The White House Residence, Washington DC

"Boys, I need you to put all of the toys away, okay? Can you do that for me?" Jill says to Beau, Jacob and Joey as she gets seven month old Zoe dressed and diaper changed.

"Yes, Mama!" Jacob says as he smiles at his Mama.

"Aaaa!" Joey squeals as he runs around the room.

"I help, Nana!" Beau says proudly, running over to the toy box.

"Thank you so very much, boys! After we put all of the toys away we gotta get ready to go bye byes." Jill says as she fixes Zoe's little outfit. 

Nineteen month old Joey, two year old Jacob and three year old Beau do their very best to put all of the toys away, causing Jill to smile at the trio.

Jill and Joe have had a busy almost two days. Yesterday was Joe's 81st birthday and it was celebrated with most of the grandchildren and family members except for a few. Joe also did the annual Thanksgiving turkey pardon, pardoning two turkeys named Liberty and Bell. 

The Biden family is also getting ready for their yearly  Nantucket Thanksgiving trip which is something they have done for many years, only missing it just a handful of times. This year's Thanksgiving will have a brand new family member no one expected to be there just yet.

Back on Easter, Naomi and Peter announced to the whole family that they were expecting their very first child, causing everyone to cheer and get excited.

Hunter was going to become grandfather something he never thought he's live for due to his struggle with addiction. Thankfully, he has been sober for five years. Joe and Jill will be making history once again with Joe being the first president to become a Great Grandparent in office, something he is very proud of.

Naomi and Peter decided to go up to Nantucket earlier in the week to get settled in. However, last night they welcomed their daughter - Maeve Neilia Neal into the world. Maeve was three weeks early but she is happy and perfectly healthy baby.

Hunter, Melissa, Maisy, Finnegan, and Kathleen all went to Nantucket to be there for Maeve's arrival last night, leaving Hunter and Melissa's three children with Joe and Jill to babysit.

Hallie, her husband John, their baby son Oliver, John's three older children, Natalie, Little Hunter, Ashley, Howard, Eugenia, Bonny, David, their dog Athena and other Biden family members have been and will be arriving to Nantucket today and tomorrow to be all together for Thanksgiving.

"Okay Zoe, you are all dressed and ready to go bye byes! I hope no one gets fussy during this flight. Four of you and just me and Pop is gonna be real tough, huh?" Jill says, causing Zoe to smile ear to ear.

Jill picks up Zoe from off of the living room floor and she gets up herself and she is then greeted by Commander, Major and Naomi and Peter's dog Charlie. All three dogs tails are wagging, excited for what it to come during the day.

"We need to get you three and Willow all ready for the flight as well! Joe didn't plan this out well when he volunteered to watch three toddlers knowing we have our own. Isn't Pop silly, Zoe?" Jill says out loud and then to Zoe causing Zoe to smile again.

"Ba ba ba ba!" Zoe babbles at Jill, causing her to smile.

"Yeah! Let's go find your big brothers and your uncle! I hope they aren't making a bigger mess." Jill says as Zoe babbles and smiles.

*Beau, Jacob, Joey and Zoe's outfits*

Jill and Zoe walk over and find Beau, Jacob, Joey playing with cars, distracted from cleaning up.

"Vrooooom!" Jacob says as he pushes a car on the floor.

"Beeeeep! Beeeeep!" Beau says causing two of his cars to almost have an accident.

"Aaaaaa!" Joey squeals, throwing two cars happily.

"Boys, let's put some of the toys in the toy box or in the toy bag. We are getting ready to go bye byes very soon!" Jill says to Joey, Jacob and Beau.

"YAY! BYE BYES!" Beau says, jumping around happily.

"YAY!" Jacob and Joey cheer as they get excited.

Thankfully, Jill put the boys shoes on and all she has to do is get their coats on.

"Mama!" Jacob says to Jill, pointing at the pets.

"Yes, Willow, Commander, Major and Charlie are coming with us! Will you three help me get their bag packed?" Jill asks Jacob, Beau and Joey.

"YEAH!" Jacob squeals in excitement.

Jill, Beau, Jacob, Joey and Zoe all finish getting ready while they patiently wait for Joe to finish work for the day!

Secret Service members loads up Willow, Charlie, Major and Commander in the car to take them to Joint Base Andrews, meeting Joe, Jill, Jacob, Zoe, Joey and Beau there.

While Jill makes sure the boys are ready, Joe is holding Zoe, showing her the different pictures on the walls.

"Look, Zoe. Here's your Daddy, Uncle Beau and Aunt Ashley! They were little kids here." Joe says as Zoe babbles.

"Ba ba!" Zoe says to Joe and Joe smiles at her.

"Yeah! And this picture is Nana and Pop! I was Vice President here." Joe says to Zoe.

"Boys! We are going bye byes now!" Jill says, calling for Beau, Jacob and Joey.

"YAY!" Beau and Jacob both yell happily.

"Aaaaa!" Joey squeals in excitement.

"When we go outside, we are going to walk and hold hands, okay? There will be people taking our pictures and asking Pop questions -" Jill says as Jacob interrupts.

"Daddy!" Jacob says to Jill, causing her to smile.

"That's right, he is your Daddy. But he is also Beau, Joey and Zoe's Pop." Jill says as Jacob giggles.

After a few more minutes, Joe, Jill, Beau, Jacob, Joey and Zoe all leave the White House!

Joe is holding Zoe while Jill is holding Joey. Jacob and Beau are holding each other's hands walking in front of Joe and Jill.

The press calls for Joe and he walks over to talk to them hopefully briefly. Zoe babbles as Joe waves her little hand.

"Zoe says hello!" Joe says with a smile.

"Mr. President, what are your plans for this week?" A reporter asks Joe.

"We are heading to Nantucket for the annual Biden Thanksgiving. It will be wonderful to see the whole family together all at once and in one house. We also have a new family member joining us this year. My granddaughter Naomi and her husband Peter welcomed their daughter Maeve on my birthday. Best birthday present ever!" Joe says as he and Zoe walk away from the press, not answering anymore questions!

A few hours later, Joe, Jill, Jacob, Beau, Joey, Zoe, Commander, Major, Willow and Charlie all arrive to Nantucket and get settled in for the night!

November 22nd, 2023
Nantucket, Massachusetts

Joe, Jill and Jacob are all getting ready for Naomi, Peter and Maeve's arrival to their Nantucket house! Naomi and Maeve are getting released from the hospital today, just in time for Thanksgiving.

Joe and Jill wanted to wait until Naomi and Peter came home to the house to meet baby Maeve for the first time. They did see her on FaceTime, along with many pictures and videos.

Earlier in the day, Hunter and Melissa took Beau, Joey and Zoe to meet their baby niece for the very first time. Now, Joey and Zoe are at the house while Beau is out with the rest of the Biden family shopping.

The rest of the Biden family members have been visiting the Neal family of three all day yesterday and today.

Joe and Jill wanted the least amount of people at the house as possible when Peter, Naomi and Maeve arrive so the young family doesn't get overstimulated and overwhelmed. The other Biden family members agreed so that is why they are out shopping. 

Naomi, Finnegan and Maisy's mother Kathleen is also at the house happily waiting to greet Naomi, Peter and Maeve.

Jill, Joe, Melissa, Hunter and Kathleen are watching Zoe, Joey and Jacob play on the floor while they wait. Naomi, Peter and Maeve are on their way to the house.

"Jakey, you need to share with Joey and Zoe okay?" Jill says to Jacob.

"I share, Mama!" Jacob says with a grin at Jill.

"You do share, that's right!" Jill says proudly at Jacob.

"Zoe, are you crawling away? Come to Pop!" Joe says as Zoe babbles and smiles up at Joe.

"I got you!" Joe says as he picks up Zoe and she babbles happily.

"Aww, look at those baby pigtails." Kathleen says, smiling at Joe and Zoe.

"She is finally getting some hair! I'm excited for bows!" Melissa says with some excitement.

"Ba baa!" Joey says, as he begins to try to bite on a block.

"Joey, no. We don't put toys in our mouth. That's gross." Hunter says as he stops Joey from eating a block.

"Mama! Wuv you!" Jacob says as he walks over to Jill and hugs her.

"Aww, I love you! Are you excited to see Naomi, Peter and baby Maeve?" Jill says to Jacob with a grin.

"Ya! Baby May May!" Jacob says with excitement.

"Baby Maeve, that's right! May May is a cute nickname for her!" Jill says, kissing Jacob's cheek.

30 Minutes Later

Naomi, Peter and Maeve have arrived at the house. The trio were happily greeted by Zoe, Joey, Jacob and Beau and the many Biden family animals.

Naomi, Peter and Maeve are then are greeted by Kathleen, Hunter, Melissa, Joe and Jill, with lots of hugs and kisses.

After everyone settles down, Naomi, Peter and Maeve are now sitting on the couch.

Naomi is holding Maeve in her arms and Maeve is fast asleep, despite Beau, Joey, Zoe and Jacob making lots of noise while they play.

Jacob walks over to Naomi and Peter, with a big smile on his face.

"Nomi! Nomi!" Jacob says with excitement.

"Hi, Jakey! I missed you, bub!" Naomi says smiling at Jacob before giving him a kiss.

"Missed you, Nomi! Pete Pete!" Jacob says to Naomi and then at Peter. 

"Hey, Jakey!" Peter says, giving Jacob a high five.

"Jacob, this is baby Maeve. Do you remember feeling her kick and move around in my belly?" Naomi says to Jacob, showing him Maeve.

"Uh huh! Baby May May out!" Jacob says, jumping up and down and causing everyone to chuckle.

"Baby Maeve is out now that's right!" Naomi says as she smiles.

"Do you wanna sit and hold her?" Peter asks Jacob.

"You can hold her and give her a kiss!" Naomi says to Jacob.

"Uh huh!" Jacob says, climbing up on the couch, sitting between Naomi and Peter.

"Someone is excited!" Kathleen says with a smile.

"Aww, Jakey! You are gonna hold baby Maeve! How exciting!" Jill says, filming a video of Jacob.

Melissa hands Peter the boppy pillow and he wraps it around Jacob's tiny waist.

"Baby May May!" Jacob says as he gets excited.

"Yeah! Baby Maeve!" Naomi says as she carefully sits Maeve on the boppy pillow.

"What do you think, Jakey?" Joe asks Jacob as he smiles.

"Wuv baby May May!" Jacob says happily, patting Maeve's head.

"Aww, she loves you!" Melissa says to Jacob.

Maeve then opens her eyes and she looks up at Jacob. Just as Maeve opens her eyes, Jacob looks down at her, the two of them meeting eye to eye and a special bond starts.

"Aww, she's looking at you Jakey!" Hunter says to Jacob.

"Maeve loves you, Jacob. You are her great uncle. Right? Is that the right term?" Naomi says to Jacob and then to everyone in the room.

"That is the right term! Great Uncle Jacob!" Kathleen says to Naomi and then at Jacob causing Jacob to giggle.

"You can give Maeve a little kiss, Jakey." Peter says as Jacob gives Maeve a kiss, causing everyone to awe at the cuteness.

For the rest of the day, everyone enjoys baby Maeve and enjoy this special holiday weekend together!
