Mindreader P.O.V
I was contemplating what my clawmates would be like when I bumped into a wall, I silently laughed at my foolishness, and started to pay more attention to my surroundings. I had a brain like my fathers, always having constant thoughts zipping around like Skywings. I finally reached the entrance of my cave. There was a Seawing reading a scroll on a bed. I searched my mind and found that she was a distant niece to Queen Coral, and her name was Azure. Then, there was the Skywings guard, Ermine, she was very mysterious, she often kept to herself. . I walked in and claimed one of the top shelves. I tried to start up a conversation by saying to Azure "What scroll us that?"
She just glanced over at me, back at her scroll, than over at me again. She responded
"The master's apprentice' it is pretty good," she returned her attention back to the scroll. "Well that's the end of that conversation" I thought. I only knew these dragons not the other ones of my winglet, so naturally, I decided to find out more about them. I started to explore to find the rest of the winglet. I found myself at the prey center. I remember my mom telling me this was the first place she met my dad, I sighed, I wondered if I would meet my one and only here. I saw a big dragon with polished black scales, and a burly body, my mind told me Thundertail he waltzed in and snagged some poor dragons fish. He took a bite then spit it out.
"How do you Seawings actually like this stuff?!?"
He yelled and through the fish back in the dragons face. The dragon was quaking of fear, he normally has that effect on people. Even though I wanted to help the dragon, I knew I could not win that fight. I remembered a scroll quote that said "don't pick fights you can't win" word of the wise. I went back to my previous line of thought, "I know for a fact that he will NOT be for me" I started to walk back from the prey center towards my cave thinking about random things and observing dragons.

I probably should have added more dialogue, I just wanted to show Mindreader's personality in this one. Next chapter will be about Moi.
