Whatt? I'm updating a day after my last update? I want to make it up to you guys for waiting so long for the last one shot. I don't know that I really like this one but... Another one shot! If you guys have any ideas for one shots you want me to do I'm open for suggestions...

Lily POV

Plunk. That was the sound of my last text book closing and the end of my homework for the weekend.
"Hey Lily, want to go watch the Quidditch game? It's Gryffindor against Slytherin!" Marlene asked me excitedly.
"Umm- I have homework to do." I lied opening my textbook again. Truth was, I didn't really understand Quidditch at all and simply didn't want to make a fool of myself.
"Come on Lily. We both know your already done with all your homework. Come on it will be so much fun."
"I'm busy today."
" James will be playing." Marlene teased. At that I turned beat red. Everyone seemed to think that I fancied him. I did not. Just because I start to tolerate someone does not mean I fancy them.
"Fine. You are going to pester me until I come with you anyways, so why not."
" That's the spirit! Let's go."

Marlene and I squeezed into the Gryffindor section as the game began. I was so very confused at first until I figured out the main just of the game. It was actually very exciting once you understood it. James was apparently a chaser who had to get the quaffle through the hoop. The game was nerve-racking and a close one to.
" Come on James!" I yelled over the noise of the stands. Marlene just laughed.
"And you said you didn't want to come."
" Oh whatever." Then James suddenly tossed the quaffle through the goal.
"YES!" I shouted." GO JAMES!"
"Lily, remind me to never bring you to a quidditch game again, I've never seen you so excited." Marlene laughed. Finally our seeker caught the snitch and the Gryffindor crowd exploded with happiness.
"Marlene! Did you see that we won!"
"Yes. Now let's go congratulate the players!" Marlene said excitedly dragging me through the crowd towards where the players were gathered. Marlene ran up and bear hugged Sirius- they had just started dating a week before. I stood there awkwardly for a second before I located James and hugged him.
"We won, James! Did you see that! That move you did at the end was amazing! How on earth did you-" He cut me off with a kiss. I was surprised at first but leaned in after a few seconds.
" We did win Lilyflower." James said after we pulled apart. Then he ran off with the rest of his team. And I just stood there. I was so happy. And surprised. After a few moments of me just standing there in awe, Marlene came over to me.
"Lily? Are you alright?"
"Better than anything." I replied dreamily.
"You look like your on cloud 9. Come on, let's go back to the dorm so you can spill."
I sighed. "Alright." I looked back to where James was and he winked at me. I blushed even more and followed Marlene, trying to think of a good cover story not wanting her to know about what happened between me and James.
