November 25th, 1963

Jackie Kennedy sat on the elegant presidential airplane, her mind elsewhere as she gazed out the window. She missed her children terribly, yearning to be reunited with her son John Jr. and daughter Caroline. But most of all, she couldn't wait to see her latest addition, baby Patrick.

As the airplane made its way back to the White House, Jackie's legs vigorously bounced up and down underneath her. Her husband, President Kennedy, sat nearby, a worried expression etched onto his face. He kept glancing over at her, his eyes brimming with concern.

Suddenly, Jackie leaped from her seat, her hand covering her mouth as she sprinted towards the bathroom. President Kennedy was hot on her tail. He barged into the small enclosure with her and instinctively began holding her hair back as she vomited.

Breathing heavily, Jackie straightened up and wiped her mouth with a tissue. She looked at her husband and smiled weakly, feeling inexplicably grateful for his presence.

Taking a deep breath, Jackie reached into her bag and pulled out a pregnancy test. She knew why she had been feeling so nauseous lately. She had her suspicions, but she needed confirmation.

As she waited for the test results to appear, President Kennedy leaned over her, peering down at the small white stick. Suddenly, two pink lines appeared on the stick, indicating that Jackie was pregnant.

Tears streamed down her face as she hugged President Kennedy, the news of their fourth child - a deep secret for the time being - sending waves of excitement and joy through her. She knew that having another child would solidify their bond even more, despite the tumultuous and arduous life they were leading as leaders of the United States.

Although she was tired and queasy, Jackie's heart swelled with happiness as she thought of her growing family. She knew that there would be challenges ahead, but she also trusted that her love for President Kennedy would continue to guide her through whatever obstacles life threw her way.
