Jimin appreciated everything Jungkook did for him. The photographer packed surprise after surprise and was working his way into his heart little by little.

He was surprised Jungkook would even confess like that. Jimin was so hung up on break-up that he didn't even remember how Jungkook felt about him. It was tempting to lean onto him, but he also realized he'd be giving a wrong idea.

What if his feelings changed? Then he'd end up hurting Jungkook. So Jimin decided to hold back for a bit longer. His friends told him to take it at his pace.

However, his fear was proven unnecessary when Jungkook showed him what it would be like to be in a relationship with him. Still so respectful boundaries, Jungkook was just content to hold his hands.

When he wasn't working, Jungkook always found a reason to spend time with him, which was more than anything Jimin could ever ask for. Jimin was tactile. He loved to be close with the people he loved. Jungkook initiated touches with him whenever possible unlike his ex.

A pair of warm hands wrapped around him, bringing him out of thoughts. "It's cold," Jungkook murmured against his neck, nuzzling against him like a kitten.

Liar.

Jungkook's body ran hot and he loved cold weather. It was just a reason for him to be close to Jimin. He allowed Jungkook to hug him as he pleased, leaning his head back to rest on his shoulder. Han River looked beautiful as ever at night. More so when Jungkook was attached to him like this.

Jimin smiled; the corners of his lips curving up to show his contentment. This could be his life if he gave Jungkook a chance. This could become his reality. He glanced over his shoulder briefly, considering it.

However, everything was flowing so smoothly to the point it was evoking fear in him. What if things didn't go well? What if things went sour?

"Stop thinking too much and just enjoy the weather," Jungkook said as if he could read his thoughts. "You're frowning. You do that when you overthink." He used a hand to smooth the creases in his brows.

Jimin relaxed his brows with a soft smile. Heesung never noticed such small details, but Jungkook was so observant. Maybe things wouldn't be so bad. Only...if he could shove aside the fear and take that step.

I just need a bit more time.
