"So this is what made you transformed?"
Back inside the RV, all from before could be seen inside the traveling home vehicle, with Gojo Satoru currently giving Maki Zenin a personal check up, specifically getting a closer look at her new belt, all while Utahime Iori and Mai Zenin sat on the side and just watch with either interest, curiosity or slight worry.

"Yeah."
Maki nods in confirmation of what happened.

"Well, I definitely sense some Curse Energy, but it's no tool I'm familiar with."
Gojo rubs his chin as he uses his "Six Eyes" to understand all he could with the belt that the Zenin wore.

"She got it after the meteorite crash, do you think that's a part of it?"
Mai gave what she knew about the situation, which wasn't a lot.

"That's definitely a possibility."
Though with this information and small detail, it did lead them somewhere, as Utahime started to consider some other possibilities for this unique opportunity they were in.

"Maki, is the item hurting you in any way?"
Gojo gave the belt some pokes, which did shock his finger in response and made him pull away quickly.

"No, if anything, when it made me transformed, it made me feel, well, stronger, I felt like I was overwhelmed with Curse Energy."
Maki felt slightly conflicted on how she felt with her belt, to be given unfamiliar powers she didn't consent for, but at the same time, she couldn't deny the type of power that made her feel so, well, "Stronger".

"Interesting, not only can it change your form, but imbue you with Curse Energy, something you couldn't do before."
Utahime tried her best to not let her interest and fascination show, but she couldn't due to how the belt works and what it could do, or possibly do.

"Well there goes what made me better than you..."
Mai simply rolls her eyes and just leans back on her seat, obviously annoyed, but at the same time, didn't care that much.

"Sooooo, what does this mean for me now?"
Yet, despite what little everyone could learn from this, they didn't know what should be done next, especially with Maki, as she was the one with the belt situation.

"Hm, well, we are close to a Curse Tool workshop, maybe we can ask them for advice."
And after a bit of thinking it over, Gojo suggested something that could hopefully shed some light to their conundrum.

"I'll take her, you and Mai investigate the crash site, just in case there's something we missed, can't take a risk of someone with bad intentions to find something equally powerful and dangerous as Maki's belt."
Which Utahime decided to volunteer for, as well as requesting both Satoru and the 2nd Zenin to look into the origin of this problem.

"Welp, looks like it's just us two for today, yay~"
Gojo accepts the idea, though not without teasing his new partner first.

"God damn it..."
Much to Mai, even more greater annoyance.

"Heh, good look with handling Gojo~"
Maki couldn't help giving her own teasing and mocking remarks, as she and Iori started to leave the RV to do what she needed to do, leaving behind both Gojo and Mai alone.

"Siblings, am I right?"

"Shut up Gojo."
It didn't take long for the JJK Student and Teacher to arrive at what seems to be some kind of secret Curse Tools/Weapon Shop, walking inside the hidden building and looking around.

"I'll handle talking with the owner."
Utahime decided to find and deal with the shopkeeper herself.

"Alright, I might as well get something while I'm here."
All the while Maki decided to use this opportunity to get herself some new weapons, walking away to start browsing and leaving the experienced Jujutsu Sorcerer to do what she needed to do.

"It's unusually quiet here..."
Utahime frowns softly, as when she looked around to find the owner of the store, she noticed how unnaturally quiet everything was.

"Shopkeeper?"
Utahime attempted to call out for the shopkeeper as she continues to look around and search for them, soon leading herself towards the manger door and room of the shop, which she then noticed how said door was slightly broken and stretched up, this was enough to make her worry, and that was not even considering the blood that leaked and pool under said door, she prepared herself and be on guard, as she then grabbed door knobs and push it open, and what she saw what was inside, well, it's what she unfortunately expected, that being what once was a shopkeeper, was nothing more than a bloody corpse.

"Oh dear..."
Back with Maki, she was just seen casually walking around and checking all the weapons and tools that were available, some definitely caught her attention, while others didn't look all that impressive.

'I always wonder who created these items.'
Maki picked up a random knife and gave a good look at it, admiring the craftsmanship and design of the small blade.

'Maybe I should teach myself how to make my own Curse Tools, might come in handy if I lose or break my own supply and need quick replacement.'
Maki lets out a thoughtful hum as she messes and swings her knife around.

'Maybe later in another time, but it is something to look into.'
As Maki puts away the knife, deciding not to get it, she couldn't help but notice a bottle, specifically a bottle with a very ugly looking worm inside from the looks of it.

'Ew, that is one nasty looking worm in a bottle.'
Though as Maki was looking at said nasty worm, she noticed a strange reflection on the glass bottle.

"Huh?"
Maki only had enough time to turn around and saw that the reflection was a large Curse Spirit, who let out a loud roar and attempted to take a swipe at her, luckily she was able to avoid it, but in the process, knocked back and into all the curse items and tools behind herself.

"Ow Damn It!"
Unfortunately for Maki, one of the many things she knocked down and broke was the bottle that contained the Worm inside, and once it was released, it wasted no time pouncing onto her body.

"H-Hey! Get Off Of Me!"
As Maki was struggling to remove the Worm, who wrapped around and connected itself onto her body, and seemingly to her belt, the Curse Spirit roars again, reminding her that she was still in danger, even more so that she was backed into a corner with no clear escape, a disadvantage that the Curse Spirit didn't hesitate to exploit and once again attempted to swipe its claws at her, which made her flinched and cover her face with her arms, preparing herself to defend herself from the attack, yet much to her confusion, it never came, as she lowered her arms to see what was going, she was immediately met with a surprising sight.

"It protected me?..."
And that surprising sight that Maki saw was the Worm defending her, by spitting out some kind of blade and using it to block the claws of the Curse Spirit, this definitely let her confused, not understanding why the Worm did this, however she knew that she didn't have time to think about it deeply, as she recognized the blade was a Curse Tool, and wasted no time grabbing from the Worm's mouth and used the weapon to cut off the arm of the Curse Spirit easily, causing it to roar in pain and be forced to stumble back, giving Zenin opportunity to end this quickly, pushing herself up and dashing forward towards the Curse Spirit, in one big slash and deep cut, she was able to defeat the opponent in one single attack.

"So you can make Curse Tools huh?"
To say Maki was impressed with the weapon, and the one who gave it to would be an understatement, looking at the Worm with a very interested look, all while feeding the weapon back into the Worm's mouth.

"Alright, I think I can get used to you... But you're still gross looking."
And because of this new found interest, Maki decided to keep the Worm, despite how gross it was.

"M-Maki! Are You Ok?!"
Utahime rushed up and towards the direction of where the young sorcerer was at, no doubt had heard the very loud and destructive noise and was very obviously worried about her safety.

"Yeah, I'm fine."
Much to Iori relief, Maki was able to reassure her teacher, as well as reveal her 2nd new addition that was attached to her body.

"Just found something useful, that's all."

Sorry if this chapter feels a bit rushed, not only from real life stuff, but also me wanted to introduce "THE WORM" now, because I don't feel like waiting over a few chapters for her to get it, rip the band-aid now instead of waiting, if you understand my meaning, btw yes the Worm is connected to the Cursetrix.
(BTW, slight spoiler, Geto is currently not on Earth at the moment, let's just say, he discovered how big his Universe is and what it might hold for him, so because of this, expect some very major changes in this story)
