll take you! Wait for me, please." Joe says as Jacob giggles.

"Otay, Daddy!" Jacob says as he patiently waits for Joe.

8am

"Mama! Mama! I got Daddy up! And Willwow!" Jacob says as he runs over to Jill with excitement.

"You got Daddy up too?" Jill says as Jacob smiles happily at her.

"Ya! Daddy off da machine too." Jacob explains to Jill, causing Jill to smile.

"He is off his sleep machine during the day, that's right. And Willow found me so she could have her breakfast." Jill says as she hugs Jacob and kisses him.

"Yum!" Jacob says as he looks at Willow finishing up her breakfast.

"Good morning, Jilly." Joe says softly as he wraps his arms around Jill, bringing her close to him.

"Good morning, Joe." Jill says as she and Joe kiss each other a few times.

"Eww!" Jacob says, causing Jill and Joe to chuckle at him.

"I made our usual breakfast and I also made some extra pancakes if you wanted some too." Jill says, rubbing Joe's chest.

"Thank you, baby." Joe says, kissing Jill again.

"PAN CAKES!" Jacob squeals in excitement.

"Yes, you are getting some pancakes! Let's wash our hands, okay?" Joe says to Jacob.

"We did, Daddy!" Jacob says with some sass.

"I know, but let's wash them again, you did just crawl on the floor." Joe says as he takes Jacob to the kitchen sink to wash his hands.

"Why do kids love to play on the floor for no reason? I just don't get it." Jill says as she begins to get Joe and Jacob's breakfast plates ready.

"It's a kid thing. He was pretending to be a cat like Willow. Right?" Joe says to Jill and then Jacob.

"Uh huh! Meow! Meow!" Jacob says, acting like a cat.

"He was trying to communicate with her." Joe says as he smiles, drying Jacob's hands.

"Aww, that's so cute. But Willow was ready for her breakfast and that's why you couldn't find her." Jill says as she pours Jacob some milk in his sippy cup.

Joe picks up Jacob and gets him seated in his high chair.

"Tank you, Mama! Wuv you!" Jacob says to Jill happily.

"You're welcome! And I love you too, sweet boy! Enjoy!" Jill says to Jacob.

"Tank you, Daddy! Wuv you!" Jacob says to Joe happily.

"I didn't do anything but you're welcome. And I love you and your Mama with my whole heart." Joe says to Jacob.

Joe, Jill and Jacob enjoy their breakfast together, enjoying this much needed time together just the three of them before their busy day begins :)
