Oh my gosh, sorry it took so long, well I meant a little long but not that long. So, I finally got a chance to update. This is about the same time as the later part.

I walked into the library, I went over to the Animus Objects section. I started opening scrolls and started looking through them, it said a lot about animi and what they created, but nothing on being hatched with a jewel in your head. I removed the fake scales from my forehead, my claws skimming over the jewels cool surface. I heard someone coming. I quickly replaced the fake scales given from my mom. I saw BlackLight walk into the room, looking around, almost automatically my mind went to work, he was a Sandwing/NightWing hybrid, was hatched under three super-moons, could see past, and future, mindreader, had two sisters, Sandstorm and Mindreader. Parents are Moon and Qibli, always wears a skyfire earring, self conscious about his powers, and his personality, saw his first friend he ever had die right before his eyes. I grabbed my head, ugh I hated when it did that, the gem was strange, unlike teardrop scales, that made mind readers, I had a gem that made me feel feelings. He finally spotted me and smiled, my heart did a little leap, and I tried to regain my posture. He walked over to me and said
"Hey, can you help me find the Mindreader section? I'm kinda lost"
His emotions were a mix of anxiety, nervousness, and genuine happiness. His smile was amazing, his golden brown eyes, how perfectly his black under scales matched his overcoat. I jolted out of my stupor and put on a smile, and said to him very casually
"Sure, you're curious about mind readers? I was just about to walk over there and read myself
He grinned at this, dang, he was very good looking, I kept getting distracted at his appearance. He then said
"Well then, Starfish, would you like to join me with browsing the scrolls, maybe you need help with your homework that Webs assigned."
I silently cursed, I totally forgot that we got homework in Webs class, he probably aces it every time since he can see into the past. I continued to walk with him and said to him
"I would love you, eh, love if you would help me with it, Webs can be so confusing. When?"
"How bout' after herbs and healing?"
"Sounds perfect! Now let's see where we can find those scrolls you are looking for."
We walked over to the the section, and browsed through scrolls talking and laughing all the way, one of the times he made some stupid joke that made laugh so hard, I collapsed onto him. We were now laying on the ground his arms around me, me laying my head on his chest, the physical contact made me shiver, his scales were warm and his arms were protectively around me. I loved every moment of it, I felt his emotions bursting of love/embarrassment/happiness. So I knew as well he loved it too.
