They didn't risk sleeping in each other's room that night. They were disappointed that they got caught, but also glad that Mike wasn't that mad about it.

The next morning Kie and JJ both woke up early. JJ was first to walk out to see if anyone else was awake. When Kie heard him go dow stairs, she walked out too.

"Good morning" Kie smiled as she went downstairs into the kitchen where he was standing.

"Hey, good morning" he smiled and she came up to him and he hugged her.

"How'd you sleep" he asked quietly, holding her in his arms

"I've slept better" she shrugged since he wasn't with her that night

"Hm same" he agreed.

The sun had just came up and was shining through the windows brightly. The way the sun was shinning through Kies hair was so pretty to him. He pushed her hair behind her ear as he admired her.

"So what do you wanna do today?" Kie asked as they broke out of the embrace and she leaned a little on the counter

"Isn't today our last day?" JJ asked,

"Yea" she said sadly "but we don't have anything planned for today"

"You wanna go to the beach?" JJ asked casually

"Are my parents awake yet?" Kie asked

"Mm I don't think so" JJ said "do we have to ask?"

"We'll leave a note" Kie said, grabbing a sticky note and writing

- me and JJ walked down to the beach. We'll be back by 8

She left the note on the fridge and her and JJ went outside and walked the boardwalk down to the water

They got there and just took in the view for a little bit before Kie started collecting sea shells.

JJ soon started helping her look for some as well. She got about 20 of them and put them all in an old sand bucket she found.

"Omg JJ look at this one" she said, holding up the prettiest one they had found all morning.

"Shi, that one's cool" he said, taking it from her hands and examining it. He gave it back and they set the shells on the wood of the boardwalk, she left her favorite shell out of the cup and placed it next to it.

They went back to the water and started walking in around, looking at all the small fish. Kie was in a long T-shirt and bathing suit bottoms so her clothes wouldn't get wet.

JJ stood next to her and got close to her.

"What if I pushed you in right now" he whispered in her ear

"JJ you Better Not!!" She laughed and tried to back away

"Oh don't worry I will" he said and pulled her back and picked her up. She wrapped her arms around his neck for dear life as he started walking out deeper into the water

"JJ put me down!" She laughed "I swear to god If you drop me-"

He fake dropped her and then caught her again. She screamed and held on tighter to him.

"The water is freezing JJ- If you don't put me down" Kie said, fake mad

"It's not that baddd" he said and pretended to drop her again

"JJ put me down!" She laughed again

"Fineeee" he said and actually put her back on her feet

She stood there for a minute thinking she had won, but when she turned around, JJ splashed a bunch of water on her.

She froze, gasping at the cold water on her back. JJ laughed as he slowly backed away once She turned around to face him.

"Kie, I think you got a little water on you" he jokingly told her

"Oh really?" She said playing into it

"Yea, I think you must hav-" he was stopped by Kie splashing him back

"Hey Jayj, I think you got some water on you" Kie said, quoting him from before

"Okay, I see how it is" he said and started charging toward her. They kept trying to push each other in the water. Eventually Kie jumped on his back and wrapped her arms around him.

"Hey" she said, putting her face against his from behind. He stopped trying to Push her in for a second

"Oh hey" he said

"Kiss me" Kie said seductively, slightly leaning over his shoulder.

He turned his head to face her and he happily put his lips on her and kissed her.

Before they pulled away, Kie quickly leaned to the side, pulling him down and pushing them both into the water.

"YES!" Kie said once they got back up "I won"

JJ laughed as he wipes the water off of his face

"Betrayed by a kiss" JJ laughed "you know my weaknesses"

"How's it feel to looooosse baby, soak it all up" Kie bragged "I'm too good"

"Bro you fell in too" JJ laughed

"A win is a win JJ" she bragged and wrapped her arms around his neck and he did the same to her waist "better luck next time"

"Mhm" he said simply, and then pushed her into the water again.

He laughed as she stood back up soaking wet.

"Better luck next time" he sarcastically shrugged and they started play fighting again.

They played in the water for a little bit longer before they heard Mike call them in from the porch.

They grabbed the shells and headed back inside.

"It's 7 in the morning why are you two soaking wet" Mike laughed as they dried off before coming inside

"Because your daughter is basically THAT guy" Kie bragged again

"Okay- I was caught off guard that doesn't count" JJ laughed, trying to defend himself

"Sure sure" she said innocently "whatever helps you sleep at night"

Mike just laughed and they all went back inside and got changed.

The rest of the day, they didn't really do much. They sat out on the porch for a while, went back to the beach a couple times and went in the pool.

After lunch, Kie went upstairs to take a shower and JJ went out on the porch with Mike and Anna.

"I have a question" JJ said once he got out there

"No, you cannot marry my daughter" Mike joked

JJ laughed before talking again

"That's- okay no, not what I was gonna say" JJ laughed

"What's your question" Mike asked

"Okay- so, I had some time last night and I did some research" he said, briefly pretending to type on a computer "and found this thing that there doing today that I think.. would be cool" he started

"For?" Mike asked

"Well- since we're not doing anything, I kinda wanted to take kie out on like a- you know" he said, not able to say the word so he tried to find another word for it, thinking with his hands

"A date?" Mike asked, confused as to why he wouldn't just say it

"Exactly" he said, snapping his fingers "but I have the whole thing planned out- I just.. need your permission"

"Hmm" Mike thought "tell me what you have planned"

JJ told mike and Anna the plan and kept reassuring them that he wasn't lying and that they wouldn't do anything bad.

"So... can I take her?" JJ asked once he was done explaining

Mike thought for a minute

"Only because I know she's going to absolutely love that- yes you can take her" Mike agreed "but you two better be good. And home by 9:00. There's no reason for y'all to be out any later than that"

"Yes sir, thank you" JJ said excitedly And left to go tell Kie.

"You have to admit... that's perfect for her" Anna said to Mike once he left

"Yeaa he nailed it with that one" Mike agreed

"She going to be so excited" Anna said
