Jealousy has different reasons and types. Students get jealous from another students if they get low marks than others, business rivals get jealous if their rival companie's share prices increase. But the kind of jealousy Shivaay Singh Oberoi was suffering from, was quite weird. Like seriously ! Being jealous from your own self ?

These thoughts were running in every Oberoi's mind. Rudra was happy seeing his big brother jealous, Om was still not able to believe that Shivaay Singh Oberoi can behave like this also. Gauri and Bhavya were only enjoying the scenario.

Rudra : Look, my plan is superb. Bhaiya is getting jealous seeing bhabi talking to someone else so lovingly, even though she's talking to her best friend who is actually a female.
He laughed at the end, still not able to believe that his plan succeeded.

Flashback

Shivaay was going towards the terrace but Rudra stopped him and gave a 'just-wait and watch' kinda look to OmRi and Bhavya who were standing behind a pillar.

Shivaay: Rudra let me go, I've to attend an important business call.

Rudra : Bhaiya, you have to do a business call, so it's not that important. You can do it somewhere else. But I won't let you go there.

Shivaay : Why I can't go there ? get aside.

Shivaay tried to leave But Rudra again spread his arms to stop him.

Rudra : Bhaiya, we shouldn't disturb two 'love birds' when they are talking, these are bad manners.

Rudra deliberately stressed the word lovebirds to make his plan successful.

Shivaay : Who love birds ? What the hell are you speaking Rudy ?
Shivaay was getting pissed off.

Rudra : Bhaiya... Anika bhabi is taking to her lovely 'husband' so let's give them some privacy. Let's go.

He tried to drag Shivaay but he didn't move an inch. Instead, Rudra got pulled from Shivaay.

Shivaay : th..then let her do what She want, I'm not interested in her and her 'So called husband's' talks. I'm doing my own business.

Rudra started dancing mentally as he could clearly sense that his brother was jealous. He gestured to OmRiVya through his eyes and they gestured him to come back.

Shivaay : now what ? Just leave, I've work.

Rudra ( in a slow voice ) : I know your 'work'.

Shivaay : What ?

Rudra : no..nothing. Bye.

Rudra joined OmRiVya behind the pillar and looked what Shivaay was going to do.

Shivaay ( to himself ) : why I'm feeling disturbed ? Let her talk to whoever she wants. I don't care.

He was going to leave but stopped again. He went a few steps ahead and looked at Anika who was walking to and from, laughing and talking happily.

Shivaay : Why she's laughing so much, is her husband a joker.. hughh... joker hi hoga *( definitely he must be a joker )*

He was hiding behind a pillar and every thing and anything Anika was saying, Shivaay was making comments on it, mostly negative comments.

Anika : I love you, 'love'. I'm also missing you very much, come back soon, love.

Shivaay heard her saying and he lost his balance. The big flower vase fell down as his hand hit it and it caught Anika's attention. Before Anika could get suspicious, Shivaay put his phone on his ear and started acting as if he was busy.

Anika cut the call and was coming towards him. Suddenly his phone started ringing making him embarassed, Anika was confused and OmRi and RuVya laughed silently holding their stomachs. Anika was going to speak.

Shivaay ( Acting like unaware of everything ) : What happened to this stupid phone.

And he left from there leaving an even more confused Anika behind.

Flashback ends

Om : you are too much Rudra.

Now even Om was laughing, although earlier the plan seemed ridiculous to him.

Bhavya : Rudy, seriously today we got free entertainment only because of you, thank you." Bhavya said and Gauri gestured her to be silent as she looked at Shivaay who looked pissed off.

Poor Shivaay ! He didn't even know that Rudy played a prank on him and Anika wasn't talking to her husband but a friend Chanda whom she calls 'love'.

At evening, Dadi asked Shivaay to go to the orphanage for monthly inspection and look if everything is fine there. He was going when suddenly Anika came running towards him with lots of packets in her hands. She stumbled but Shivaay caught her from falling.

Shivaay : Why are you running like this, stupid girl ? Be careful.

Anika : I'm not stupid ok. Shivaay can I also come with you, to the orphanage ? Please....

Shivaay : Why are you saying please as if I'll eat you ? Come.

He helped her in keeping the gifts at the back seat and then opened the door for her. They reached orphanage. Anika left to meet the children and he went towards the caretaker's office. After meeting the head, he went out with the other caretaker to inspect the whole orphanage.

Seema ( the caretaker ) : Sir, you and your wife are doing really good by taking care of this orphanage. You know, your wife made children very happy by bringing the gifts for them.

Shivaay : M..my wife ?

Seema ( looking surprised ) : Yes. Anika, your wife. She is a perfect Mrs. Oberoi. I mean the elder daughter in law of THE Oberois and she has a big heart. May be that's the reason the great SSO got married to her admire her so much.

Shivaay : W..who told y..you that I'm ani..Anika's husband ?

Seema : She herself told us, I mean to me and Radha mam.

She didn't know about Shivaay's memory loss so she kept talking about Anika and him. She was genuinely happy for Anika as along with Radha she had also seen Anika's goodness.

She was just saying the fact but for Shivaay it was beyond shocking. His mind was already frustrated and it interpreted the things in a way he shouldn't have done. It would be an understatement to say that he was angry. He left from there without saying anything else.

On the other hand, Radha ( the head caretaker ) was talking to Anika.

Radha : Your husband is really nice Anika, I'm so happy for you.

Anika ( shocked and tensed ) : D..did you talk to him about m..me ?

Radha : no. But What happened, Anika you look tensed.

Anika sighed in relief and told everything to the lady.

Radha ( while consoling a crying Anika ) : Don't cry Anika, if God gives pain he gives the strength to fight it. If he gives problems he gives you ways to get out of them. Just be strong, your whole family is with you and soon your husband will also be with you.

Anika smiled sadly and wiped her tears.

Radha : I need to go now dear. It's time for dinner and children won't sit quite ( She chuckled ), you know them well.

Anika : I can understand, you go aunty.

Just when Radha left, Anika saw shivaay coming towards her.

Anika : Shall we go ? It's quite late now.

Shivaay : Who are you ?

Anika ( confused ) : What ?

Shivaay : Wh..who are you to me ? ( He was trying to hide his anger )

Anika was scared as why he was suddenly asking such twisted questions.

Anika : F..friend.. I'm..Y.. your friend.

Shivaay ( Mockingly ) : Friend or husband ?

Anika was shocked and her heart was beating fast as if it would come out any minute.

Shivaay : I can't believe someone can do such a cheap thing. I thought you are a nice and inocent girl, but you... a bloody cheater.

Anika : wh..what are you saying Shivaay ? How can you...

Shivaay : How can I ? How can you lie to some outsiders that you are my wife ? How dare you ? You told these caretakers that I'm your husband. For what ? For Money or status ?

Anika : shiva...ay you don't know anything it's...

Anika started crying and tried to touch his face but he jerked her hands away.

Shivaay : You think I'm a fool ? Earlier I didn't know anything but now I do. You are so cheap. At least you could have thought about the thing called marriage. Didn't you think about this nuptial chain of yours, about your husband ? Poor boy ! Doesn't even know what kind of a wife he has.

Anika's tears stopped and she looked at Shivaay as if she was a lost kid. She was too numb to react. Was it less that he doesn't remember her that now, he even misunderstood her ?

Anika : sh..Shivaay I can tell you what the..matter is, please listen to me...

Shivaay didn't listen her sentence completely and left from there. He went to his car and drove towards Oberoi mansion. Anika walked a little towards him but stopped when she saw him leaving.

She wiped her tears harshly and started walking as she was not going to get any auto at this hour of the night. Her phone was also in the car that he drove away just a minute ago.

Shivaay reached Oberoi mansion. He was angry so he didn't want to get into any conversation with anyone. He was going towards his room but Om's stopped him.

Om : Shivaay where is bhabi ? She also went with you.

Rudra : yes, where is my bhabi, I'm missing her so much. I want to discuss so many things with her. Actually bhabi...

Shivaay : SHUTUP ! I DON'T KNOW WHERE THE HELL SHE IS AND I DON'T WANT TO KNOW EITHER.

Dadi : Billu ! Why are you behaving this way ? We just asked where is Anika ? Is she fine ? Why are you looking stressed ?

Shivaay : I'm also saying I. Don't. Know. I don't know where she is and I really don't care if she is fine or not.

Dadi : Shivaay !! Think before you say something. How can you talk about Anika like this ?

Shivaay : she deserves this only. You all don't know what that girl is. She's just...

Dadi : What ? She's what ? Tell me. How can you just talk rubbish about someone you don't know. And you were talking to her in the morning, everything was fine then what happened now ?

Shivaay : Dadi you don't know what she did. She just... She just said to the caretaker of the orphanage that I'm her husband. How can someone stoop so low to gain status and fame. Cheap people like her...

Dadi came forward and slapped him as hard as she could before he could badmouth Anika. Om and Rudra couldn't tolerate anything but they kept calm, because their first priority was Anika.

Om : Did you say anything to her ? Where you left her ?

Shivaay : I just showed her the truth, that she did a very cheap thing. That's it.

Rudra : who are you to decide what she did is cheap ? You don't know anything and badmouthing my bhabi. I'm sure you wouldn't have let her say anything.

Rudra shouted while seething in anger as Shivaay was shocked seeing him behaving this way.

Shivaay : You are behaving like this with me for an outsider...

Rudra : she's not an outsider ! She's...

Dadi : Why did you stop Rudra ? Today he should get to know who she is ? What does she mean to me, to you and to him. ( To Shivaay ) you want to know who she is ?

Janvi : But mummy ji...

Dadi : No janvi, It's enough. I can't let Anika suffer just because of him. If he is my grandson than she is also the DAUGHTER IN LAW of this house.

Shivaay : Wh... what ?

Dadi : Yes. She is the Elder daughter in law of this house, your wife. Mrs. Anika Shivaay Singh Oberoi.

Shivaay : Th..this can't be..ri..right..

Dadi : it is right. I still can't believe that you hurted her so much. You had an accident that's why you don't remember her. But couldn't you feel anything for her ? You used to feel like dying when she used to cry. You don't deserve her. We wanted to tell you the truth but she stopped us so that your health doesn't get affected.

Dadi ( To herself ) : Today I'm feeling ashamed of myself. I chose the wrong person for a girl like Anika. ( to shivaay ) You keep hurting her, knowingly or unknowingly I don't know but you do hurt her. Now enough, I'm not going to let you go near her. I won't let you hurt her more. Just go away from my eyes.

Om : I'm telling you, if anything happened to her, I won't leave You. Remember this. Let's go Rudra.

Rudra : I'll track bhabi's location through the tracker in her bracelet.

Shivaay's mind was stuck at one thing and that was 'She is his wife'. He didn't hear anything else the family said but the harsh reality made him feel worthless because he realised that he hurt her without her mistake.

Meanwhile, Anika was walking on the road slowly as the darkness was scaring her and the cold weather was making her shiver. She wrapped her dupatta around her should to get warmth but it didn't work so she kept walking and crying.

She felt she would fall unconscious any time soon as her head felt heavy, may be due to crying. Suddenly a man came in front of her and her mind could think of nothing but the past incident. That day shivaay saved her but today ? Little did she know that he was not here to do what she was thinking.

His face was covered with a mask so she couldn't see his face. She saw him taking out a knife and her whole body trembled. She took a step back but fell down due to stumbling over a stone. The man raised his hand to stab her but she somehow saved herself injuring her hands.

She pushed the man away and started running as fast she could. She was running and the man was still behind her. Suddenly a car hit him from back and he fell down being unconscious due to hitting the road.

Anika stopped when she found the man unconscious and looked at the owner of the car. Her mind was too exhausted to react and she lost her conscious before OM and RUDRA could say something.

They held her from falling down and khanna looked at the man who was unconscious. Rudra picked up Anika in his arms and made her lie down on the back seat. They drove towards Oberoi mansion and khanna took the man to hospital.

Om received a call from Gauri and he told her that Anika is fine and also asked her to call the doctor. Gauri panicked when he talked about calling a doctor but he told her that Anika was just unconscious. He didn't tell the whole matter as it would stress out Dadi.

Shivaay was still standing numb in the hall and his mind had only one thought that how he was going to rectify such a big mistake. He surely wanted to know how, when, why and where about his past life that he has forgotten but for now he wanted Anika to be fine.

Just then Om and Rudra entered with an unconscious Anika in Rudra's arms. Gauri and Bhavya panciked seeing anika like that with her hands and forhead bleeding. They were already crying but now they were scared also.

Gauri : w..hat happened to bhabi ? Y..You had said that she's just unconscious.

Om : Gauri not now. First let the doctor check her.

They took Anika to her room and the doctor asked them to go out. Bhavya stayed with the doctor as she is also an intern.

Anika's condition increased Shivaay's guilt but other than guilt he had fear in his heart. Why he was scared he didn't know, so he just named that unknown fear as guilt of hurting someone without her mistake.

He stood at a distance from others in front of her room and kept praying for Anika's betterment. Even if he would have been standing beside others, nobody was going to talk to him owing to the blunder he did. Even if Anika wasn’t his wife, he shouldn't have let her alone on an isolated place. How could he do that with any girl at the first place. He wanted to slap himself for all this.

Aradhana ( the doctor ) and Bhavya came out of the room and Bhavya looked surprised, shocked and.. nobody knew what exactly her facial expressions were.

OmRu were the first ones to rush towards the doctor, making Shivaay surprised and sonewhere happy also, and making him ashamed of himself too.

Aradhna  : How did all this happen ? I mean those injuries and all ?

Rudra : Doctor actually we also don't know the whole matter. We just found her on an isolated road, may be running away from someone and then she fainted. We still don't know about those wounds.

Aradhana ( Shockingly) : That means she was alone, on an isolated place, that too at this late hour of night ?

The doctor's words made all of them look down with Shame and omru looked at Shivaay with anger.

Aradhana : How can you people be so careless and leave a PREGNANT  lady all alone ?

Janvi : Wh..what ?

Bhavya ( To doctor ) : Dr. Aradhana actually we also didn't know about bhabi being pregnant. And as you said she's one month pregnant, may be she also don't know.

Aradhana : But still it's carelessness to let a girl alone at night, this country isn't that safe, don't you all know ? The result is infront of you all. She could have died or may be a miscarriage.

When the doctor talked about Anika's death and the miscarriage, a tear rolled down Shivaay's eyes and then he didn't know how many tears he shed. It pained him more than everything else and confused him at the same time. He never felt such thing for anyone.

Aradhana : That's past, but from now on be careful, you all are big enough to understand the result of carelessness. I've taken Mrs. Anika's blood sample, reports will come by tomorrow evening. After that bring her to the clinic for her regular check ups.

The doctor left after giving some instructions to Bhavya. All of them were standing silently because the situation was completely unexpected. They were happy but they also knew how much it was going to be difficult for Anika. She must be hurt by Shivaay's behavior and may be now this news was going to give pain to her more than happiness.

Dadi : Why only her ? Why my Anika has to suffer all the time ? I never thought that I'll get such a happy news in such bad circumstances.

Janvi : I know mummy ji, but Anika will be very happy hearing this news and everything will be fine, we all are with her.

Dadi ( looking towards Shivaay ) : The one who should have been there is the reason all these things happened to her. How is everything going to be fine ?

Saying this Dadi left from there ignoring Shivaay who was going to say something. OmRi, RuVya and Janvi also left to see Anika once, simply ignoring Shivaay. They were angry on him but for now they thought to leave him to grasp the situation all by himself. Afterall, it wasn’t easy to digest in a minute that you have a wife whom your mind doesn't remember and, she's pregnant with your baby.

Janvi left after seeing anika but OmRi and RuVya were still there. Gauri and Bhavya sat on the bed beside Anika and Om and Rudra sat on the floor holding Anika's hand together. They were crying seeing Anika's pale and tired face and they didn't realise when their eyes drooped and they fell asleep.

Shivaay took baby steps towards Anika's room as he wanted to see her once and make sure she was fine. But seeing the scene infront of him he was sure she was fine. His brothers and two sisters were there surrounding Anika like babies surrounding their mother. He wiped the tears from his eyes and then left from there.

Anika opened her eyes as the light hit her eyelids. She looked towards the window as the bright morning sun peeped throgh slightly open curtains. Tears once again rolled down her cheeks as the last night's incidents kept playing in her mind like a tape.

Her lips curved up into a teary smile as she saw OmRi and RuVya sleeping beside her in uncomfortable positions and she know why.

She caressed their hair softly and they woke up feeling her touch. They immediately jumped on her and hugged her.

Bhavya : You scared us so much bhabi.

Gauri : Are you fine now ?

Om : We were so scared.

Rudra : I felt like I'm all alone without you.

Anika : Are you all here to talk to me or to each other ? Let me speak atleast. I'm fine.

They broke the hug and Anika sat with their help.

Om : What happened yesterday bhabi ?

Anika ( thinking that he was asking about her and Shivaay's matter ) : N..noting happened om.

Rudra : Bhabi, O is not asking you about.. Shivaay bhaiya.

Om : How did you get hurt ?

Anika : Th..that man who was hit by your car, he.. attacked me.

Everyone were shocked.

Rudra : But why did he want to harm you ?

Anika : I don't know, he tried to..stab me but I some how pushed him away and started running. After that you know what happened.

OmRu immediately hugged her tightly.

Om : Khanna took that man to hospital. I think he will be there as khanna told me that he would gain consciousness tomorrow morning. Now he will tell his motive. I'll talk to khanna.

Rudra : And why were you alone there ?

Anika : Actually I.. th..that...

Om : you don't have to lie to us, we know everything he did. You don't need to protect him.

Anika : Why are you talking like that Om ? He doesn't know anything that's why he behaved like that. Anybody would have behaved like that.

Rudra : He knows everything now, Dadi told him everything in anger.

Om : And what kind of a girl you are ? Still taking his side. He didn't know about you being his wife, fine. But what about leaving You all alone there ? Do you even know that you and THE BABY could have been harmed ?

Anika : Om I understand but....Wh..what d..did you s..say ?

Om : I said he did a mistake by leaving You there alone.

Anika : no. Af..After that...

Gauri ( Smiling ) : Oh that ! It's just that I'm going to be a Chachi or you can say Massi because you are just like an elder sister to me.

Bhavya : Me too.

OmRu : We are going to be Chachus.

Bhavya : Which means you are going to be a mother.

They smiled but Anika's face became pale and she started sobbing. Her heart swelled with happiness listening to the news. A little life was growing in her womb. But that happiness turned into tears of pain when she realised that the one she would have shared this news first isn't with her and may be he won't be there for her either.

Just then Dadi and janvi came there and saw her crying. They sat beside her as Gauri and bhavya stepped aside.

Dadi : we can understand your pain, but don't you think that it is injustice to this little baby that his mother is crying after listening to the news of his/her arrival ?

Anika : it's not because I'm not happy. I'm crying because I'm scared. I don't my baby's fate to be like that of mine. I don't want that he should also feel the pain if being alone, the pain of not being able to call some one as his own. I wish I would have die...

Janvi : shutup ! Aren't we your own, Anika ? Are we some strangers ? How could you think or say like this ?

Anika : I... didn't mean that badi ma b..but...I'm tired..I don't have strength to fight anymore.

Janvi : No Anika. We understand that you need Shivaay by your side in this phase. But remember, we are always there for you.

Anika nodded and hugged Janvi and dadi. All of them smiled not aware of the presence of another person standing at the door step, though trying to hide himself from them.

Shivaay cried seeing the scenario. His whole family was there to support her but he couldn't even go and say sorry to her, he couldn't wipe her tears and hug her.

Shivaay ( To himself ) : Nothing will be fine until I try. If old memories can't be remembered, than new ones could be made. But before that ( with anger in his voice) someone will have to pay for trying to harm MY FAMILY.

He took out his phone from his pocket and called someone.

Shivaay : Khanna ! That man who is in hospital, get the truth out from him. Why did he attack Anika ? Who he is and who sent him ? Every single thing. Make sure he faces hell while being alive. Make sure he begs for death.

He did his famous hair flick and left from there, not before staring at Anika lovingly.
