JJ was nervous the whole day. He felt guilty knowing that he was going to steal from the warehouse before he left. Stealing used to be so easy for him. 'Nothing to loose' that's what they always said. But now it felt more like he had everything to loose.

He walked around the warehouse, making sure no one was looking at him. He went by the inventory boxes and found where the part was.

He didn't leave work for another 30 minutes, so he didn't take it then. He just wanted an idea of where it was to make a fast deal out of it.

When 5:30 rolled around, he acted like he was getting ready to leave. All the men were lingering around for a while talking. So JJ tried to stall, and slowly pack his things into his bag.

"Ight hey well I'll see y'all tomorrow" one of the workers say as he headed out the door.

The other men said bye and stared to make there way to the door as well

"You comin J-dog?" One of the men ask before closing the garage door.

"Oh yea I'm coming, just uhm" JJ said, trying to think "I just have to use the bathroom real quick before I leave, I'll close up you go on ahead"

"Ight, see you tomorrow JJ, you be good now" he says, walking out the garage door

"Yep" JJ smiles and went back to slowly packing

At Kies house, Sarah came over to help set up for there pogue style movie night. They set up a sheet in the yard for a project and pulled all the patio furniture into the yard. They also brought pillows and blankets and laid them out in the grass.

While sarah was outside setting up. She heard a familiar voice coming from around the house

"Sarah?" The voice said as he turned the corner.

"RAFE?!" Sarah said once she saw him

"Sarah- look we need to talk, okay" he said getting closer

"What the hell are you doing here" she asked, grabbing his arm and taking him to the side

"Sarah, listen,okay, dad needs me to take care of you, alright? okay he's gone now, and I- I'm the one who should be taking care of you now, okay" he starts nervously rambling

"Rafe what the hell are you talking about" Sarah asked

"LISTEN, Sarah okay, you- look you can't be here, okay dad wouldn't want you to be here, okay" he said

"Dads a murder I don't care what he would have thought" Sarah said, getting mad "besides he's dead anyways-"

"HEY watch your fucking- don't talk about him like that, like- like he's not here like he's-"

"Rafe, he's not here" Sarah says, concerned

Rafe looked at her confused for a second.

"Right, yea I know that, I just-" he said starting to get nervous and biting at his nail "no, i- I know that"

"Rafe what's going on?" Sarah asked softly

"Sarah I just- look I need you to come home, okay?" he begged, his voice getting more panicky.  "I need you to- Sarah you don't understand it's just me now, ok I'm- I'm all that you have left, Sarah you- you have to listen to me okay and come home"

"Rafe there's no way in hell I'm coming back home with you" Sarah said, folding her arms

Rafe stood there, fidgeting his tongue in his mouth while he thought

"Sarah, no ones there anymore." He said, a single tear falling down his face "no one's there anymore and- and it's- it's so q-quite, I can't- I can't be there by myself anymore, Sarah, I just- I need you to come back   home.  that's all I just- I need you to come back, okay"

"Rafe your loosing it" she said, looking into his sad eyes "your scaring me what's wrong"

"Sarah, I just-"

"What the HELL is HE doing here?!" Kie asked once she walked back out side with another pillow

"SHUT UP" he yelled, "look, why don't you just go back inside kiara" he said, putting both of his hands on his head trying to calm down

"This is my house rafe, you need to leave" Kie said with an attitude

"DONT FUCKING TALK TO ME LIKE THAT" rafe yells, loosing his temper as he walked up to kiara and grabbed her wrist "no- you listen, okay, you owe me. Kiara. You owe me"

"I dont owe you shit!" She yelled, trying to pull her arm away but he was too strong.

"Yea? Ask your little pogue boyfriend, kiara. D- do you just not remember when, when he jumped me, okay, me! At the beach. HM? Do you not remember that?!" He yells, pointing at himself and his grip getting tighter.

"Get OUT of my FACE!" Kie yelled, kicking him in the stomach but he still didn't let go

"Rafe!" Sarah said, trying to grab his arm to get him to let go

"GO AWAY" he said, pushing Sarah onto the floor

"You deserved to be beat up at the beach! Do you not remember what you were doing to Sarah?" Kie yelled, looking him dead in the eyes

"I wasn't gonna do anything, alright, I just I wanted to talk" rafe tried to explain

"Bullshit" Kie said

"It's not bullshit, kiara, I'm wasn't gonna- that's my sister, okay, i- I- I know that, alright"

"GET OFF OF ME" she yelled again

"HEY!" Kie dad yells and runs up to rafe "WHAT THE HELLS GOING ON HERE?"

Rafe let's go of Kies arm and backs away but Mike runs up to him and pushes his, grabbing him by the shirt

"Get the hell out of here rafe!" Mike yells in his face.

"This isn't over Sarah!" He yells while walking away.

"Are you okay baby? What the hell was that about" her dad said, walking up to her and hugging her

"I don't even know" Kiara said, her voice shaky like she was trying not to cry

"I dont understand why he cares so much all of the sudden" Sarah complained

"It your arm okay??" Her dad asked after noticing the red mark on her wrist

"Oh wow" she said, looking down to see how red it was "yea I'm fine"

Back At work, JJ started walking up and down the warehouse, checking all the closets and rooms to make sure no one else was in there.

He walked over to inventory and pulled out the box with the spark plugs. He searched through, trying to find the one that would fit his dads motor.

He found it, and held the part in his hand for a minute. He looked down at it, nervously biting the inside of his cheek and looked around to make sure no one was around again.

He fought with himself for a minute, trying to make himself put it back. He started to get a little mad. Mad at his dad for putting himself in this position. And mad at him self for doing it.

He made the decision in his head, and put it in his pocket. Before he could walked away, he felt his phone go off.

He looked at his phone for a minute. Zoning out to think. Without taking his eyes of his phone, He took took the part out of his pocket and tossed it back in the box and went out the door.

[JJ} I'll be there in about 30-40 minutes, I love you Kie thank you.

When Kie saw the text she thought it was a little weird how he thanked her, but didn't put much thought into it.

JJ got on his bike and road to an auto shop, buying the piece for his dad, costing him 50 dollars of his own money.

"Dad?" JJ hollered when he got inside.

"In here son" he hollered back from the porch

"Hey, dad, I got it but I gotta leave quick, here" he said, placing the store back on the table

"Son did you buy this?" Luke asked, taking the spark plug out of the plastic bag

"Yea?" JJ said, running his hands through his hair

"I didn't want you to buy It, that's a waste of money" Luke said, looking at it

"Well dad, I couldn't steal from my job, okay. I'm not getting fired for that" JJ explains, starting to get an attitude

"So you've gone soft on me" Luke shoots back

"No- dad I just don't want to loose my job" JJ said

"I done told you that I had a job lined up for you if you needed it" Luke said, raising his voice

"I already told you I don't want that job! Dad it's illegal"

"He's gone soft" Luke says, picking up a screwdriver and going back to work

"I haven't gone soft, dude chill" JJ complains

"Nope, you got a girlfriend and went soft"

"Alright you know what" JJ says, putting his hat back on "I gotta go I really don't have time for this"

"Mhm" Luke says, ignoring him as he walked out the door

He tried to calm down before he went back on his bike to head to Kies. He wanted to be in a good mood when he got there, and his dad had pissed him off a little.

Eventually he drove to Kies house. It was 6:15 at this point and the pogues had already started the movie and we're all in the back yard.

JJ pulled up and went to her front door. He knocked and her dad answered.

"Hey, Mr Carrera" JJ smiled politely.

Mike stepped outside and shut the door

"Look JJ, before you go in there I want to tell you something so that you don't freak out on her okay" Mike says, JJs smile fading away "kiaras got a mark on her arm, some guy came into the yard earlier today and grabbed her. She's fine, he didn't hurt her, but I thought I would tell you before you saw her so that she doesn't get ambushed with questions okay, she's been through enough."

"Guy? What guy?" JJ said, his smile gone and replaced by a serious face.

"Sarah's brother"

"RAFE?" JJ asked. Mike watched as his eyes were takin over with anger. His demeanor had completely changed. Mike nodded his head, a little concerned at the way JJ was taking the information

"Rafe touched her?" He said quietly, confirming. He laughed like he was sorry for what was about to happen for rafe as he started stepping backwards and turned around to walk the other way

"JJ where are you going?" Mike shouted at him

"Jail, probably" he said as he kept walking away

"JJ" Mike said coming up to him and turning him around " where are you going"

"He's nott, getting away with that that easily" he laughed angrily again

"JJ calm down-"

"NO, he's not gonna FUCKING touch her and then walk away like-"

"HEY!" Mike says, getting him quite. JJs breathing was getting heavier as he tried to to explode. "language, first of all-" JJ didn't even care.

"Let this one go" Mike says calmly

JJ laughed again like he knew that wasn't going to happen

"JJ, I'm serious" Mike said, still holding on to his shoulders "it's only going to cause more problems then it'll fix.. Honestly what do think your gonna do"

"Beat the shit out of him" JJ said, seriously

"JJ, seriously man come on, think about it." Mike tries to convince "you think kiara wants you doing that?"

JJ stared at him, trying to calm down.

"Let this one go" he said again "I've already talked to rafe on the phone, he's not coming back to this house. Let it, go"

JJ took his hat off and started running his hands through his hair again to try and calm down. He started pacing back and forth a little, trying to slow his breathing.

"Now, stay out here and calm down before you go inside. Got that?" Mike said as he walked back to the door

JJ didn't even look at him. He just gave him a thumbs up, he couldn't even talk he was so mad. He hates rafe and everything he stood for, and the thought of him touching Kie made him want to kill him.

Mike went inside and JJ stayed outside, pacing while he thought. His eyes were so angry you couldn't even tell what he was thinking.

He tried his best to calm down before eventually going inside. Mike watched him from the hallway to make sure he didn't go out there before he was ready.

He watched JJ walking around the living room, taking deep breathes and running his hands through his hair.

Eventually he leaned on then island counter in the kitchen, biting his nails as he completely zoned out to the marble counter.

Once he had calmed down as much as he could, he went and opened the backdoor

"Kie" he said and all the pogues looked over at JJ who was standing halfway in the door. "Can you come here for a sec?" JJ gestured her over with his head and went back inside when he saw her get up and follow.

"JJ hey" she said once she got inside, giving him a hug. He hugged her back as tight as he could, but then let go and gently grabbed her arm.

"Are you serious!?" He said once he realized how red it still was.

"JJ it's fine I'm okay" she said, grabbing his face and looking him in the eyes

"I'll kill him if you want me to" he said, swallowing back his anger

"No JJ-" she laughed "look I'm really okay, how did you even know what happened?"

"Your dad told me before I went in" he said, taking a deep breath "what did rafe say to you"

"He came here to talk to sarah about something, and sounded like he was actually going crazy" she said casually but JJ definitely didn't think Of the situation as 'casual' "and then I told him to leave and he got mad and said I shouldn't talk to him like that because I 'owe him'".

"Owe him? Owe him what" JJ said, still mad "you don't owe him shit" he said as he threw his hat onto the floor

"Exactly what I said" Kie says as JJ starts pacing again

"Jayj, calm down I promise you I'm fine" she says, grabbing his shoulders to make him stop "he's psychotic at this point he probably didn't even know what he was doing"

"Oh I'll remind him" JJ laughed angrily

"Jayj." Kie said "Please don't do anything stupid"

He doesn't say anything, he just looks at her, clinching his jaw.

"JJ.." Kie says again since he wasn't responding "promise me."

He knew he couldn't promise that. So he stayed quiet. His eyes drifted to her arm.

"J-"

"Kie I can't promise that"

"JJ stop it, seriously just don't even talk to him. Pay him no attention"

"Kie I'm not gonna just-"

"Just what JJ, I don't want you to do anything okay please just leave him be" she begged

JJ wasn't happy with that. He wanted nothing more than to leave right now and go cave his face in. But he could tell Kie was being serious.

He stood there for a minute, thinking, taking a deep breath to try and calm down.

He looked at her eyes.

"fine" he said, unwantingly, rolling his a eyes a little.

"promise." She said quietly

"I promise" he said, his face still not happy as he pulled her into a hug
