Kie's POV:

I woke up actually feeling rested for once. I grabbed my phone and checked the time. It was 9 am which was way later than my usual 6 am wake up from the kids. The door opened and in came my two little ones. Our boys were four and two years old. I was also six months pregnant with baby number three, a little girl. They each handed me a homemade card. They scribbled little pictures and I saw JJ's writing on the inside. He wrote what they told him too, it was adorable. I hugged my two little boys and then JJ came in with a tray.

He made me pancakes, an omelet, and fresh fruit.

"Breakfast in bed for our favorite girls, Happy Mother's Day, Babe" JJ said kissing me quick

"Yucky" Liam, our oldest said

"Eww" Caden added

JJ and I laughed and I started eating while they sat there with me. The boys stole food off my plate and I gave them bites every now and then. I got up and got ready for the day. I walked into the kitchen and there were flowers out for me, tulips. They were my favorite flowers.

The three boys had the whole day planned and JJ told me to wear a dress, so I wore a cute sundress. JJ drove to the beach so we could check on the sea turtle who laid eggs. It was one of my favorite things. We then got ice cream at our favorite local shop. I ordered a tropical flavor, pineapple and JJ looked at me confused as my go-to was cookie dough, always has been.

"Baby is craving something tropical" I said innocently

JJ ordered cookie dough, which I didn't know why as I know t wasn't his favorite. The kids got superman and bubble gum, gross. We were sitting on the beach and JJ took a few bites and then he held his spoon out for me.

"Baby might want pineapple, but you still want cookie dough" He said as a I took a bite of his ice cream

It's the small things like this that really make me appreciate JJ. He was the best husband and dad. We took some cute pictures on the beach and then we met up with John B and Sarah and kid and had lunch at the Chateau. Sarah and I were both pregnant and it was fun being pregnant at the same time as my best friend.

My parents came over and watched the kids while JJ took me for a surprise massage. It was amazing and much needed. My mom made dinner and we just spent the whole day as a family. It was exactly what I wanted. We put the kids down and the boys both told me they loved me and that I was the best mom. I took a shower and then laid in bed with JJ. He pulled me into his arms, "Happy mother's day, Kie. There is literally no one else in the world that I'd have kids with. You're the best mom to our boys and I can't wait to meet our little girl"

"Thank you, Jayj but I don't do it alone. Do you really mean that, you wouldn't have kids if we weren't together?"

"If we weren't married, I'd be single. There's no one besides you that I'd date, marry, and have kids with. I love you, Kiara Anna Maybank"

I smiled at him and he kissed me as he placed on of his hands on my stomach. He always touched my belly when I was pregnant, even more so this pregnancy. He was so protective of my bump, it was cute.

He was going to be the best girl dad to our little girl. I can't wait. He's already so good with our sons. My mother's day was perfect.
