White House Residence

"Aaaaaaaa!" Bonny and Eugenia both squeal loudly as they play together and almost steal the toys from each other.

"Bon and Genie, share girlies! We need to share the toys with each other." Jill says with a grin as she sits on the floor as Bonny and Eugenia play!

"Naaa naaa!" Bonny says to Jill as she grabs Jill's hand to hold.

"Naaa!" Eugenia says as she giggles and smiles at Jill.

"Yes! I am Nana! Good girls!" Jill says, kissing Eugenia and Bonny's heads one by one.

"Let's try and share now, okay?" Jill says as Bonny and Eugenia both smile and go back to playing.

Meanwhile, Joe and Jacob are playing with some colorful blocks, stacking them up one by one.

"Uh oh!" Jacob says as the blocks fall down around him and Joe.

"Uh oh! The blocks all fell down! Let's build something else!" Joe says as Jacob claps his hands while he and Joe build something else.

"Ya! Ya! Ya!" Jacob says as he claps his hands some more.

Joe begins to build again and Jacob watches carefully before the blocks fall down again, causing Jacob to laugh.

*Jacob, Eugenia and Bonny's outfits*

Right now, Joe and Jill are babysitting Bonny and Eugenia while Ashley and Howard go on a much needed lunch date  together as a couple.

Ashley and Howard's relationship has been up and down lately, especially during this past summer. Ashley and the girls actually came to the White House to stay.

But now, Ashley and Howard's relationship is doing much better and they are slowly building it back up to where it once was before the girls were born last year.

Willow the cat walks over by Jill, Bonny and Eugenia, purring happily.

"At!" Bonny says as she pets Willow's head.

"That is a cat, Bonny! Good girl! That's Willow!" Jill says with a grin.

"At!" Eugenia says, copying her twin sister and pets Willow as well.

"Good girl, Eugenia. Be gentle with Willow, girls. Gentle." Jill says to Eugenia and Bonny with a smile.

Bonny and Eugenia continue to pet Willow causing Willow to purr some more.

"Willow loves belly rubs. Isn't that right, Willow?" Jill says as she joins Bonny and Eugenia on petting Willow. 

Major and Commander then both walk over and lay near Joe and Jacob.

"Major and Commander want to help us build something, Jakey." Joe says as Jacob smiles ear to ear.

"Ba ba ba!" Jacob says as he pets Major and Commander at the same time.

"Gentle with your pets. Good boy. My three good boys." Joe says to Jacob, Major and Commander.

Eugenia and Bonny then begin to play with their tea party set that Jill recently bought for them. Eugenia and Bonny mainly just held tea cups and banged then against the little plates.

"You girlies are so cute! We will be having fancy tea parties when you two get a little older! Yeah!" Jill says in a babyfied voice, causing Eugenia and Bonny to both laugh and smile.

"Da da! Up up!" Jacob says to Joe as he claps his hands happily.

"Want me to hold you up in the air? Okay! I can do that!" Joe says as he lays down on his back and Jacob crawls on top of him.

Joe holds onto Jacob, causing Jacob to giggle and smile at him.

"Ready? One! Two! Three!" Joe says as he lifts up Jacob above him and moves him up and down, causing Jacob to smile.

"Weeee! Weeee!" Jacob yells happily as he smiles ear to ear as Joe moves him up and down.

Jill smiles as she watches Jacob and Joe together, a sight that gives her so much joy. Jacob is their little surprise miracle and they cherish every moment with him.

- Thirty Minutes Later

The front door begins to be unlocked with the special key, causing Commander and Major to bark as they run over.

"Hey hey! It's just Ash and Howard!" Joe says to the dogs, trying to get them to stop.

"Genie! Bon! Look! It's Mommy and Daddy!" Jill says in a babyfied voice as Eugenia and Bonny both smile and squeal happily.

Ashley and Howard open the front door and smile at Commander and Major, petting both of their heads.

"Hello, boys!" Howard says with a chuckle.

"Hi, pups!" Ashley says as she pets both dogs with a big smile.

Howard and Ashley come into the living room and greet Jill and Joe before greeting Bonny, Eugenia and Jacob.

"Ma Ma! Da da!" Eugenia and Bonny both squeal in happiness.

"Ashy! How How!" Jacob says as he gets excited to see his sister and brother-in-law.

"Hi, girlies! And hi, Jakey!" Ashley says says, kissing Bonny, Eugenia and Jacob one by one.

Ashley then goes to the bathroom while Howard happily watches Jill, Bonny, Eugenia, Joe and Jacob all sitting on the living room together.

"How?" Ashley calls for her husband.

"Yes, Ashy?" Howard says as he turns around to look at Ashley.

"Can you come here?" Ashley says as she peaks her head out the bathroom door.

"Sure!" Howard says as he walks over to the bathroom and he and Ashley go in the bathroom together, closing the door behind them.

"Aaaa!" Jacob squeals as he tries to take a toy from Eugenia.

"Hey hey, you gotta share with the girls, Jakey. We need to share." Joe says as Jacob babbles at Eugenia and Bonny.

"Hey mom?" Ashley calls for Jill, peaking her head out the bathroom door again.

"Yes, sweety?" Jill says to Ashley.

"Can you come in here with us?" Ashley asks Jill, wanting her mom to be with her as well.

"Sure! I'm coming!" Jill says as she slowly gets up off of the floor and walks over to the bathroom.

Howard, Ashley and Jill are in the bathroom for a few minutes, confusing Joe very much. Joe doesn't understand why Ashley needed Howard and Jill in the bathroom if she's just going to the bathroom.

Joe happily keeps Eugenia, Bonny and Jacob occupied with their toys, causing all three of the toddlers to smile and laugh loudly.

"I don't know what everyone is doing in the bathroom! Must be something fun, huh?" Joe says to Eugenia, Bonny and Jacob causing the trio to laugh again.

"Okay, I'm leaving while you pee on it. You guys can call me back in if you need me." Jill says softly to Ashley and Howard as she leaves the bathroom and walks back over to Joe, Jacob, Eugenia, Bonny, Commander, Willow and Major.

"What's Ash doing?" Joe asks Jill, trying to figure out what is going on right now.

"She's using the bathroom, Joe." Jill says, not wanting to tell Joe what's going on just yet.

"With Howard in there? And using the bathroom with him in there and then you went in there? That's kinda weird, Jilly." Joe asks Jill in confusion.

"Joe, let's just say they had some fun a few weeks ago. Ashley thinks she's pregnant again." Jill whispers so Ashley and Howard don't hear her.

"They're... doing that again? I thought a few weeks ago they hated each other and thought about divorce before they started marriage counseling?" Joe asks in lots of confusion, causing Jill to face palm.

"Well, I guess they had some fun after a marriage counseling session one day. They can do what they want, Joe. They are adults." Jill says as she shrugs her shoulders and sits back down on the floor with the kids and Joe.

"Aaaa!" Bonny says as she tries to hit Jacob with the small plate.

"No no, we don't hit Jacob with the plate." Joe says to Bonny as Bonny goes back to playing with some foam blocks.

"Maybe I should have waited to give the girls the tea set." Jill says with a chuckle.

"They are enjoying it in their own way. I'm sure within a year or so they'll fully enjoy it." Joe says as he smiles at the girls and Jacob before smiling at Jill.

"Whatever the test says Joe, we gotta be supportive." Jill says softly to Joe, not wanting him to flip out.

"Of course! Why wouldn't I? I love babies and so do you." Joe says, rubbing Jill's leg.

"I know, but this is going to be overwhelming for them since they are repairing their relationship and are in a great spot right now. I just hope it doesn't mess anything up." Jill says to Joe, worrying about their daughter.

"I know but they are adults like you said. I think they learned how to communicate better and how to be there for each other a lot better than previously. They have been through a lot in their marriage and now they have the family they have always wanted. Howard just better not break my baby's heart again." Joe says to Jill and Jill rolls her eyes.

"Aaa!" Eugenia squeals as she claps her hands.

"Yeah! I agree, Genie." Joe says as Eugenia crawls over to him and sits on his lap.

A few minutes later, Ashley and Howard walk out of the bathroom, holding each others hands as they walk over to the living room.

"It's positive isn't it?" Jill says to Ashley and Howard, catching them by surprise because they thought Joe didn't know.

"Mom!" Ashley says as her cheeks turn bright red.

"Ash, Dad put two and two together." Jill says as Ashley hides her head on Howard's arm.

"I know when something is up with my baby girl." Joe says softly to Ashley.

"Welp, I guess we gotta tell everyone!" Howard says with a chuckle and a nervous smile.

"It's very positive. Baby Krein is on the way." Ashley says as she shows Jill and Joe the pregnancy test.

"I knew it! Moms always know! Congratulations!" Jill says as she quickly gets up off of the floor to hug Ashley and Howard.

"Congratulations you two! This is such amazing news! I wish I could get up and give you two hugs but I have a sweet angel on my lap." Joe says as Eugenia giggles.

Jill holds the very pregnancy test in her hands with Jacob and Bonny trying to grab it.

"No no! This is yucky to touch." Jill says to Jacob and Bonny.

"Aaaa!" Jacob and Bonny both yell as they hug Jill's legs.

"Yeah! It yucky!" Jill says to Jacob and Bonny.

Joe manages to get Eugenia out of his lap and gets up to hug and kiss Ashley and then hugs Howard.

"You guys might not think this is a good thing but it truly is. It is a sign from above and I absolutely believe that. You two worked so hard for this family and now you are getting awarded with three beautiful children. It's a blessing." Joe says to Ashley and Howard and the four adults all hug each other.

"Should we tell everyone?" Ashley asks Jill as she calms down from the sweet words of Joe.

"Maybe wait until you see the doctor and find out the dates and everything. But let's celebrate just the four of us and the kids." Jill says to Ashley.

"Baaa baaa!" Eugenia, Bonny and Jacob all say in unison as they begin to throw the toys around.

"Hey hey! We don't throw the toys." Ashley says to Eugenia, Bonny and Jacob.

Joe, Jill and Howard all laugh and they smile at the three kids, knowing one more will join this trio in a few months!

For the rest of the day, Jill, Joe, Jacob, Ashley, Eugenia, Bonny and Howard all spend it together! :)

A few weeks later

potus Jill and I couldn't be more excited for our daughter Ashley and son-in-law Howard. They are incredible and loving parents to their girls Bonny and Eugenia and Athena the dog. This little boy is going to be the luckiest.

ablazer8 Howard and I are so thrilled to announce that Athena will be a big sister again and that Bonny and Eugenia will be big sisters this May 🩵 We cannot wait to welcome David Joesph Krein into our family.

David is after Howard's middle name and Joesph is after my grandfather, my father and my big brother Beau 🩵
