Poor

People always wondered how the two were still so in love. They say money tears people apart, so many people didn't get how the couple disowned by their parents, living in a tiny studio with a mattress as their only furniture, could still feel this way about each other.

Jimin was on his way to becoming a doctor before he came out to his parents, but once he did, his parents stopped paying for college and he was forced to drop out and become a waiter at a local diner instead.

And Jungkook, he was just waiting for his big break to finally come, when he could finally find an editor to publish the books he spent hours writing all throughout high school up until now. Until that happened, he worked double shifts at the local bookstore, trying desperately to save up any extra pennies he could to send Jimin back to medical school.

At first they rarely saw each other. Their new schedules basically overlapped, and by the time they came home they were exhausted, barely talking, just falling asleep in each other's arms.

But they found time eventually, falling into a rhythm of small visits of time right before or after their shift while the other was still working. They drove to work together, though Jungkook's job started a half and hour later than Jimin's, and instead of coming home, Jimin always came straight from the diner to the bookstore, walking because he couldn't afford to ride the bus. He'd sit in a little reading corner in the back that Jungkook made just for him and read Jungkook's probably hundreds of stories over and over again. Sometimes he'd fall asleep, and Jungkook would carry him to their car.

Sometimes Jimin would pretend he was asleep just for that.

Many a night Jungkook cried himself to sleep, pained that he couldn't give Jimin all he wanted to give him, pained that he could barely provide at all. It's the reason they didn't get married, because Jungkook believed Jimin deserved more than more than just a legal certificate.

Jimin could only comfort him softly, learning a long time ago that Jungkook wouldn't let it go until the day he could give Jimin all that he could ever want. But all Jimin ever wanted since the day he met him was Jungkook. He knew the younger knew that, but it didn't stop the tears from coming.

Despite all their troubles, they rarely fought. People found it hard to believe, but it was true. Relationships fall apart when money troubles arise, but they were still absolutely in love.

It was a rare, beautiful kind of love. A soulmate type.

Then Jungkook had his big break, and their lives were turned upside down.

Once his books got published, ratings went through the roof. Critics loved the stories he wrote, many of them addressing world issues in a beautiful, innocent way. His book, simply called 'Character' was the best received, telling the story of people who embraced differences, celebrated them, and who gave respect to people based off their nature, not their skin tone, nor gender, nor age, nor religion, nor sexuality.

And then it won the Nobel Peace Prize.

He was granted a million dollars with the prize, a year after Character was published. Jimin was well on his way to becoming a model, scouted out by agents attending one of Jungkook's book signings. It payed well and he enjoyed doing it, but his dream was still to become a doctor. Jungkook made that happen, so he started attending school regularly on top of it all.

They thought once their income was more steady they'd be able to see each other more, but now their schedules were more busy than ever, it was almost harder to see each other.

And people still asked, how does your relationship remain so strong? With the constant changes and lack of communication, they should fight often, right?

Wrong.

To this day they still rarely fight and their bond is still very strong. Because they love and they trust and they cherish every moment they have together. Every second they're together they feel so much better about everything in the world. They're so in love and they'll stay that way until their very last breaths. After all they've been through, sticking together was and still is their main priority.

A/N: Guys I did it! I found the reason why people think we're delulu!

It's because bitches can't follow line of sight.

Okay I was watching this video right? And the person in the video was like, "J-Hope was talking but Jungkook was staring at Jimin the whole time!"

Note that Jimin and Hoseok were sitting directly next to each other. And Jungkook was obviously looking at Hoseok when he talked. Also this person said Jungkook was saying something when he was drunk that everyone was like, "No oh my God stop!" But he was in America and his international age was 20, so he couldn't drink, also none of the glasses had even been filled, they still had the pretty cloth napkins in them that you see at restaurants or fancy hotels so like, context clues of the room much?

There are some really good analyzers out there. Miz Gator is one of my favorites, and so is Jikookproof on Instagram (also Jikookproof read some of my oneshots book like I don't know what to say I'm so happy ^^) They have real solid facts that I can wholeheartedly agree with. But there's some people who just don't try hard enough.

We also get called delulu tho because "jUngKoOk hAteS jImIn" and I'm like, hello? Where? Look at this Jungkook, right here, this one;

And tell me he doesn't like Jimin. Oh my God I haven't seen the Run BTS episode yet but look at how smiley they are and how much they're cuddling and aww I want a relationship like thatttt. They're so domestic and equally dominant like I have died and gone to heaven.

Also Jungkook poked Jimin in the asshole with a sword-

Okay but..but you ready to hear something crazy? The poking in the asshole...

Could totally be seen as platonic.

Because guess what I learned from a dude that grew up in South Korea? It's just something kids do to run up behind their friends and poke them there. Obviously it's Jikook, so based on what I think it's not, but still. Kids are weird all over the world.

It's called Kancho, and originated in Japanese. Look it up.

I dare you.

Anyways, while we're on the topic of Run BTS episodes, I've been rewatching them. And sure, I've only watched like seven, and there was the weird one where Jimin was a priest and was like, "Come hug me cutie." But like, oh my God Satelite Jeon was wildin. I'd see them apart and then two seconds later, oh, they're together again. I mean you could see their blunt favoritism for each other back then too!

There are many things you could say about Jikook, but it's a fact that they show favoritism for each other. There's of course the obvious, like Jimin giving snacks, or a meal flag to Jungkook just because he's cute, but there's also the fact that Jungkook whole ass manhandles the members (mostly Tae or Jin) when they annoy him, but when Jimin's doing something that annoyed him with the other members, such as even touching his ears (Taehyung got attacked with a trophy for that) Jungkook literally leans in to the touch.

Also Jikook have a weird thing for ears. I mean they must like them a lot if Jungkook's willing to suck Jimin's ear in front of 60,000 people.

Absolutely crazy.

But not even the haters can deny it fully. They can do their best to ignore it, but they sure as hell can't deny it when there's so many facts on the table.

Oh my God guess what? I met a really really nice Taekooker today and I just wish everyone was like that. Of course I've met nice Taekook shippers before but they were like, "I respect everyone's opinion, it's as simple as that." And I'm like aw-

Literally it's like some of us think we're at war with each other. I know we're all ARMYs, but we're one ARMY, not two.

I don't have too much else to say.

I love you guys!

See you soon!

-Mikayla
