"Bow, I want you to meet someone. This is Steven," Miss Jinx told me, making a gesture at a fox furry. His tongue stuck out, his mouth turned into a smile. "He's taunting me, Miss," I growled, not taking my eyes off of it. She laughed, shaking her. "No, he had his front teeth removed, so now he can't keep his tongue in his mouth. And he's smiling because he likes you." I stared at 'Steven', growling more. "It's quite hideous, Ma-am," I muttered, staring at it. Just then, one of the thing's arms raised up and rested across my face. I grabbed it and pulled it away, staring at the tentacle called his arm. "His octopus genetics are disgusting and highly confusing to me mixed with a fox furry, madam," I said simply, nodding as if I made a point.

Miss Jinx ignored me, adjusting my huge yellow bow. "I think he's cute," she laughed. "He's gonna bring alot of fangirls to the Nightmare League, Bow. We need more fangirls to keep this place running." She backed away, examining my bow thoroughly. I stared at Miss Jinx, holding in a sigh so I could do my best Cutie Bow look. I let my ears drop down, pressung them against the back of my head. "Please don't keep this thing Madam," I begged her, whimpering. She rolled her eyes and glared at me, saying, "I'm keeping Steven, whether you like it or not." Grabbing one of his tentacles, she dragged him in the other direction.

I sat down there I was, messing up my bow. She always tied it too tight on me. "Bow Rei Nin," Mr. Thing spoke, "Dark Angel wants to talk to you in the Rec Room." I nodded, letting him know I heard, then listened to him leave. Once he left, I stood up and made my way to the living room to meet Dark Angel.

When I got there, she wasn't there. Instead, Miss Jinx was sitting down on the couch. "Bow, I can tell you don't like Steven," she began, not looking at me, "But that's what I'm afraid of. That no one here will like Steven. I need to depend on you to stick with him." I growled and turned around, running smack into Steven, falling over after contact. Steven stayed standing, wrapping his tentacle arms around me and catching me before I hit the ground. I stood up and stood inches away from him, growling loudly. "Leave me alone, Sir Freakazoid, or I will gladly forget my agreement not to hurt any Nightmares."

"BOW," Miss Jinx yelled, pulling Steven away from me, his tongue sticking out still. "He's still taunting me Miss Jinx," I mumbled, staring at Steven. "Well too bad, he can taunt you if he wants!," she growled, pulling Steven out of the room. As he was pulled away, he started waving his tentacles in my direction as if trying to reach me. Letting out a sigh, I shook my head and turned away from where Steven left, walking away. It took me a while to realize that one of my ears had fallen off, and when I backtracked to find it, it was nowhere to be seen. Hearing a purring noise, I looked up to see Steven staring down at me, my ear clamped in his mouth. "GIVE IT BACK," I yelled, standing up only for him to run off. Muttering under my breath, I chased after him.
